This is the only place where I eat pho. The broth is out of this world. Every time I’m sick or sad I order pho from here. Every time I’m happy I order pho from here. I could eat their rare beef or chicken pho ga every single day of my life.

I have Pho about once a week. And I consider this one of the best pho places in the city. Their rice dishes (pork) is fantastic. Love their chicken wings too.

Loved this simple hole in the wall Vietnamese place. We had the Pho Ga. The broth was light and homely. No unnecessary ingredients in there! It seems like a great place for ordering in as well. The Vietnamese iced coffee was a solid shot straight up the brain! Perfect for hangovers 👌

We celebrated my brother’s 78th birthday by taking him to An Chi! The staff was so kind and made us feel very welcomed. The broths and sauces were so delicious. We shared everything and it was outstanding food. Such a charming and clean environment.Go there!

Excellent food, prices and service. The two of us ordered 2 dishes to share, 1 rice plate and 1 noodle bowl. Knowing this, and without my request, they paced the service so the both of us can experience the each dish fresh. That’s pro.

Ordered take out since they’re still under covid restrictions. Friendly staff, and clean interior. We got their large beef pho (Phở Đặc Biệt) - tasty broth and great proportions. At home, we heated up the broth and meat on the stovetop.. We will be back to try their rice plates!

Didnt know what to expect.. my Sons suggestion for a GOOD MEAL. I found it to be more than that. We went in early.. 4:30pm on a Wednesday. The service was very personal, FAST! Most of all delicious and best of all CHEAP!! 5 star for me and my Son!

The owners of An Chi on Mission & Persia opened a 2nd restaurant in the Richmond, and it's more convenient for me because I have family nearby! It has a similar, familiar, not overwhelming menu of noodle soups, cold vermicelli and sandwiches. There are some specialties only available at this 2nd location. The staff is quick, friendly and responsive. The dining room is not cluttered with too many tables placed too close together. My son loves the bun rieu. My wife loves the curry seafood soup noodles.

We will be returning regularly as we hoped this is a turnaround for An Chi. PS The only nitpick I have is I wish they gave us more herbs, cilantro and sprouts with our noodles. I know that non-Vietnamese do not eat that, but that is what's expected.

Got both the chicken and the bbq pork banh mi and split with a friend. I'd recommend the bbq pork one, it's a classic flavor and they executed it very well.

My first time eating here and let me tell you the spicy beef noodle was SPLENDID, personally I think those were the best spicy beef noodle I tasted. But there was a slight problem with the waiting time as I waited forever for the food to come but other from that this place is a 10/10

Pho with 5 spice chicken was good. It came with a large nicely seasoned chicken leg-thigh that was cut roughly into 3 pieces. The chicken broth was on the salty/msg side, maybe because it includes fried shallots which did add a lot of flavor. It comes with slightly wider rice noodles which I did prefer over the usual thin beef rice noodles. Prices are reasonable. Space is casual and not too busy if dining in on a Saturday night. They offer complimentary hot tea as an option in addition to water which was nice on a chilly day.

My go-to for some great Beef Carpaccio a.k.a Bo Tai Chanh when I'm near the Little Russia/Central Richmond District. They have everything I like in a Vietnamese restaurant from fresh ingredients, generous portions and reasonable prices. The family running this restaurant is very friendly and is always happy to bring me extra lemons or jalapenos when I ask. Overall, a great place to get a comforting meal at an affordable price.

Cozy mom and pop restaurant - food was good, we would come back again. Parking is a bit tricky to find (not unexpected in SF). Ordered the pho tai and my partner ordered the bun rieu. I enjoyed the pho and would order it again. However, my partner and I would pass on the bun rieu next time. because it was missing that umami punch that we're used to.

This place serves typical southern Vietnamese fare. Nothing to write home about, but hits the spot when you're in the mood.

I was not used to their style but that was a personal choice. Try it.

Food is OK but the service is great. The problem I have with this place is the portions. The regular size is not too much a difference between the medium size. The soup bases very Bland but it's okay you got nowhere else to go.

Ordered the garlic noodle with bbq chicken. Noodle a little sweet but had good garlic flavor. Chicken was a little dry. Had the shrimp pancake. Pancake was oily and too soft but flavor was good. Good service.

Terrible pho. I think the broth came from a can.

This place delivered the smallest amount of pho i’ve ever received. Don’t waste your money here unless you enjoy a small cereal bowl of broth and one tiny piece of flank.

The order was not taken properly.

This place blew. Pho was luke warm….so nasty. Employee tossed the check at me, gave me a cup of half full, cloudy water (offered the other table hot tea vs water), and literally a single sprig of cilantro (once again…. the other table got a heaping plate). These people are rude and the service is so bad it’s funny. Not expecting stellar service but it was pretty bad…and the food wasn’t even hot!

Ordered on uber eats. You had to assemble the soup yourself which I wasn’t a big fan of, taste was mediocre at best but worst part was it greatly upset my stomach the next day. I’m sure they’re nice people but certainly would not recommend.
