Little Anthony's Albany Reviews
Best I've ever had! Period!!! I Highly recommend Lil' Anthony's.
First time in and we’re already planning on coming back… Fantastic place, great local mom and pop Italian joint. Tonight, tried the Penne Alla Vodka, Onions tossed in a pink alfredo sauce with add on shrimp. I inhaled it…Plus, the thin slice pizza with meatballs was Devine as well… Can’t wait to be back!
The pizza is delicious. I'm a pizza taster and here the pizza is delicious and the cauliflower pizza is 5 stars. It's great. You have to try it and the girls who work there are super. I'm from Puerto Rico and since I got there it's my favorite pizzeria and I've tried all the ones in the area and I don
I am a transplant from Syracuse, New York. I moved to Florida in 2014. I was very disappointed to find that most pizza places around here had disappointing crust. Back home, up north...there used to be a neighborhood pizza shop called Pat's Pizza. (They don't do business anymore). Their crust was the most perfect crust (in my humble opinion). Can we all just admit that from pizza place to pizza place, the toppings all pretty much taste the same? Cheese is cheese, pepperoni is pepperoni, vegetables are vegetables, etc. The thing that really "makes" a pizza is the CRUST! Pat's Pizza crust was the perfect thickness...not too thick, not too thin...full of flavor (tasted homemade)...and had just the right amount of golden crispiness on the very bottom. It was the perfect balance of textures...just the right amount of doughiness...paired with the right amount of crispiness...completed with fresh vegetables and delicious meats and cheeses and just the right amount of sauce. I pulled into Lil' Anthony's with a fair amount of skepticism and acceptance that I probably wouldn't be super happy with the pizza...but I was also hopeful...and very hungry. I told myself as I walked to my car with the piping hot pie that I would only have two pieces on the way home. However, unfortunately (or fortunately, whichever way you want to spin it) I was unable to stop eating this pizza, and consumed the entire thing while driving home. I didn't even mind when another car swerved rudely into my lane, cutting me off and missing my car by a mere three inches. So what? I'M EATING DELICIOUS PIZZA! I proceeded to call my friend, who lunches with me pretty regularly, and tell her that the next time we meet - we are going to Lil' Anthony's!!!! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for absolutely delectably delicious pizza.
Lil Anthony’s is hands down one of Minneola’s best spots, and honestly, it feels like a hidden gem you want to keep to yourself. From the moment you walk in, you get that classic neighborhood Italian vibe. Warm, welcoming, and zero pretense. Just great food done right. The pizza is the star. Perfectly cooked crust with just the right chew, quality ingredients, and sauces that actually taste homemade. Whether you go classic or loaded with toppings, it’s consistently on point. Their subs are just as impressive. Big portions, fresh bread, and packed with flavor. You never leave hungry. What really sets Lil Anthony’s apart is the consistency and the people. The staff is friendly, remembers regulars, and treats everyone like family. It’s the kind of place where you can tell they care about what they’re serving and who they’re serving it to. If you live in or around Minneola and haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. And if you have been, you already know why people keep coming back. Lil Anthony’s is the kind of local restaurant every town wishes it had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is our happy place. The staff is family (to each other and to us). Food is delicious. Carbonara is my favorite. Beer is ice cold. Love our neighborhood joint.
First ate here almost 25 years ago, and still swing by when im back in the area. The VIP pizza is just as good as I remember when I was a teen. Now im bringing my teenage daughter here for her first time and introducing her to the same great tastes I grew up with. 5 stars
First time in. The food was fantastic. We had the creamy mushroom pasta, Greek salad and large veggie calzone. Waitress gave us just the right amount of attention. Definitely will be back.
We're so lucky to have Lil' Anthony's down the road from us!! Best pizza in Orlando. The restaurant has true small town charm and the servers make you feel like family. ♥️
Placed an online order for delivery tonight, mistakenly received a pizza, not the calzone ordered. Called restaurant and they were so helpful and made the calzone and had it delivered so quickly. We usually dine in and have never had a problem before. Can't say enough about how courteous and professional in taking care of us tonight. Thank you again @lil Anthony pizza, we will continue to recommend to friends.
🔥 This place is AMAZING! We’ve been traveling full-time for four years and hunt down pizza and Italian food every Friday all over the country. This spot is by far one of the best we’ve found. Literally everything was amazing. The lasagna was top-notch and the noodles are made in-house which makes such a difference. The pizza crust was perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, absolutely spot on. Michelle, the general manager, was so sweet. She checked on us often and made sure we were happy the whole time. She made it feel like home which was awesome. 🥰 She was also super sweet to my daughter and her baby doll. Thank you Michelle! The atmosphere is fun and super clean. Each table has its own theme which I think is a cool New York vibe. If you haven’t been here yet, I HIGHLY suggest you go. It’s seriously so good!😊
New favorite pizza place. Driven by it a hundred times and finally stopped in. Family owned and very welcoming. Pizza was spot on with a perfect, slightly crispy crust and just the right amount of cheese, sauce and toppings. Music bingo night was going on which seemed very popular. Will absolutely be back.
Awesome local pizza restaurant, great for sit-down or carry out. A real family-owned business, don't hesitate to give them a try! The Garlic Bread with Pepperoni is a full-size baguette of garlic bread, toasted and layered with pepperoni. Great to split as an app or a full meal for one. It was so good we came back again and split a Large Italian Calzone. Fantastic! Super rich and delicious calzone filling, love it! The interior of the restaurant has always been clean and comfortable while waiting for my order. My only caveat would be the wait time, generally it is on the longer side of their estimate even when arriving at the end of their prescribed time for a single item. Totally worth waiting the extra 5-10 minutes for me but if you're in a rush, just be aware. Still highly recommend and will be back again for sure!
After picking up kids from school, they asked to stop to buy some pizzas. As I googled, the closest one was Lil’ Anthony’s Pizza. We enter in the pizzeria and that place just amazed us, tables with a lot of historic things, like entering in a small part of New York, a small piece of New York is here, in this amazing pizzeria. The Queens and Brooklyn Pizzas that we ordered were truly, really delicious. My kids were very impressed and me too. I highly recommend this amazing place.
Aesthetics are great but if you’re going for the food - you’ll be let down. Went for breakfast as it came highly recommended - it was very much meh. Pancakes had a weird aftertaste. Eggs were eggs. Bacon was bacon. Prices were decent. Servers were great. Can say I visited.
Something changed with the food. We used to eat at L’il Anthony’s a few times a month. We ordered for the first time in over a year and were surprised that the food lacked flavor. The salad was great, but pasta, meatballs and garlic knots were not as flavorful as we remembered. Hoping it’s just an off night for them.
Supreme pizza had very little sauce on it which made the crust dry. I asked for a small cup of sauce and was told yes but never got it. Had to go to counter to get my check. Wife's soda drink was empty near end if meal.Counter person said she'd get it then walked away to clean a table and had a long conversation with bartender. Waitress finally took our money as I waited at counter. Used to go there a lot in years past but no more.
I've ordered a shrimp pizza and there was barely no shrimp. Literally some slices had no shrimp at all. So obviously, not happy about paying 33 dollars for a shrimp pizza with no shrimp, I've called the place and suggested some improvement - but I was dismissed with them saying that's the way they do it. Okay, keep doing it I guess, until you go out of business...
Ordered a cheese and sausage pizza, it was so bad I would have been better off getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Hardly any sauce or cheese on it and tasted like card board. I use to order from them a few years back and it was delicious but the quality has definitely gone downhill. What a waste of money.
