Probably my favorite mall food in this location. Strictly for convenience reasons.

They serve delicious pretzel. I felt they are over concerned about the food they serve. I have often noticed them throwing away food if it sits there for few minutes.

I love Auntie Anne's! They have the best pretzels I have ever had! I definitely recommend trying this place.

I have a small complaint which is that you are forced to tip the cashier. They should not force tipping on you especially for cashiers.

I went there towards closing and they gave me pretzels for free. They taste fine and warm and I got really heart burn when I got home.

This Auntie Anne’s is the worst, went there to get a pretzel cup for my child they told us to come back in twenty minutes so they could stock more food, mind you there was three people working, and food in the warmer, came back half hour later and the same woman that said it the first time said it again mind you there was pretzels in the warmer I said all I wanted was a pretzel cup she pulled it out and said here take it have a good day.. the only plus side it was free but damn you lost out on money because I wanted more then just a pretzel cup, rude employees and they can’t multi task... very disappointing

To be fair, the food is good but unfortunately their distasteful customer service isn’t and it needs to change. Not only are the workers unpleasant and unprofessional but they are also incredibly rude. Not good way to run a business.

As a mother of young adults, I understand that places like a pretzel shop are often run by young people. However, the young lady working here today definitely needs to find a job that is not customer-facing. Her attitude is completely off. She was rude and unapproachable, making the experience quite unpleasant. A friendly and welcoming demeanor is crucial in customer service roles, and unfortunately, that was missing here.

After the staff refused to acknowledge anyone in line for over 10 minutes we all got to watch the staff load the counter with no gloves touching every cup and the pretzels over filling the top of the cups with his bare hands.

The staff is very rude. When I stand in front of him he looks on the people behind me and said he can accept next order. He didn’t even look at me eve though I already stand in front of him . Finally when he accepted my order I told him I wanted two pretzel dogs and showed him my phone to redeem one free pretzel also point on the food waiting for him enter the item on the screen and wanted to telling him next item . When he look at him I thought he ready to let me tell him the next item. But when I tell him he starts to complain I should say at the beginning and very inpatient to start entering the order again. I believe staff who accept orders should ask customers if anything else they want to order before check out. Isn’t it the basic? Why should I be treated like this. Also, he didn’t even take the redeem coupon on the receipt. Even though I show it to him all the time. That is the worst experience for Auntie Anne’s in my life. I would never buy Auntie Anne’s food again in my life. If I can give him zero start I will.

this is a horrible place to get deliverys from I've been craving food from there so I literally ordered 7 items they didn't have one of my items and decided themselfs to cancel my whole order for one item I work for doordash and I've worked in the industry for years and I know first hand that is not the right way to handle that situation it seems like the workers just didn't want to make my order I am beyond upset about this whole situation

When I came back to check to see if it was made, they hadn’t even put it in the oven and said it would be another 20 minute wait. They are unorganized. One worker told me 10 minutes and the other said 20. I had to leave. If I have to wait an hour for a pretzel why are they even in business. This needs to change. They need better workers and service.

Went in for 4 pretzels and a drink. Ordered a plain pretzel and was told after I paid that it would be ready in 7 minutes. I said okay, and waited around the corner. I came back in 10 and I was told they all sold out again. I politely requested for them to set one aside when it came out of the fryer, and they said "No problem, 5 more minutes". I waited again, returned in 10, and guess what? No pretzels. I voiced my frustration and asked again, since I paid for something I do not have, if they could PLEASE just set one aside for me and I'd be back in 5 minutes. Ten minutes later... NOPE. So I stood there for another 8 minutes, watched them make a batch, and then had to yell to the guy "Can I please get one of those?" Needless to say, all the other pretzels were now cold and my drink was melted. A little ridiculous to wait almost 40 minutes for a plain pretzel that I already purchased. Also, most employees seem frazzled, like they dislike their job, and are being bothered by customers.

This place is HORRIBLE. I was there yesterday with my mom and waited at the register for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. All three employees looked directly at my mother and I and ignored us. Even after saying excuse me a couple of times, there was still no service. We ultimately went elsewhere and we will NEVER go back to this Auntie Ann’s. This WAS my favorite pretzel place but now I’ll go somewhere else where I can be treated like a human being while being in a wheelchair. So incredibly rude. I couldn’t believe it.

while i was standing in line ordering my pretzel one of the workers were sitting on the counter top on there phone while the shift leader who wasn't the friendly didn't say anything at all. they were all rude and the pretzels were hard as a rock ill never be back and ill make sure everyone knows ... will be posting pictures of her sitting on her phone soon. poor service and rude workers!!!

Sunday afternoon at 3 and there are two cups of pretzel nuggets left. There are 4 people working, but they cannot make enough food for people to buy. Several customers like us walked away because there was just nothing to choose from.
