As a small business and banking with BOA for 11 years, I can only say that DIME and the team has gain a new customer. We will be moving ALL our banking accounts to them. Having NO working relationship or accounts with them they went above and beyond to help us and get us the PPP loan. In 3 days Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday (Marybeth) gave me access to a Portal - reviewed all of our information and forms and Sunday night sent us an email that our application was on the wait list with the SBA - 1 weeks later we got funded. While getting our funds through DIME, BOA sent me an email just now (month later April 5th I submitted and May 4th they replay) saying that their underwriting team just finished reviewing our forms - a MONTH LATER!!!, I submitted all of the documents and not yet over to the SBA - so in ALL we are saying BYE to BOA and migrating to DIME. I hope more Small Businesses do the same to really show the Big Banks that the force of small business owners DO matter.

We requested information. They sent forms online, we filled them, once approved, we opened an account which was swiftly set up. Three days later the account was funded. The entire application experience was great. Only thing that I don't like is that when I wrote some checks, there was a 3 day delay in sending out the checks. Which put us behind 8 working days to process further payments. Perhaps because we are a new client...

Worst bank and customer service ever

I have a business mortgage loan and a equity loan with Dime I have been a long time customer. Dime customer service has to be the worse they never pick up the phone or reply back. Recently I was charged an over payment of 650.00 on my monthly equity loan payment and was never sent a letter explaining why. After several calls I found out was computer error. As of today i have tried numerous times to reach out to several different people with no help in getting my refund back. No one knows who’s coming or going and never at the desk picking up phone. If I could give 0 stars I would just bad customer service
