Gochees Pizza Alameda Reviews
Bomb food and great environment 👌🏻
Pizza was tasty, service was friendly and fast. I went in because my 5 yrs old boy wanted a slice, so I grabbed a slice and a beer. American style pizza, but they played oldschool rock hits, hence the 5 stars.
Fantastic pizza! Hopefully the state of California will allow you to have more business in future!
Loved it!! Great vibes.

Loved it!! Great vibes.
I ordered chicken, bacon & ranch slice and a draft beer! A delicious pizza. It reminds me of the Orgasmic pizza.
The best pizza I Ever had the pleasure of scarfing down. Super nice folks to boot. I was staying at the Hilton Financial District for work and they delivered right to my room. I highly recommend giving them a try!
Amazing pizza and service, been going for years. Affordable lunch deal in FIDi, support the local business.
Thee PLACE to hold a party in the financial district. My bosses tasked me with finding a place to hold a reception in the Financial District, as part of a larger conference. I contacted many places. Gina, the owner of Gochees Pizza, came through for us! We took over the entire restaurant, purchased a catering package for 100 people and she gave us a flat rate on beer, wine, sodas and teas. Everyone loved the party, they are still talking about it. They say it was the best party of the entire conference. The place, the food, the drinks, the friendly service, everything! I came in at budget, my bosses were super impressed that I pulled off such an event all the way from Chicago! If you are holding a party and want it to be great, go see Gina at Gochees Pizza.
Excellent customer service by Johnathan. Helped my friend who's handicapped up a staircase to ladies room. Food was very good. Watched Kansas City beat the Bengals!
Best place to grab pizza in the downtown area of San Fransico. Also it’s probably the best price that I’ve come across. There is a variety of flavors of pizza to choose from. All of them are great to me. You can get the deal of the day 2 pizza and a soda for $11 plus tax or upgrade to a beer for a little more. People here a great never had a bad experience

Got this Arugula Salad W/ Chicken from Gochees Pizza through MealPal and it totally hit the spot! The crisp arugula, savory chicken, fresh onions, tomatoes, and parmesan made it so satisfying. Perfect light lunch that didn’t skimp on flavor!

Hey, nothing wrong with picking up a slice without having to be the typical social media food critic. I grabbed 2 mushroom slices, dig the corn meal hustle on the bottom crust and was looking at that spinning oven with delight. I would skip all the haters, go try for yourself. Smashing the keyboard thinking negative reviews only going to get you off for so long. Decent place for a slice in SF, chill people.
They have five star pizza but lose a star on customer service. The girl there was quite rude when they made an error in the order. But, if you can get past that, you gotta try the sweet and spicy pie, really good!
Pretty good pixa for a pretty good price. Always a banger every time I come in for lunch hour. Love the fact that they have a selection of pizza by the slice and drinks/beer as well. Plenty of available seating. Pixa’s are done very quick as well.

Standard sliced pizza place. Meat Feast was had scarce pepperoni and even fewer sausage and no salami at all. Pesto & Mushroom was great. All slices were warmed but not crisp.

Can get a slice of pizza at the Embarcadero center. Nothing to write home about. A little pricier than I think it should be, but nice because it's close to the office. UPDATE: I think the price is fair, I don't think it's an unreasonable price for the city, just more than I envision a slice being. In reality, $4.50 for pepperoni and sausage in SF is perfectly reasonable, totally agreed.

If you live in a town that has great Pizza, you will be very disappointed. SF\NY residents have no reason to be here. I've been there twice since they took over Orgasmica's space because I work a block away crave a slice of pie from time to time. Both times it was barely warm, very lacking on toppings, , very bland, and the staff wasn't exactly rude but acted like I was bothering them asking about when the pies were cooked (looked like it had been sitting there a while). Both times there only a couple others in the space but the staff was really too busy chatting about nonsense to be bothered. Honestly, Round Table is better and I am not a fan of chain restaurants. Two stars because I didn't see any rats or bugs. It's a low bar.

Scam-Artists! Waited 30 mins and spent $50 for the wrong order. They forgot to put half the toppings on the pizza and gave us 2 4 slice pizzas instead of the 2 6 slice pizzas we paid for. We were too tired and too fed up to go back. Also, signs all say this place is called "Duupz Pizza".
Please remove the happy hour posters from your windows and Google because it’s a lie and they don’t exist, honestly how hard is it to do?

The counter workers are always rude. One time they forgot about my order and were serving the customers who came after me. The pizza is wayyy overpriced, two small slices for $9. They expect you to tip even if you are ordering takeout of their already overpriced pizza. I have gotten better pizza and service from a $1 slice place. I will never come back to this place and recommend you to do the same.
4$ for a can of soda. No change for cash. Horrible. Yes I am positive all of your fountain soda were out of order. All you had were cans an because I paid in cash there was no change. Can of Root beer was 3.50 cents I only had dollar bills so I had no change cause the register was broken as well?
