We applied for the PPL through one of the big-name banks and found out after waiting for weeks that we were denied. We thought all was lost but then our SBA contact introduced us to Dime Community Bank. I e-mailed, LiLi from Dime, (The BEST even though we never met in-person) she replied to me within hours and help us step by step with the application process. Within a week we received notification we were approved for the PPL. When the pandemic struck, we were not sure how we would survive but to our relief the Dime Bank came to our aid. We are also so grateful to be a recipient of Dime’s Community Chest Grant. In the most difficult times, Dime was our lifeline for our small business. When BIG banks only cared about BIG companies, Dime Community Bank was here us, a small local business. Dime Community Bank is the Best Bank ever, they are truly a bank for the community a lifeline for small business. THANK YOU DIME for caring about Small Local Business during this time!

When we first started out we went to several big name banks to apply for an sba loan and got nothing. We were so luck to have found Dime Community Bank! They were on board with our vision and were able to get us the financing we needed. When the Covid-19 pandemic struck we weren’t sure how or if we would survive but to our relief the Dime Bank came to our aid by helping us process our PPP Loan. We were also recipients of a Dime Community Chest Grant. In the worst most difficult times the Dime Bank was our life line. I can not recommend them highly enough.
