Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins

I usually brew Dunkin Donuts coffee at home. I'm a big fan of their hazelnut and chocolate coffee. This was my first time visiting so I didn't know what to expect or order. I decided to try a coffee with a mocha swirl. It wasn't very sweet but good. It was just right for me. I also ordered the sugar donut [was fresh]. It was okay but I am biased and do prefer Ms. Donut in Montebello. This location is COVID-19 compliant. Wear a face mask. Takeout only. Small venue located downstairs to the subway. Convenient especially while traveling through. You can place mobile orders. They have a breakfast menu. The staff is super friendly. Also, please note that the lighting inside the venue is motion detected so don't be alarmed if the lights turn off while you are there. The lights turned off while the server was processing my order. 😊😊

I've always been skeptical about seeing quiet a few Los Angelenos "loving" and raving about DD coffee. Haven't had it myself since relocated from the East coast - back there it was not considered as something America would be running on. I guess the stars finally aligned and I ended up their DTLA location this morning. Surprisingly, coffee tasted like coffee ☕️ - bold and certainly not like a bland watery substance with rubberish aftertaste I was used to when living in NYC. Verdict: either DD stepped up their game or it's been awhile since I've been to the East coast.

My girlfriend and I were taking a walk in the area when a sugar craving suddenly hit us. Luckily for us, Dunkin' Donuts was right around the corner. We got the iced chai latte and a few donut holes. The iced chai latte was the perfect blend of spiciness and sweetness, but not an overwhelming level of sweetness. We got each of the four donut hole flavors: glazed, blueberry, chocolate, and jelly filled. The blueberry and chocolate flavors tasted more like muffins, which tasted great, but also wasn't what we were expecting from a donut. The jelly filled donut hole definitely wasn't it for me though. Maybe I got a bad batch, but the jelly tasted almost like a cheap lotion and was inedible.

Stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts this morning near our hotel. The seating was comfortable and the place felt relaxed, which was a plus. Food was okay — the breakfast bagel and donut were decent and filling. The coffee was lighter than expected and could use a bit more depth, but it may come down to personal taste. Overall, fine for a convenient breakfast and a place to sit.

I tried Dunkin Donuts for the first time!!! I purchased a med Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, Kreme Delight, chocolate frosted with sprinkles, and French Cruller donuts. One drink, three donuts. The Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte was GOOD. The meal was sugary. I enjoy sugar so the meal was satisfying. Coffee and donuts here in the morning can wake you up. I recommend you ask what coffees and donuts are popular.

Dunkin’ Donuts is a really cool spot to grab a quick coffee and something sweet. The service is absolutely spectacular—friendly, fast, and always with a great attitude. The drinks and donuts are consistently good, but keep in mind that this location doesn’t have many seating spaces available like you would normally expect. Also, they don’t have restrooms, so it’s better for takeout or a quick stop.

Last week, they gave me a Pumpkin Spice Latte and it looked like a cup of milk as seen in picture. I went this morning and explained the issue and the explanation was that I asked for less ice so they top off with milk. I also asked why it didn't have whipped cream or other toppings, his reply was that they don't add these toppings to mobile orders because they assume people don't want it. I would assume people want the drink as advertised. Right after this explanation, I still received my order without whipped cream/other toppings and it was still very light in color. I ordered in person and the cup said whipped cream and cinnamon topping. He still forgot the caramel drizzle so I had to have the drink corrected a 2nd time.

I had to order from the kiosk after standing and waiting for a few minutes for someone to help me. The kiosk doesn’t respond well to touch so I ordered only what would respond. The restaurant was dirty, items on the floor with what seemed like no effort to clean it. There is no Dunkin’ where I’m from so it’s a treat when I get to go to one. This one was lacking.

3 No Nos No Restroom No Power Outlets No Parking...wonder why there's even chairs in here.. UNTIL this morning, shorty with the mask is rude. And I felt embarrassed and belittled just like 5 minutes ago I don't like it and I'm considered a value customer.It's so how much rather feel comfortable. What's worse is that im almost forty , not fourteen, so I dont like the handling.

This place sucks I ordered a cookie butter cloud latte and they put literally waffle cone pieces as the topping instead of the cookie topping… I asked for a whole refund cause that ain’t it…. I ended up going to Washington and San Pedro and got the cookie crumble as a topping the workers are careless at the Downtown la location

10 min for a simple hot coffee?! There were no other customers in store and the donuts were getting restocked before my coffee got poured…wth

This location puts the star in one star. The staff was crushing it, tons of people waiting for their orders and they cranked out orders as fast as they could, but good lord Dunkin needs to hire more people or staff more on the weekend. Took 32 minutes to get 2 coffees.

The worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin donuts was at this one. People headed me in line were complaining about things. I don't know what exactly my drink took forever for them to make. I was expecting the person I paid to make my drink and hand it to me right after I paid. I wasn't expecting for them to take 25 minutes to make a coffee. While I was waiting for my drink, they had made quite a number of orders called out names of people that weren't even there. So they were making orders for people that weren't even in the store ahead of me and I was there so I waited longer for no reason. That in my opinion is definitely messed up and needs to be fixed. I don't like the attitude the manager at this place had either. He could tell that I was complaining about stuff. He could tell other people we're complaining about stuff and he didn't apologize for anything. He didn't act like he was in the wrong in any way. I would definitely say pass on this establishment. I know there's not that many Dunkin donuts in Los Angeles, but this is definitely a pass. Don't go to this specific Dunkin donuts I got a coffee colada blue raspberry and I'm a drink. It said three pumps of syrup. So basically my drink is ice and three pumps of sips cost six bucks for that and it was a terrible drink and the service was absolutely atrocious

This placed is insanely understaffed . There are only 3-4 people workers when it should be 5-6 . The workers are nice but can only work so fast . If you’re gonna have 3-4 people working then you shouldn’t be taking online orders as well . Management needs to stop being cheap & stop letting this restaurant be understaffed . Waiting 25 minutes for coffee & a bagel is outrageous.
