Amazing service and clean environment.
So while in vaca in the USA I've found alot of McDonald's food to be bland until I tasted the Pica Guacamole sandwich with grilled chicken. It's very tasty so I drove back for seconds. I love it. Service was quick and very friendly.
My visit to McDonald’s was great as usual. I usually stop there before I begin my morning chores just to get a small cup of coffee with one Cream and no sugar. They always get it right. And they always give me a straw without me even asking because I like to use a straw while I drive. It’s always a great experience at my McDonald’s in Hempstead. Kudos to the manager and the staff
Just went to a McDonald's in Hempstead and it was super high-tech! You can still eat inside if you want, but the whole place is basically run by AI, fully automated kiosks now. It's pretty impressive to see how automated everything has become. The restaurant was maintained and equipped with restrooms. Honestly, there were some people working inside, which was a bit of a surprise. Definitely a different kind of fast-food experience! I like it. It's definitely an upgrade from years past. Impressive but scary at the same time. I'm glad to see that employment is still a possibility here.
The girl in the drive thru kept asking me what else would you like, what else would you like, I wasn't even finished with my order at all
This McDonald's is actually pretty good. The service is good. The people are mostly friendly. The drive-thru is pretty fast for the most part. I have no issues of problems the bathrooms always clean for the most part plenty of parking handicap parking etc. Please continue to read my reviews and thank you and have a great day bye.
This morning I chose to stop for a breakfast sandwich on my way to the airport and ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin. Ms. Rhonda's enthusiasm and dedication to customer service were on full display, enhancing my overall experience. Her recommendations were much appreciated, and her positive attitude was contagious, setting the tone for a productive day.Thank you!
Bathrooms were locked. Although, staff was very helpful.. after I paid for my meal. Clean & friendly atmosphere. And the food was the freshest & most delicious I ever had!
There's one person, Chanenjah, who does everything from cleaning tables to taking out the trash, without any help. I commend her for her work and tolerance and making McDonald's look good. Everyone else needs a wake up call(ext security)

Food was up to McDonald's standards, the building is new with a pleasant decor and I learned how to use the automated ordering system, my only concern is cutting out the human element, like token booth clerks , automated post offices, and automated train stations witch in theory should cut down operating cost, lol
This place is fast and friendly. Did not have to wait long. All the staff was on it even with a large crowd. Best Hi-C Orange drink.
Very good service. This is our favorite MD because of the service and their great smoothies and coffees. Our order is always correct and the quality of the food is consistently good. The drive through can get a bit crowded because it’s frequented by families who’ve been shopping in the five towns area.
The workers are kind and generous. I arrived around 6 am, ordered coffee and hash browns. The attendant informed me that the current batch of coffee was not right (didn't pass quality test) and that I should park my car while she brewed the new pot. To my sweet surprise, she came to my car and had given me extra hash browns and upped my coffee size. It pays to smile and cooperate.
This place has really improved from what is was. It was really disgusting at one point but now its clean and efficient. The staff are very helpful and nice. The food is even better than it once was.

I routinely use the drive-up service where my order is expedited. I also ask for my food to resemble the pictures (LOL), and they do their best to accommodate me. Overall, fast and accuarate service. Today, I had to pull over to the side (waiting area) to wait for two coffees to be prepared - go figure.
This has been my most reliable McDonald's in the area of Hempstead. They always seem to be on point I have never had a problem with them so far and I'm not looking for them to give me any problems only thing I can say is keep up the good work.
Everything was great, except they forgot 2 items. They provided both items after we went to the counter.
The Manger stole my game sticks and they didn't fill my fry up and the Manger was also trying to refuse adding my points because I was paying ebt it was the guy Manger not the women Manger the woman Manger is nicer.

This place was filthy the table had coffee spilled on it and the windows were so dirty I could barely see out of them yeah there was a woman walking around with a mop God only knows what she was doing with it

Despite the national upgrade that’s happening to all locations older than ten years, this one is dire need of staff, management and security. Between the floors being sticky, the bathrooms smelled horrendous, kids sitting around cutting school and the homeless people either walking in and out begging for change or the ones sleeping in various corners of this location. I’ve been in many locations and this was pretty bad, especially when you drive all the way up from Pennsylvania to visit family and get work done. I’m going to be sure that I don’t step in here again. I know I’ll have a better experience over at the location on Uniondale Ave., and Hempstead Tpk.
I love McDonalds a lot. I live in Suffolk County and trust me when I say this, the ones here are (at least the ones I went to) so much better than this location. Hempstead has two parts: a rich part and a ghetto part. While my dad and I were roaming around Hempstead for a place to eat, we noticed a lot of homeless people wandering around the sidewalks (we were the wealthy part by the way) and I guess that when we went inside this McDonalds, they are all over the restaurant too. The place was pretty neat (except for a few unclean spills on the floor) and the food was pretty decent. What really ruined the experience for me was when a homeless person ended up approaching my dad and asking him for food. Now, my dad is extremely selfless and unsurprisingly he accepted to buy him a meal. I was in the table, still munching on my Quarter Pounder and fries, when I eventually started hearing my dad angrily pointing and yelling at the cashier while the homeless guy sits back and watches. Turns out that even though my dad said that he would pay for the meal full price, the cashiers still refused to serve him. The manager had to come out and the argument only got worse. The manager and employees start scolding and insulting the homeless person and minimizing him as a person. Mid way through this the homeless man just walked out like nothing happened. After a while, my dad ended up getting the meal, paying full price as he promised, and meeting up with the guy outside the store and giving him the meal. I don't know what to be the most upset about in this experience: the disrespectful staff, the homeless guy not even doing anything but just sitting back and watching the chaos unfold, or the possibility that my dad's selfless act has been diminished and/or him being taken advantage of without his knowledge. It was uncomfortable to sit through and although the food was pretty good and the place was clean for the most part, this encounter has made me feel angry, upset, sad, and nervous all at once. My dad hated the experience here and I did too. Listen, McDonalds is good and all, but just be weary about the type of environment each location is in and read the reviews before hand. TLDR: Food was good, but encounter with begging homeless person could've been bad no matter how you look at it.
The service was pretty slow tonight. I know that happens in the late night drive thru. But my burger wasn't hot at all. I'll stop by earlier in the day/evening next time.
Staff was rude and I waited almost and hour to get my food. When I did get receive it they gave me the wrong order. When I went back to tell one of the workers she thought I was lying and grabbed the bag from me. When I finally got my order I asked for some ketchup, and she threw it in the bag. I am a regular customer there and am deeply disappointed with the poor service and the attitude of that woman.
It's hard to hold your breath while ordering food but man oh man was her breath on fire! There was a older lady with glasses taking my order at the register and the moment she opened her mouth to ask me something ,from all the way over the counter her breath just smacks me hard, I had to hold my breath!!! If your going to talk to customer all day long chew some gum, brush your teeth, use some mouth wash or something!!! Mc Donald doesn't offer insurance? Visit a dentist please. You know that you breath smells real bad, if you dont , please someone help her!
I haven't been to a McDonalds in quite a while. I stopped here for a quick soda and burger. That never happened . . . While on line I apparently took too long deciding what I wanted, and the cashier blurted rudely "next . . who's next". So, I had the next customer in line go ahead. I apologized and said the overhead menu was a bit difficult to follow. Another cashier escorted me over to a kiosk and assisted with my order which was a $1 any sized soda and a $3 value cheese burger and fries. I had no clue how to order this on the kiosk. After several minutes of her manipulating touch screens on the kiosk she handed me a ticket and plastic number thing and said to go back to the cashier to pay cash. Really? Now, there were several people on line, and I went to the end of the line. After waiting several minutes I decided to just pass on this opportunity to have a "fast food" meal here. I placed the order ticket and my plastic number marker on the counter. The rude cashier grumbled, "you need to wait your turn". I said "Not necessary, thanks anyway" and walked out. If this is the new paradigm in fast food service, I'm not a fan.
They want you use their app. For faster service! But then they have me pull over at drive thru to wait for my order??? Make this make since.
I have been coming to this McDonald’s location since I was a teenager, but over the years, the quality and service have declined significantly. Lately, every time I order, something is either missing, incorrect, or my mobile order doesn’t even exist in their system. This last experience was the final straw. I placed an order for myself and my family as a treat, spending a decent amount of money, only to receive an incorrect order with nothing but fries. To make matters worse, it was raining, and I had to get out of my car just to fix their mistake, getting completely soaked in the process. When I requested a new order, they remade it, but it was still wrong. The fries tasted rushed, and some sandwiches were missing. At that point, I just gave up. Since I ordered online, getting a refund would have been another hassle, as I’ve dealt with that frustrating process before. I rarely leave reviews, but when I do, it’s because I’ve either had an outstanding experience or a truly disappointing one. Unfortunately, this was the latter. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope this review helps others manage their expectations.
This is beyond ridiculous, order MEDIUM FRIES $3.79 and i get fries as if there small just in a medium container. If that was the case should of gotten a small instead. SMFH
The absolute worse restaurant,they could never ever ever get the order right Uber eats or in person make sure to check your food and double check very incompant staff of there were a thing as zero stars I wouldn't even give that 15 dollars a hour and can't put a pickle on a sandwich or even give the correct order many times I've bought food from there and had to return to get my order right and other times I've gotten refunded when I use Uber eats I've had it with this restaurant.Tried calling to resolve the matter no one picks up I have to literally go there in person I am busy parent I don't have time to pay for food and then go to get it corrected never go to this restaurant they should close it down
The black guy who works there as sort of security, is very disrespectful to children. It smells extremely bad in there. I watched as he locked my 8yr old nephew out of rhe store at 6:24pm, with no explaination, when the store did not close until 8pm. My nephew was not, nor was I ever disrespectful to himTotally ignoring him as he knocked lightly to get back in. He looked at him & watched my reaction, side grilling me. I just looked at him. It took an hispanic couple to knock on the same glass door, responding to them as to how my nephew found out they were only allowing 5 people in the store. This is not a McDonald's, it's a pet store in Long Island inside of Sunrise mall. I believe the name of it is luxury puppies.
Ghetto McDonalds! Easily the worst McDonalds I've ever been too. Nothing bad about the food nor service.. It's just the staff does not know how to handle their heard of bad customers. Every time I go there there are at least 18 to 22 kids that all should be in school making a scene, to loud, causing trouble, and do not have any money to order anything. They have nowhere to go so they take up all the tables that actual "paying" customers could be sitting in. To top it off these kids go hand in hand with crime. I tried to eat my breakfast and enjoy a movie on my tablet not only could I not hear my movie while wearing HEADPHONES over their yelling and horse play, but I can over hear them talking about ways they can maybe get away with taking it from me without getting caught. They actually made an attempt. They all squeezed in at the table behind and thought I couldn't hear them talk cause I had my headphones on. One kid watched me as the look out giving hand signals to another to let him know when he could try to steal from me. I caught one rummaging through my bookbag. When I confronted them they took no responsibility for what they did, were very disrespectful cruising me out and somehow called me a racist although I said nothing racial. Ridiculous, this McDonalds needs a clean up BAD.
McDonald's in Hempstead is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered a shake and chocolate chip cookies I got the cookies right away but it took them more than 5 minutes to make a Medium Vanilla Shake. I work at McDonald's and I for one know that it takes less than a minute to make a shake no matter the size. I will never come to this McDonald's ever again. Very dissatisfied.😠😠😠😠😠 Also, the employees were very rude, there is also no communication amongst other co-workers and two employees decided to argue back and forth about who was going to bag up the orders for dining room. This is very unprofessional.
Used to go here constantly! Went to the drive thru and they forgot an item, manager sassed me for maybe a minute before even realizing what the problem was. Got home, food INEDIBLE with salt, disgusting. Tried to call for a refund, 4 times. No one answered. Thanks for nothing lmao, I'll be back tomorrow for it though, when I dont have to drag my toddler in with me. Terrible service. Wont be back
Open location has many people hanging out asking for money or use of your phone. Not appropriate for children at all. Employees more interested in hanging out, and arguing with the drive thru traffic, that they cannot focus on taking orders. They need to close or overhaul this location
1 parking spot for the handicapped. No napkins unless you ask for them they got the drink orders wrong and I got a sugar drink and I'm diabetic
Don't bother stopping at this McDonald's. Prepare to wait way to long for your order. Orders take forever to be made. There are plenty of employees there, but are not doing anything. First and last time I will ever stop here.
Always an issue when ordering from this specific McDonald’s. Today I ordered 4 chicken biscuits with hash browns and at the window I asked for extra ketchup and the woman threw 3 more ketchup packets in the bag and said there’s ketchup in the bag already. Get home to eat and there’s only 6 ketchup packets in total… so if I didn’t ask for extra I would’ve have 3 ketchup packets for 4 sandwiches and hash browns. Ridiculous I spend so much money here and can’t have my meal the way I’d like to. I would rate 0 stars if I could because customer service is something this establishment knows nothing about. They act as if it’s coming out of their pay when you ask for extra KETCHUP! NOT EVEN A SAUCE!

Mcdonald’s has raised their prices for their drinks, they are now charging for sauce and at this hempstead location they don’t even give refills. what type of million dollar industry won’t give a refill for something they keep prices for. I have never been in my entire life to a mcdonald’s that charges for refills.
The bathroom was dirty, the food was cold, they didn’t do meals?, half the order was missing, the worker filled the drinks without ice half way with drink, the workers were rude and slow, and there was no refill machine and THEY TOOK A SIP OUT OF MY GIRLFRIENDS DADS COFFEE!?!?

Downright messed up my order
To be honest, I strongly dislike writing reviews like this but honestly, this is the only location always gives me an extended wait time for my food, along with the fact that the kiosks never have receipt paper, which leads to confusion EVERY time, because the employees call out the number on the receipt. That leads to having to ask the employee is it the items that I have to recite to them because it is very consistent every time I decide to buy food from this McDonald's. My suggestion if you do not mind taking a walk is the Burger King on Fulton Avenue.
Place is very filthy. Staff have no sense of uniformity. We weren’t allowed to use the restroom cause it was “broken” but staff proceed to take turns using it….

On 5/11/22 I visited this restaurant and first let me mention that there are only hispanic people working there. I mention race because on 5/11/22 I was sitting in this restaurant as the only African amongst several hispanic patrons and a spanish employee decided to mop only in the area I was sitting and mopped my feet twice. When I questioned her and the manager about this disgusting deliberate disrespect, they both nonchalantly disregarded my disapproval. I assume these hispanic people have been trained on how to treat NI6️⃣6️⃣ERS but the NEED to be taught how to behave in the presence of African Americans is REQUISITE.
I was here earlier today, there was a homeless man sleeping in the entrance. I felt bad for him , it was very cold out this morning. Although the cashier was pleasant, took my order to go. will not be back anytime soon...
5 years ago, this place was on point. Now I don't understand how their still standing. 8 out of 10, my order is wrong. I place my order for a simple egg and cheese. I get ham Every!, time. Everyone knows, I don't eat meat. For this location, average wait time in drive thru, 14-18 minutes. They attempt to work their way around this, by asking you to pull forward into parking spots. Conveniently 4 out of 5, latte, espresso and macchiato machines are down. Reason being "they weren't cleaned". If you go inside during 11pm- 6am, they run a homeless shelter. People sleep in corner table areas, during the night. It's dirty and smells. Some staff are polite, others extremely under trained.
Workers don't care about the customers, had other bad experiences here but today I went to get a sausage mcmuffin, got to work about to have my breakfast, just the muffin itself.. How can someone working there do something like that? Who orders just a mcmuffin plain? When you clearly place your order... They have to get better employees.
The casher here is super super rude. After I ordered the food, she refused to tell me how much I spent and only collected the total money. Gross.

First I want to start off by saying I am completely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism I’ve just experienced at this location. I pull up to the drive thru preparing for my order when an employee came out and shouted “YO NO ORDERS RIGHT NOW” When I asked why? He said said “he was on a 30 minute break!”. He then pulled out a marijuana cigarette and commenced too smoke it right in front of me and my family. I couldn’t believe the level of disrespect he displayed. In conclusion; as a result of this I will never visit this McDonald’s location ever again.
As a franchise you know what to expect from various food chains. This McDonald's is awful and the general consideration for customers is horrible.The food doesn't have the same taste as McDonald's and a lot of the employee's have no form patience nor desire to be there.If you have an issue with your order and request to speak to a manager they give you an attitude the very same way if not worse than the employee who took the order or made the error.i would advise go to any other McDonald's except this location
To be allowed into the toilet, they "forced" me to buy coffee, the toilet was locked, I bought coffee, they gave me the key to the toilet. I threw the coffee into the trash can.

Bad Drivthrough experience 1st The person taking my order found it very confusing that I did not want to order a value meal. 2nd As I pulled up to the second window to pick up my food that was paid for at the first window, I politely asked the attendant if she could throw an old coffee cup in the garage. The attendant said “Sorry. I’m not allowed “ if this true? Why? If it’s not true, Then it’s just rude. 3rd. They forgot my French Fries!!!! Not Cool!!!!!
I always ask for steak and for some reason they always giving me pork sausage im allergic to pork this people don’t pay attention to their orders.also they have people on their drivethru ether deaf or they don’t speak the language.
Causes to many problems and accidents due to entrance at the point of an exit from a busy mall ..... to many crazy teens from some kind of tech school down the block causing issues with the clients going in and out of this franchise... owner should go and talk to the head of the school or near by precinct to advise their superiors and talk to their students not to go around there if they're going to cause problems coming in and out of the small mall...
They did not follow directions on the order. Asked for Black coffees a sugar n milk on the side. They gave me the opposite.And I specifically asked for meat on the side on my big bkfst. And they didn't do it. I went back in n they didn't realize that I was Spanish. They were talking about me n the orders that were placed. Very bad svc.n unprofessional staff.
They always forget your order when you get to the pick up counter so double check. Bread will be stale so check. Fiesta will be salty so check before pulling off
I ordered a sprite, and they gave me it half full. I asked to fill it up to the top and they proceeded to just add more ice. I then asked them to get me another one with less ice, and they just told me that that’s all the sprite the machine gave. Like man, I just wanted my sprite
The management sets the tone of any business establishment, and when the manager rudely dismisses a customer. A customer that is a continuous customer via the drive thur that happened to dine in with her child because it is McDonalds the home of Ronald McDonald. This particular male older man manager refused just have a casual conversation that could have been laughed about but rather to walk away when he was just simply wrong, shows me that I shouldn’t trust you and your staff to feed me another longer. Time after time I have accepted rude behavior from staff believing they don’t know any better and wages aren’t paying much, however I hold managers and management to a higher standard. This behavior is not acceptable, maybe if I was Spanish I would have been treated better. Won’t spend my dollars with this franchise any longer. And stop cutting the Sweet Tea to straight the profits.
This place in the last few years has been like zero and if you speak to a supervisor no patient whatsoever, haven’t went there in a long time and tonight was so terrible, even down to a simple receipt they make it a problem.Its a devil 😈 house , if they don’t have patience with customers just get new workers, this is food , these ppl don’t care .My spirit felt so horrible coming to this location, will never go back there maybe in 5 years let’s see .So disgusting, the pictures they showing, it’s not what they are giving it’s poor quality fast food for yuh hard working money big disappointment.
The worker, Otto was disrespectful when I mentioned that the food was cold and he also gave me the wrong drink and I told him that it was the unsweetened one and asked if I can get a new one and he refused to. It was a horrible experience. It’s McDonald’s how do you mess up McDonald’s
I would give it less than 1 star if I could. First of all, they raised their prices but not the quality. The employees are rude when I ask for my doordash. The heavy set manager is always eating nuggets while handling peoples food every time I see her which is GROSS. They seem upset when I ask for the bathroom code as if I aren’t a dasher/ customer. Finally, they mistreat the disabled girl who brings the food outside. What a terribly ran business. DO BETTER.
It's ridiculous how they have the lovely lady outside giving out the food and she should be inside helping people she clearly have a disability, and I just seen a customer telling her to take her time because he felt that she was rushing. Worst experience ever I had with this McDonald. The black guy that worked there is no help at all I think he was the Manager. I ordered online drive through and they said that my code is invalid so I went inside the guy at the window said the code is for The counter. So they make me going around for no reason. I went inside, the manager said the code isn’t working. I showed him the code he said to cancel it because he can’t help me, in the app once you pay for it you can’t cancel it so I the end he the receipt shows that the order was paid and I checked my bank account and there it was they stole my money and I got no food. I told them that they charged me so they need to give me my food, all of them ignored me like I wasn’t there at all. So anyway I hope somebody else deals with them if this happens again to somebody else. Never again I’ll go there or order food there online.
I will never pick up uber eats from you again. You make us delivery drivers wait in the cold for 1 hour. And forget items for customer order and they call me and I have to deal with your incompetence.
Had to pull over to write this review cause I felt it's definitely necessary. Mcdonald says "we make it our priority deliver great food and provide excellent customer service," and the service I just received was the WORST. The guy at the drive-thru window was very disrespectful, impatient, and LACK customer service skills and etiquette. His manager (she) just stood beside him and allowed him to swing his hands, talk over her and roll his eyes. If you CAN'T interact with people, you SHOULD NOT work in a public establishment. It was TOO early and UNNECESSARY the attitude he gave. You got ticked off.... Simply because I ask for further explanation as to why I couldn't redeem a voucher. I wouldn't recommend this particular mcdonald's location and definitely, will never go back.
The employees are rude and very disrespectful. After i brought breakfast going through the driveway, I pulled over and started to eat. 5 minutes later, i was approached by the employee telling me.i I have to move ."This employee knows there is nowhere else to go,but drive away ,I was literally in the middle of eating." As for the food it was completely disgusting, you can tell the food was thrown together with no care ,What happened to having high standards when it comes to food services, This McDonald's just doesn't care, it's give me your money and go

The service here is very slow, I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru on my lunch break waiting, mean while my code timed out for my JETS Big Mac special. Manager on duty was very arrogant and told me it was my fault..

I don't know what's in the food but a bourgeois came out could the meat to my husband and my two children got sick eating the chicken nuggets I don't know but it's a person food

I regularly place large food delivery orders, often exceeding $100. Without revisiting past issues, I'd like to address today's incomplete order. It consisted of a large Bnc Gold McCrpy Meal, including a large Sprite and French fries, two coffees, an Oreo McFlurry, and an M&M McFlurry. Unfortunately, the large Sprite, Oreo McFlurry, and M&M McFlurry were missing upon delivery. My request for a refund was declined, with a five-business-day waiting period imposed, but no reimbursement was ever made, leading me to suspect that this matter is being intentionally complicated.
For some reason employees at this location tend to be so unfriendly, if I'm respecting you I expect respect back.
I came to this McDonald’s this morning and asked very clearly, multiple times for a black iced coffee. No milk. No sugar. Just black. Simple, right? Apparently not. Despite repeating my order about 10 times, they still handed me a coffee with milk in it. When I told them it was wrong, instead of just fixing it on the spot, they asked me to park and wait. For a black iced coffee. Why am I parking and waiting for something that literally just needs coffee and ice? After waiting, they finally brought it out and it was honestly disgusting. Barely any ice, and worst of all, it was full of coffee grinds. Like, sludge at the bottom. Undrinkable. Total waste of time and money. If you can’t even get a basic black iced coffee right, what are we even doing? Well you get what you pay for and this is what happens to me for trying to save a buck and not go to Starbucks.
Unfortunately it doesn’t let me give 0 stars, but if there was an option to do so I gladly would. This is the 3rd time that I have came across these 2 employees that have the snootiest attitudes acting like they are related to Kim Kardashian and own the highest end restaurant known to man kind. Every time I come here at the drive thru they always screw my order up and if it’s not that one or two items are missing. I’m not sure if the speaker at the drive thru has audio issues or both of those employees need to go get their ears checked and get a deep ear cleaning because they never seem to hear anything. This has not only happened to me but multiple customers I have seen it happen to that oder in front of me. The tone of voice that we need to use in order for them to hear is pretty loud. Even the cars around us can hear. Another thing is they never add napkins, straws, or ketchup, and when I do ask them they have attitude. But it’s only with this shift because I have came here at different times and I have never had this issue with them.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went there yesterday with a Respite group from my job and honestly, it was the worst decision we made all day. I ordered the new s’mores ice cream and even paid extra for toppings and hot fudge. When they handed it to me, it was barely half full and missing everything I paid for. I brought it up to the rando at the window, but they didn’t care and just said they didn’t have fudge. No refund, no effort to fix it, nothing. Then they lost (or straight up gave away) one of the people in my group’s food and tried to argue that we already got it. The manager refused to remake it at first, acting like we were trying to scam them. We only got the food because we stood there and refused to leave without it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Save your money and your patience.
Horrible experience. I went to this location with the intellectually disabled individuals, I work with. I asked for assistance to help them place an order and was refused. They also erroneously gave the order to another customer and accused me and my client of taking it . This the way to treat individuals with special needs. It is unkind to treat customers with special needs disrespectfully.

Upon entering, I waited at the counter to place my order. After standing there for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, I asked if anyone was available to assist me—but was completely ignored. I then stepped aside and attempted to ask for help again, only to be ignored a second time. During this time, I observed one employee working the drive-thru with her head turned, appearing to be on her cell phone. I approached another staff member to ask if I could place my order, and she responded rudely, raising her voice and saying, “Why don’t you use the kiosk? That’s what it’s there for.” Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager to explain how I was treated. Unfortunately, the manager showed little to no concern about the situation, further reinforcing my disappointment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Afterward, I checked their Google reviews and quickly understood I’m not the only one with complaints. It seems clear that customer service and communication have become lost priorities at this establishment. McDonald’s is a brand known around the world—but experiences like this damage its reputation. Automation and kiosks may be convenient, but they should never replace basic human interaction and courtesy. We’re still people, and respectful communication matters. I hope McDonald’s genuinely values customer feedback, because this particular location needs serious improvement.
Food dried out, stale, and no flavor. 5 dollar Wendy's biggie bag is way better deal, food made to order. McDonald's lost my respect a long time ago
😡 1 Star! Incredibly Bad Experience! Went to McDonald's today after placing and paying for my order through the app! When I got to the drive-thru, they said they didn't have that order number! Frustrated, I had to go inside. After finding an employee, she glanced at the order number on the paper bag right in front of her and said it wasn't my order. When she saw I wasn't leaving, she got the manager. The manager also looked at the same bag and said they didn't know my order! Just then, the actual manager walked by and asked if I was picking up an order. I said yes and gave him my order number. The manager looked at the bag and said, "This is your bag," and handed it to me! Only then did I see that my order number was clearly written on the bag! I have no idea why the employee and the first manager, knowing full well it was my order, kept saying they didn't know! Absolutely terrible service and workflow! Wasted my time and energy, the experience was awful! I will definitely not be coming back to this McDonald's!
if they dont fix the machine for the carmel frappe i will file a complaint, it has been nearly a month since they said their machine hasnt been working and by now i would assume it would be fixed, but no it has NOT been fixed, what machine is broke? The y machine clearly not, the blended ice clearly not? fix it or i will file a complaint
