I go here every morning before heading into work and they always make coffee great. Edomis is the bestest ever they all are very nice tho including the day manager. When customers walk in and staff know your order without you having to say anything it makes you feel appreciated for your business and that they pay keen attention to their customers needs. These staff deal with hundreds of people daily so to memorize customers orders is Def amazing customer service. Kudos to the staff in this establishment for all your hard work.
Probably one of the best Dunkin donuts in the area, employees are always nice. They keep it very clean and they're quick!

The FIVE stars is specifically for Mylaysia. She turned my awful customer service experience around. I had ordered an iced coffee with oat milk. There is a .50 cent up charge for oat milk. The person who took my order tried charging me 1.50 up charge and didn’t want to listen to me when I tried explaining why I thought that was incorrect. Thank you Mylaysia for taking the time to listen and solve the problem!
Stopped here on our way to Massachusetts just so we could get out for a few mins strech our legs and feed the baby place we clean quiet and parking was good for being a rest area.
So this Dunkin used to suck. I mean REALLY really suck. It used to be the worst Dunkin in the entirety of Albany, maybe even the entirety of the capitol region. Buuuut now, it has become extremely reliable and tasty (at least around 6:40am on weekdays). The crew around 6:40 am are always killing it and seem to enjoy what they do. I can’t speak for the rest of the day.

I had a wonderful experience at El Pollo Loco around 12:45 PM. There was a young lady working who was absolutely amazing—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. She was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and had a great attitude. She helped a customer entering the restroom, assisted people with their tables, and even managed the back area before coming back to the cash register. And helped me . She was super efficient, very friendly, and truly respectful. I just want to thank her, even though I don’t know her name. Highly recommended service! Best customer service ever. Thank you
I recently visited your location and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service and food quality were nothing short of exceptional. The manager was incredibly polite and clearly on top of every detail. More importantly, you can sense that all the employees operate under the same high standards and principles. It’s a truly cohesive and well-run team. As someone with **30 years of experience in management**, I feel qualified to say that the way this store is run is commendable. I applaud your team for maintaining essential people-to-people skills—these are the values so many businesses are losing today. Thank you for providing such a standout experience. My only note of caution is that I am not particularly excited about the introduction of self-service kiosks. I love Dunkin', this one was a little slow with service even though I was the only one inside. There drive thru was busy. There choice of donuts at 430 in the afternoon sucked.
Typical Dunkin. You know what to expect. No issues on this visit through the drive thru.
Even an hour before closing the food was still very good. I would recommend giving this one a try. The drive thru lady was nice and helped me place my order easily as it was my first time.
One thing we envy about SoCal is the number of El Pollo locations. From the Club Wyndham Anaheim resort we were staying at, we had three or four El Pollo locations to choose from within about a 10 minute drive. This location shares a parking lot with Burger King but there were plenty of open spots when we arrived at about 5:30 pm. As soon as we entered, we could smell the aroma of El Pollo Loco’s signature, freshly grilled chicken. The older gentlemen in front of us had a hard time ordering because the cashier was speaking 100 miles per hour! LOL While waiting for our turn, we prepped our answers to his lightning round of questions (leg and thigh or mixed chicken? which sides? corn or flour tortillas?) but still flubbed our answers because the cashier changed the order of the questions! Despite the mini-challenge of ordering, we got our order of hot, freshly-grilled chicken, warm corn tortillas, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy within a few minutes. The taste is as good as we remembered from our last dining experience at El Pollo Loco.

Not sure if this is all dunkins or just this location but they used the same spoon to mix all the drinks. I got almond milk in my coffee and am worried that if someone with a nut allergy comes in there is cross contamination. Also, I got almond milk because regular milk does not agree with my stomach and now my coffee is cross contaminated
Short handed and poor attitude from workers seem to be standard for this location. At least they are consistant. Annoying that they don't even bother to put a frosted donut in the bag with the frosting facing up.
I mean, it’s coffee and mass-produced doughnuts. What is there to say? The coffee is better than Starbucks, but if you get anything beyond black coffee they’re bound to screw it up. So I guess…take your chances.
Started out strong when first opened; however, morning drive through on weekdays can be painfully slow. Leave yourself extra time on way to work if stopping.
Hard location, tricky parking and drive through set up. Slow drive through almost every time. Often the order is wrong. They are usually understaffed and super popular. Other than that, it's a Dunkin with a drive thru. Patience and you will have something tasty. Caution and you will make it out of the parking lot unscathed. Update- today they forgot the sausage in my sausage, egg, and cheese and the bagel was cut weird, neither top or bottom lol and squished.
Came to the store the first time, and the employer taking care of the front did not offer to help us, I asked nicely to help us since we had people that were seniors and she right of way said you can go ahead and order from the Machine and turned and dismissed us showing her back, I quickly saw another senior and I quickly advised her to please assist the senior since he didn’t know how to use the machine , I told him that she didn’t want to help so I insisted for her to help him so she suddenly change her mind and offer to help. I recommend for the manager to understand that this business consist in helping and serving and delivering great customer service, I believe she can do a better job if she can be corrected. Thank you.
I have ordered chips here several times, and this is the third time I’ve noticed the same issue — not many chips in the bag, maybe half filled. I actually mentioned it to an employee, and they told me the chips are weighed out and “that’s what you get.” I should’ve taken a picture to prove it — next time I will! For the price, the portion could definitely be more generous. Hopefully management can review this so customers get fair value for what they pay.
I like to stay on the positive but when a server cops a attitude with a slant I say they could do better. The food of course was good but you know how your stomach can get when you get a bad vibe. There are other locations to explore.
Food was really good and the first location to actually serve double chicken on a double chicken tostada. We ate inside and the tables were okay, not the cleanest but not dirty. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper and you needed a code to get in which meant you had to wait in a long line at the counter just to ask for one and disturb the employees who were busy having their conversations with each other. A homeless person walked in and filled from the the soda fountain with a cup that he found in the trash outside and that felt like a hygiene issue.
Staff had nasty attitude
The staff are the worst , they don’t even acknowledge you when you’re up front , they can’t multitask.
Hi I bought a black coffee here yesterday and it wasn’t gd because it was ground gd because a lot of the frond was in the plastic cup not happy about that I always go to ur store just wanted to let you know
At location at 5:30 AM. Was told that they were not open. They probably need to adjust their hours. Or I could be because the girl couldn't figure out how to open the window. All in all, she did not seem happy to see me. Probably a good time to kick this expensive Dunkin habit.
Coffee was expensive and wasn't made right after paying for extras. Drive thru was backes up and employees were rude.
Food good. Cashier was friendly but forgot to give my OJ. Rest of crew looked angry and uninviting.
Ordered a hot black coffee with a shot of expresso. I couldn't taste the shot. Not enough seats to eat. Service was ok except for the coffee. They didn't give me the senior discount that I asked for. Will only go there again if there is no other choice.
Cold breakfast croissant. Room temp potatoes. Everything tastes like the smell of surface disinfectant. The drive-thru layout is not good. You gotta go pretty wide to make around the corner after ordering. The pickup window is a tight squeeze.
The workers look miserable. Very monotone. I said thank you when they handed me the food and literally didn't get a response. They weren't busy yet were clueless about my simple mobile order and had to ask me. Looked like a manager was running around showing people videos on her phone. No napkins. Asked for bagel with cc on the side but got it on the bagel anyways, doesn't even cover 1 half of the rock hard bagel. Very sad that this location is so close to my job and I won't be spending my money here again. 🙃
I placed an online order thinking it would be the easiest and fastest way to grab my lunch before going back to work, but this was not the case at this location. First of all, the line of people waiting to place their order was to the front door, and the counter area where you pick up orders was crowded with angry customers. If it wasn't for the receipts in people's hands, I honestly wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between the lines. I tried for 10 minutes to get to the counter while customers who previously received their orders kept coming back because their orders were missing something. When I finally got to the counter, there was only one person in front of house who was filling and distributing orders slowly. She was trying to be accurate but was moving far too slow. She only spoke Spanish, so she had difficulty dealing with customers who only spoke English, myself being one of them. It wasn't until almost 10 minutes later (so 20 minutes total) when the long line of customers were gone that I was able to ask for my order from the cashier. Next, my simple double chicken avocado salad order was not ready as it should have been 20 minutes earlier, and I was told they only had thigh meat, which I do not eat. I finally asked them to cancel the order, and then, like magic, they had breast meat to place on the salad. The cashier tried to make it up to me by offering me a free drink, but I was far too frustrated at this point. After I got my salad, it was not double chicken at all, but rather a small amount. This took nearly my entire lunch break from work, and it shouldn't have. So, unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location any time soon. I hope they learn from this and get it together.

Mud and sludge
This Dunkin’ location has just become consistently disappointing for me. I usually stop here before heading South, and at first I tried to give them grace thinking maybe the issues were just because of the early morning rush. But honestly, it doesn’t matter what time of day I come — the experience is always the same. The food is never hot, barely even lukewarm, orders are inconsistent, and the overall quality is just not worth the frustration anymore. I genuinely prefer Dunkin’ coffee over Starbucks, which is why I kept trying to make this location work, but at this point I’d rather just grab coffee from the Starbucks at the rest stop than waste my time and money here. It’s frustrating because there aren’t Dunkin’ locations at the rest stops, but this place has been so consistently bad that I’m officially done trying.
Zero rating for their Service! This guy at the counter treated us “differently”. We asked for water, he said he couldn’t give us then and asked us to come through the drive thru again. Never did any Dunkin personnel did this. He didn’t even provide me a straw until I asked! Glad he didn’t deny and ask me to come again in the drive thru. The lady was polite though. She immediately provided the water bottle
Worst Dunkin ever the floor in the lobby was disgusting the counter wasn't any better the customer service was very poor got the feeling I was bugging the workers because I wanted coffee I will never come to this Dunkin again.
Really poor customer service. Their drinks aren't reliably consistent. I've been at least 4 times and each time there's a mistake or the drink is made poorly. I give up.
The two staff was seemed to be confused and frustrated when I arrived and barely looked at me or the other person waiting to order, so I left without buying anything.

Dine in is an absolute joke ! Today the drive through line was out to southern blvd and not to my surprise the inside was closed for order taking. They leave a sign out EVERYDAY instructing all customers to order from the drive through. I’m sure it’s because they have very little workers but this is unacceptable people want to wake up & do their normal morning routine. Customers are suffering SEND HELP HERE IMMEDIATELY!
The person grabbing my donuts was sneezing in there hand and wiping there nose while getting my food with no gloves on. That place and the people working there are disgusting. This is a great place to go if you want to get sick or some disease
This Dunkin’ is close to my place of work I know many of my coworkers are frequent customers. As I read the other reviews it’s a constant theme that customer service is not CUSTOMER service . The attitude I got from the manager LEO was basically “too bad” I can’t serve you because we are too busy. I get that speeding things up is important especially since I have been on the waiting line but serving the customer should always be number one. Leo instead of saying no could have asked what I needed and figured out a way to offer it while still accomplishing the goal of not making other customers wait. He not only said no but said it in front of his staff who will learn from him to say no to customers . Shame on your leadership decisions.
We waited in a long line, got to the front and had to add one more drink. “Lia” who said she is the manager was extremely rude and told us they can’t take orders at the window. I parked and went inside and then she said the lobby is closed. She was extremely rude and arrogant. I understand everyone is going through something, but wow, why put someone like this as a manager?
Everyday it seems it’s something. Wrong order, no product, or charged wrong. How do you repeatedly run out of coffee creamer? Today I ordered on the app. When I got there to pick up my order they didn’t have munchkins and wand to give me a donut instead. So I’m going to pay $3.00 for a donut? Then I got back to my office and there’s no cream cheese on my bagel. I drive back up to the store that want to charge me $2.59 for cream cheese for my bagel… yet I’m the problem? I left because if I ask for a manager I’m a “Karen” … so done with them
This location seriously needs to be investigated by their corporate entity for the numerous grotesque things here from food to staff. The location is a ServSafe and quality control nightmare that the local Health Inspector should really investigate asap. I have never been to a worse location in my entire life. Falsifying wait times at the drive-thru, disregarding allergy concerns when stated (thanks for almost killing me), they refuse to correct orders or refund product for their blatant mistakes. Every staff member is beyond Next Level unhappy and disrespectful. They are constantly out of selection as well and the location itself could be a lot cleaner. I strongly suggest anybody who actually enjoys their breakfast to be correct and warm with pleasant service to go anywhere else.

11/23/20 ordered online, sandwich with extra egg and bacon. Got no bacon or egg extra. Guy was concerned more about his timer, than being accurate. Bacon cheese roll ups, come on guys. Coffee is hot but the roll ups are stone cold they’re supposed to be hot.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Waited by the drive thru speaker and no one answered. Went to the window and some girl walked past and looked at me twice and didn’t even stop. I waited ten minutes beeping my horn and no one came. Terrible service.
Stopped in to buy five dozen donuts around 5:30AM. All if the bins were full so I didn't think it would be an issue. The girl working told me that "She was all alone and I would have to come back later". My crew starts work at 6AM- so no donuts this week.

More than half of the times I order anything from this place they forget stuff out of my order or it's just plain wrong. I've gotten coffee here numerous times where the lid wasn't even on all the way and coffee has spilled on me! I started driving down the road to a different location.
Most absolutely ridiculous parking lot I've ever seen. Every single parking spot is handicap parking. Not a single normal spot and there are no designated parking spots anywhere else in the lot. Total failure.

Why do they have a make shift sign everyday stating drive thru only when you enter? I have walked in several times in the past few months just to be told you can’t order here. Today there was a line of people ordering inside but I was told I had to leave the line and go to the drive thru because I have a car. What is going on with this place?!
Went around 12 to get a cocoa cloud latte and a bacon egg and cheese. At 3PM I started throwing up and pooping at the SAME TIME! They had given me food poisoning! I knew not to pop a u turn when I passed it. But I did it and now I’m paying for it. AVOID !!!! Great staff but they don’t know how to handle their products!!! Will never be back!
Have gone there numerous times in the last month an hour before they close to be told they can’t make drinks or coffees because they are ‘cleaning all machines and no food available.’ My daughter refused to date one of the employees and was told by said employee not to serve her or take her order because of personal reasons and no one would take my teenage daughter’s drink order, on several occasions. The lack of professionalism and customer service is deplorable. If this is how the management is letting employees treat regular customers, someone needs to step in and take over.
I work overnights and always stop by this dunkin because it’s the closest one to where I live. On numerous occasions I’ve ordered CHAI lattes and been given regular coffee which is not what I asked for. But more recently right before this last snow storm I order my usual and was given coffee. I made it home and realized it was not CHAI so I called and the woman told me she would put my name down and I can come back and receive the drink I was supposed to. I don’t drink Dunkin everyday so I went back a week later and they told me “I don’t know what your talking about” “she wasn’t supposed to do that” “she not here anymore” from the woman manager ( mid 30’s Hispanic ) I believe just giving a description. While also being met with a rude and nasty attitude when I told them when I first pulled up to the drive thru “ if it’s too much of a hassle I’ll pay”. After that whole process I asked her could she read my order back and was told “Really I’m the manager do I really have to read your order back”. Fast food customer service has gone down hill significantly and this experience just reinforced it ! After I had paid I told the workers at the window “Thank you” and I was met with nothing but a look. Very disappointing when people spend their hard earned money on breakfast that’s half decent on top of attitudes. Thank you !
Worse Dunkin' I’ve been too.. it’s near my job so every other morning I give it a chance and every time I’m continually disappointed. It’s always something .. I just waited 25 min in a line with only 2 cars in front of me .. all to get my loaded hash browns with burnt bacon and a drop of cheese. Never again.
Got avocado "toast" with bacon today. What I received was completely untoasted bread topped with bland green paste and charcoal flavored sprinkles. It's not like I was expecting gourmet. I just wanted something that at least looked like food for a quick breakfast. Oh well.
Im a manager at chilis and I swear if I told a guest what the manager told me they look at me like im crazy. I just went there on a quiet Sunday morning no body in line. I wanted to add a drink she told me I had to drive around so I said let me ask manager. She comes up says no and so I ask why? Rules are rules was her answer. That not a professional answer at all. My job is literally to make the guest happy now if its extreme thats one thing but I wanted to get one of my other line cooks a coffee. Do better gurl.
Asked for a large spritz refresher with less ice and was given a drink filled 2 inches from top. Asked if she could fill it to top and she said i got less ice so it was full according to her. She added about an inch more, but still not full. So if I asked for no ice, would they give me a cup half full..?? Kind of ridiculous since it's only water they add to the mix.

Just came in there to use the bathroom , stood in line though cause i wanted a donut and all the workers just sat there and stared at me for like 10 minutes. Doing nothing just talking and we were the only ones in there. Couldn’t even get my donut and im pregnant. Don’t work if you don’t want to work it’s not that hard to make yourself look good 👍🏼.
This lady sat there facetiming her man while working the line and handing orders over. Completely disconnected from the job and people. Slowest workers i have seen in a while. No sense of urgency or respect for the customers. Sat at the drive thru for 5 mins with no reply. Just avoid it.

Do not come here!!! When you walk in expect for no one to help you. You will be directed to the kiosk. If you get stuck or need help they will tell you " someone will help you". Which will not be true you will be left standing there for 5-10min with no one to help you. On top of it all tables will be dirty, no napkins or lids. When you ask them for some they will roll their eyes and give you the items with bad expression. While I was eating I seen 3 people leave because no one would help them use the kiosk. I seen so many older folks asking for help and they said "we can't take your order!" I the customer got up not once but twice to help the older folks that had been struggling and standing there for more than 8 min. While the employees just stood there and watched me help them instead of them coming over and taking over to help them. You guys had like 5-8 people and not one person could help or clean the lobby. Pollo loco check your cameras 2/4/26 between 1:53pm - 2:30 and see how many people walked out, how many times I got up to help, and see how your employees were doing nothing. Get new employees or lower their pay if they can't do their job. It's ridiculous!
I would give them 0 stars. I ordered food through the drive-thru, and the lady told me to order when I was ready—which I already was—but then she left me waiting for more than 5 minutes. When I finally got my order, she gave me iced tea instead of a Coke. The drink was warm, had no ice, and was the wrong drink altogether. I ordered the 3 tacos al carbon combo, and it looked like they had just thrown the tacos, chips, and meat onto the plate. Everything was a mess. I was very disappointed by the poor customer service and the condition of the food
The staff constantly gets my order wrong, whether I use rhe drive thru ir door dash. Its sad. I spoke with someone who called himself the assistant manager and he flipped the script to where I was at fault for continuing to give them chance after chance 🤷🏾♀️. So yeah writing a letter to the corporate office because no one way should a customer be blamed for staffs laziness, inaccuracy or inability when it comes to putting together an order.
I do not recommend this place. Their workers just don’t care. I came to order some food and four people were served before me and my order was never fulfilled. I left because I had to make it back in time to work for lunch and I was never refunded. I came back to try to get a refund, but they said that Il they didn’t know what I was talking about and I needed the receipt. I lost my receipt and had no way to prove that I placed an order other than showing them my bank account, but I guess that didn’t count. It’s no wonder they want to replace workers with robots they just don’t care.
Went drive through; very slow service, with three cars in front, waited 20 minutes. I ordered the eight piece family meal with a large soda almost $40. That would have been ok if we would have enjoyed the meal. When we got home, the chicken was burnt, it was so burnt that the pieces were extra small. Plus, the chicken was completely dried. The salad I ordered as a side was old and soggy. Could not eat the salad. I have not found a good Pollo Loco in Orange County anymore. Another place off my list!!!
Don’t waste your time here! We always order big orders from here and have them delivered they always miss meals! People don’t eat! and when you call to have them fix it they say you have to come in store for refund or a pick up. They are so careless about their service! The managers are careless. This isn’t a one time thing it always happens here! Plus tostadas are stale.
We ordered for an office lunch, and unfortunately, HALF of our order was missing when it was delivered. This meant several employees didn’t get their meals. When we called the store to address the issue, the manager on the phone(Theo) was rude and unhelpful. Mistakes can happen with one or two things missing but HALF is unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism and care in resolving the issue was very disappointing. I hope the store improves its attention to delivering orders and customer service, especially for group orders.
After work I was craving chicken, and I went through the drive thru and it was the worst decision I made. I order a double chicken tostada and the presentation was awful, It was mostly lettuce and rice. Sorry but when I pay for double chicken, I expect to get double chicken. Why are we, as customer's getting the short end. Never again!
