I highly recommend this French restaurant to any of you. One of the best duck I ever had from any French restaurant I ever been. Watermelon soup with crab meat is so refreshing. Beef tongue with chestnut is amazing. The mango pistachios tart tastes just right. Lobster spaghetti is tasty. Scallop sauce is a little too sweet for me. I like lamb chop be more spicy and salty side. The lamb is too plain for me. Oyster is fresh and tender. Steak is well present. Overall it worth a trip to go down and try it out.

This is my favorite restaurant in NYC ever!! I come there very often and always bring my people when they are in NYC for a visit. I really recommend it, especially the appetizers. I've never been disappointed by any of the meals so far. The food is just original and refined, a good value for money restaurant. They also have a nice wine list and a cozy terrace in the back of the restaurant.

Absolutely delicious! The fish dish appetizer with pickles and crackers was incredible. The ambiance was relaxed but still lively and service was excellent. Will definitely return!

Wonderful experience. Beautiful restaurant. The shrimp tartine was excellent—fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavor. The drinks were also very good. The atmosphere really stood out. We sat in the backyard, which felt peaceful, cozy, and intimate, with a warm, romantic vibe. The server was genuinely friendly and attentive, making the entire evening a great experience. Would definitely come back.

Beautifully simple dishes, executed to perfection. Excellent wine pairings and genuinely warm, unpretentious service. A restaurant that feels both refined and comfortable at the same time.

Such delicious and inspired food. The quail oyako is something I would not have thought of or would attempt at home. Such a treat and so delicious — crispy skin dusted with furikake, stuffed with sticky rice and soy cured quail eggs. The smoked trout dip will convert any non believers and the mussels were a hit at the table. Carrots were well balanced, and the garleeks vinaigrette were classic and refreshing. Great ambiance and service too! Not loud but still lively. Great for a Saturday night dinner with friends.

This French restaurant is truly amazing—the music isn’t disturbing at all. The atmosphere feels very cozy and friendly. Jacques is one of the best and warmest people I’ve ever met. We tried their food, and it was excellent—the drinks had just the right amount of alcohol, and the dishes were beautifully presented with great quality. I highly recommend this place to everyone, because I know you won’t regret coming here.

Happened upon this bistro on Bleecker for a little bite in December, and what a gem. Best mulled wine I've had in my life. The staff is French (or francophonie) so you can ask about the menu for yourself in French. Not overdone, delicious plates. Perfect for a light afternoon goûter. Fresh oysters, and great price, too.

This is a special place. First the food is exceptional. We are spoiled in NYC but this is remarkable. Even if you think you have had the dish before this is another level. The combination of ingredients gives the dishes a depth that I have not experienced in some time. Anyway go. Staff is wonderful and athmosphere is perfect. Feels like a neighborhood restaurant

We went back after a couple of months and were still impressed! Great happy hour deal, interesting and creative dishes. Menu seems to change quite often so we will be back soon :)

We’ve had this cute French restaurant on our list for a while and finally made it on a Friday night. Although we didn’t have a reservation, we were seated right away. It was quiet at first, but the place started to fill up around 6-7 PM, creating a lively yet cozy atmosphere. To start, we ordered a glass of wine and an espresso martini. If you’re a wine lover, you’ll appreciate their extensive wine menu. For appetizers, we tried the beef tartare, tuna tartare, and a dozen oysters. The presentation was stunning, as shown in the photos. The beef tartare was excellent—clean, refined flavors without being overpowered by extra ingredients. The tuna tartare was enjoyable as well, though the crackers were a bit too hard for my taste. The oysters were fresh and absolutely worth it, offering great quality for the price. For the main course, we opted for the rabbit, which was perfectly cooked—tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Overall, this is a wonderful spot for a romantic date night or a special dinner. The service was exceptional during our visit; the staff were polite, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! P.S. the check was around $200 total for 2 people

Small and cozy bar with a clearly labeled happy hour that inspired us to stop in. Grabbed a window seat for ample people watching and waited upon by a lovely server with European flair. $10 martinis, we tried the dirty and the vesper which was a good balance of savory and sweet. Enjoyed the cheese of the day too.. but ate it so fast we forgot to photograph it! Would like to come back for a full dinner in the future, had already made plans elsewhere for this evening.

Hosted my birthday here and had an absolutely amazing time. The outdoor space is so charming but the inside as well is very stylish. The team was so helpful and friendly. The food, cocktails, and wine were delicious. I couldn't have had a better experience and all my guests were raving about L'Accolade.

Their happy hour is 5-7pm. We enjoyed every single menu there. One thing that i disappointed is the size of the oysters . But other than that the service and foods are great! I highly recommended it !

Gorgeous outdoor garden with string lights, a quiet gem in a crowded part of town. Not mobbed like some popular West Village woods. We had a delicious dinner here after comedy Cellar on Friday with two courses each and wine. I enjoyed the burrata pesto risotto and eggplant a lot! They have inexpensive oysters, $1.50 each. We had great servers who speak French, giving it an authentic feel.

Food 8/10 A hidden gem in the WV, it was empty when I came in for lunch, but slowly filled up later in the afternoon. The complimentary bread was quite fire, there were two varieties and a delicious butter. We ordered the avo toast and salmon croissant, and the ending bill was not outrageous at all, considering the location. Atmosphere 9/10 Very elegant European vibes, I felt like as if I was transported to another country. Love the empty wine bottles lining the walls, and the art selection. Love the details. Service 9/10 Super friendly service.

I had a great dinner at this restaurant. It all started with a friendly and very attentive staff, and continued with a great selection of natural wines, interesting cocktails and an excellent menu. All dishes were beautifully presented, perfectly cooked and tasted great. Even though it's a French restaurant, they have pasta on the menu, and it was perfectly cooked. This restaurant is definitely worth coming back to again and again.

Great quality food with quick service and cute atmosphere. Both indoor and cute outdoor patio seating. Portions are small but quality was amazing. Went with a couple of gals and enjoyed carrots, branzino, chicken, salad, and carpaccio. All were wonderful and paired well. Defs recommend

The food is very very good but I think the menu is too limited and it’s very pricey. I took a star off because we waited a while for our table, and the food is more expensive than I felt it was worth. That being said, the carrot dish, the pork chops and the fennel salad are great. The drinks are also really good.

As far as cute West Village restaurants go, L'Accolade is above average. It ticks the boxes for ambience (cozy and quaint), service (friendly and French) and food (tasty and interesting). Plus, if you come by for Happy Hour (which runs until 7pm), you can actually save some moolah. How about that? We indulged in a dozen $1.50 HH raw oysters (which you can get with a required purchase of glasses of wine at $14 each). The oysters were large and chilled, as fresh as one could ask for on an urban island. The Hiramasa Crudo was a zesty and generously portioned slice of summer seafood, while the Beef Carpaccio was a heartier and even more genersouly portioned red meat counterpart. The addition of bottarga and castelvetrano olives was a particularly nice touch. Entree-wise, you can't go wrong with either the fork-tender Branzino Grenobloise or the lavish Barbecue Braised Beef Paleron, which comes loaded with white cheddar grits, braised collard greens, pickled fresno, spiced pecans. Not that I'm complaining, but I don't quite get how that's at all French? Oh well. L'Accolade is the kind of reliable neighborhood spot that knows its audience and doesn't punch above its weight. In a city saturated with try-hards and wannabes, that's just plain refreshing.

The food was really good, portion was very small, and the service was horrible. [Food] We ordered Pappardelle, Honey & Harissa Glazed Carrots, and two of their cocktail drinks from the menu. There were two pricing option for Pappardelle ($22/$28) and we ordered the $28 entree one. Despite paying for the main dish, the portion of Pappardelle was surprisingly very small. We still really enjoyed pappardelle and the drinks. The Glazed Carrots were good too but nothing special. Everything was going well with the foods, but the terrible service made our good dining experience to not wanting to come back here again. [Service] We were welcomed by host and seated in very corner of the restaurant even though there were many 2 people seatings available. We both thought it was odd being seated in the corner even though there were empty seatings but did not think much of it. Our 2 main dishes (pasta & carrots) and drinks came out first then our complimentary appetizer breads came out when we were already eating the main dish. That didnt bother us much thinking maybe they have forgotten about it. Throughout the whole dining, the blonde European server with high ponytail kept interrupting us to ask if we wanted to order more and if she can take away our dishes. I wouldn’t mind if this happened 2 or 3 times but she constantly came by—more than 5 times at least—when we were clearly still eating and having conversations. The server was very disruptive and we felt rushed the whole time. Fyi there were no people waiting and half of the dining hall was empty; available for people to dine. I thought maybe it was because it was close to their closing time and as a person who’ve worked in food industry before, i know how it feels to close the dining hall. However, when I checked the time on photos, it was 7:52 when the main dishes came out and 9:34 when I took picture of the check before leaving this restaurant. They close at 11pm. it means that the server started to rush us from 8:40~9:00ish which is more than 1hr 30 minutes away from their closing time. There were also 5 tables still dining, some of which were here even before us. On top of that when we got our check the pen wasn’t working so ive called the other server who was assisting us too asking if i could get new pen to sign. He snatched the pen out of my hand and scribbled over the postcard they handout and told me it worked and left. However when i tried on receipt paper again, it still didn’t work and called him again for assistance. Thats when he yelled at me saying it didnt work because i was not writing on top of the postcard paper and on top of table instead. Really didn’t appreciate the unnecessary attitude because he never took time to explain whats wrong with the pen too. I hope these details on our service experience help people out whether deciding to dine here or not.

Second time here. Service felt off. We went during happy hour but had to ask if Happy hour was still going on, and the waiter then kinda hesitantly said yes, as if they did not want customers to know. Then we asked to get happy hour oysters and they said they could only do half a dozen, which the waiter made it sound like they had more but was not willing to give us. Just this entire beginning of the experience felt very weird. Most dishes we got were good, I really liked the shrimp tartine. The pappardelle was a bit bland. The duck dish was the worst as it had a gamey aftertaste. Overall this time the experience was not pleasant and would not come back. We came in at 6:30pm on a Friday and the place was mostly empty, maybe a red flag right there.

The food was good but not fabulous. It was reasonably priced. We had the crab tortelloni, scallop crevices and the short rib risotto to start. The appetizers were good. The quail and duck were good too. The servers were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the air condition wasn’t running. It was cooler and less humid outside. It was 80F and raining when we arrived…. Maybe wait until they fix their air conditioner before trying this eatery.
