My team and I had a great time at "Lo Nuestro" we drove an hour to get there and we loved it, we were welcome with a warm smile at the counter and the delicious smell of Dominican food, we showed up 15 minutes before closing time but the owner didn't hesitate to take our order and make a special dish we requested, mofongo. The location is clean and while we waited for the food to be prepared we enjoyed our Shinola drinks. Needless to say we will be going back in a few days to taste some of the other dishes they offer. We just want to thank the owner for making us feel at home, or as if we were visiting an old friend.

The Fluffy One _

One of the best places I have ever ate they are always on point and the food is amazing. Everything I've eaten here is great. The only thing better is the customer service the owner Niulka is a goddess she is beautiful inside In out. Niulka goes out of her way to make u feel at home. Niulka and her daughter Lisa are so attentive always ready to take your order or refill your drinks this place Is my #1 spot to eat. And will stay that way as long as they are there.

Food was ok but the customer service was shitty. Not sure how the girl behind the counter was so rude and pretty at the same time but it left a bad taste in my mouth. As if she doesn't like her job. Also I got a side of beans or was suppsed to be but ended being soup. I can't help but think it was intentional. I don't spend my money where I'm not respected and neither should you.

My rating reflects mostly the quality of the food. It has dropped tremendously over the years. Love the people and the dishes but I can’t help but speculate the drop in quality based on texture, flavor. It’s still good to most but I can taste the difference. I would recommend but it is no longer the best Caribbean restaurant out here.

Stopped here to dine in. The rice was yummy, bean soup great, tamales tasty. The chicken entre was awful. Extremely salty, hard and overloaded with spice. Server was very nice. They didnt have any of the beverages I asked for off the menu. Its dark, in a bad part of town and had to park 1/2 mile down the road. Looks like a good place for college kids to grab some appetizers. Price was average for dining out. I dare say this is not far from fast food quality and quite a low budget operation. I would consider take out of appetizers and you will not be let down. As for dining in, just don't reccomend. There were no desserts available or offered.

Lo nuestro Dominican restaurant is new there. This was my first time and I guess a lot of people love this food. For me it was just ok, nothing special. They forgot my beans with my rice. I got two pastelitos , chicken and beef with cheese. There was the flavor of chicken and a ton of cheese. If you're into that then enjoy it. They were out of the sauce so I didn't get the full on experience. With that being said, I am not sure I'll be going there any time soon

They are very slow on take out orders. It takes longer than any other restaurants in the area.Most of the food already cooked and ready to go on counter but still take longer to take them. Another negative thing is black plastic bags that they pack food with.

Ordered food, many many times- first time we ordered and food never showed up. So we called and asked what happened - they just gave our food to whoever. When I said I’ll come in to pick my food up since we paid and never got it, they said we will not make your food. Tried saying kitchen was closed- kitchen wasn’t closed for another hour. Refused to make our food, we will never ever be back . Food wasn’t even that good was just convenient. Never again- terrible service

I waited 30 minutes in line which I don’t mind waiting I’m a very patient person but when I tell you this lady gave me nothing but fat and dry pieces from the pernil it was at the end of the container why not just pull that one out and put the new one in…kind of disappointed because I never get this kind of service…

Order this for delivery, first time. Ordered roasted pork shoulder, I didn’t know I was going to be served pig with legit hair still on the skin.. idk if that’s normal for Dominican food or what
