It's a good place, I really like the chicken they sell, it has a very good flavor, I can say it's one of my favorite chickens, and the sides are very good as well as their golden tacos.
The place is very nice, they have some pretty attractive promotions. Two medium chickens for $200.00 or one and a half chickens for $220.00.

Horrible experience. I bought potatoes, rice, and chicken, paid the full amount, and then received a note saying they weren't offering those promotions. The tortillas were awful. Nothing like Guadalajara. If I could give it -10, I would.
The service from the staff at this branch is detestable! They wouldn't sell me an extra breast to a package I bought (i.e., one breast), and they can't. Besides, they throw everything at you and they forcefully demand change because they never have any... the cashier yells at you. Don't think twice before buying.
Horrible flavor. The chickens at Chedraui are better and cheaper. Don't be fooled or get rappi. They are chickens with very small pieces and very bad flavor since they are typical frozen chickens from years ago.
