Little Caesars Aledo Reviews
The inside of the restaurant was very clean. My food was made to order. Smelled delicious on the drive home. One star off atmosphere because there were no chairs to wait.
This is the only location I’ve been to that typically has pizzas hot n ready. A few locations near me never have hot and ready always a 15 minute wait. Damon (if that’s how he spells his name) keeps it like the moto states
The people are awesome and the pizza is always hot and fresh best Little Ceasers I’ve ever eaten!!!!😎
Terri replaced my order for my son who has horrible acid reflux and she was super amazing and nice and understood where I was coming from. Give her a raise !!! She deserves and took time out of her day to make this right for my son who has tummy issues ty ty ty and I will be calling the head honchos of little cesars to let them know what a wonderful job you've done. Ty
This is meant to be a fast pick up and go place and they are definitely working hard. Super friendly and helpful. There was a rude old lady having trouble with her order and needed to change it a bunch of times. So much so, I was getting kinda irritated for the worker sake. She helped her out and not one ounce of displeasure was sensed. She handled it professionally and was even able to turn the lady’s mood around when all was said and done. Perfection at its finest. The atmosphere is kinda bland, no chairs to sit and wait, gets crowded quickly but other than that, it’s great.
Very easy access from the parking lot to this little caesars. That's always a big plus for me. The last thing I want to do is drop my pizza trying to weave in and out of a parking lot that doesn't have very much parking. The staff is very nice and helpful. The pizza is made pretty fast and always good. You can trust that Little Caesars just going to give you a great product every time, well that is if you like their Pizza like I do. I will be back!
OH MY GOSH!! My son started pushing me to try Little Ceasars again. I said "Not unless I check their current reviews". To my surprise, they finally started getting better in the recent past. I gave in and agreed to just ONE more chance. On 08/25/23 I just picked up my 3rd order in a week and a half, lol. Somebody fixed em', thank goodness. We all missed you guys, welcome back. Old Review- Someone must be paying people to give a good review. I've had no less than 4 HORRIBLE experiences with this store in the last 4 months. I am NEVER going to a Little Ceasers again. The last time was on 9/19/21. Ordered online, paid online, waited over an hour for this POS undercooked "pizza". Avoid this place like the plague.
Terri was awesome. Feeling welcome and friendly staff is important to us. The pizza was the best we have had in a long time. We are new to the area and have tried a few places here.. I will not bother with going anywhere else now. Updated been going here for a year now and this place has only gotten better. Food and service. The employee go out of there way to help and be friendly.
Their pizza pickup portal combined with the app is awesome. Plug in the code and go! Don't have to talk or interact with anybody. I always get there deep deep pepperoni and it's always great. I've heard their stuffed crazy bread is kind of small and you only get three pieces. I just get normal crazy bread. **The Batman Calzony was fire.
The app is very user friendly. Ordering through the app is easy. Pick up and delivery are your only options because there are no tables to sit at. All the food is made quickly so either option is fine however the fees and tip will make deliveries more expensive. Food is very affordable and the food still tastes great for the price. Pick up is painless and you don't have to worry about waiting for someone to become available.
I cannot in good conscious give this a good review. After watching a girl blow her nose then sneeze into her arm , I was appalled to watch her continue to work touching all the toppings on the pizza without washing her hands. After looking further not one person was wearing gloves while handling food . I'm completely sure this is against health codes. This was my first time in and my last.
Well, I paid extra for the pretzel pizza and instead I got a regular crust pizza with salt sprinkled ON the pizza, not the crust. There was so much it was inedible. The Italian cheese bread was good though. Not sure what is going on. They weren't that busy. Its not lunch or dinner time. Also, im confused on why they ask for a time. I put my own order in online, I picked up my own order, and they made it wrong. Who exactly is the tip going to, i never ever saw an employee? If it was delivery, 100% deserves a tip but...
The pizza tasted good but good luck trying to call to place an order. I hung up after being on the phone listening to the recording for right at 20mins(I arrived after being on the phone for 5mins, then stood in line while still being on the phone to see how long it would take). I stood in line behind 2 other people waiting on someone to come to the front for an additional 15mins. 15mins for someone to come to the front is not acceptable!! 1 person(pictured) from the back came to the front and didn't say anything to the customers turned around and went back in the back somewhere. 1 of the customers yelled "Does anybody work here?" No one came in to view. Finally a worker came in from outside the front and started helping customers. I might also point out it states on the door "No mask, No service". None of the employees are wearing mask or gloves while handling the food. This whole in-store experience lasted about 25mins. From the time I placed my order it only took about 10mins to get my pizza and cheesy bread which is not bad! The rest of the experience was horrible!!
Burnt food. Paid 12.99 for it. Tastes ridiculous, not going back
First the lady that took my order was very rude .If you don't tip they make you wait. She had my pizza done but made me wait for it for some time bwfor she said it was ready. This place has horrible costumer service. I won't be going back and the pizza was cold. How your treat with or without tip. You work in fast food so you should be nice no matter what and my pizza.was.burnt and they wanted to do nothing about it
Ordered 3 pizzas, one order of crazy bread, and one order of buffalo wings for delivery. With $8 in fees and a $6 tip, the total came to $67. Their website farmed out the delivery to DoorDash. The driver left two of the pizzas at the store, which was confirmed when I called the store. I was told that I needed to call an 800 number to get the issue resolved. I called the number and was told that my complaint would be reviewed and a decision would be emailed to me in 24 hrs. Don’t order online from Little Caesars! Their customer service is terrible!!!
We normally love Little Caesars pizza, but this one we got tonight was horrible. We ordered an Extramostbestest pepperoni. As we were leaving our neighborhood (less than 5 minutes later; takes us 15 minutes to get into town) we get a notification that our pizza is ready. Thought that seemed awful quick. Well, we found out why when we got the pizza home. Definitely not a fresh pizza and not Extramostbestest. Looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. The crust was stale and rock hard. Completely inedible.
If you like undercooked pizza, this is the place for you. I've ordered the old world pepperoni pizza 2 or 3 times that advertises having over 100 pepperonis with a picture of them absolutely covering the entire top so you cant even see the cheese underneath. When I get mine they have around 70 pepperonis. I guess these folks can't count or look at a picture and match it up to what they're making. That or they're trained to short customers on the toppings they paid for. I've attached a photo of one of the pizzas so you can count for yourself.
Had doordash bring the pizzas. When we opened the box for the pepperoni, it was burnt. The cheese pizza wasn't any better. I called the manager and he offered to make new ones if we picked it up. I am not going to lie, I ate one cheese pizza and it made me sick. I told him I wasn't going to pick another one up and I really don't know if I want to eat at this store again. His response with everything after that was, "ok". I will never order anything from here again!!!
Been here at all different times of the day and mostly order the bread sticks. They have always been hot and fresh. Just once lacked the amount of cheese that I like. Been waited on by young and older men and women employees, everyone has been really nice, patient and greet me immediately. I have to edit my review from 2 years ago. The last 5 times I've been here (5 month span) the breadsticks have been under cooked and lacked butter and cheese. Do not buy them until they get this fixed. May 2020- no butter, no cheese on the breadsticks. Zoom in, one dot of cheese. Sept-2022 got the hot and ready pizza, old, dry, burnt. Here look at the picture. Very disappointing.
I hate to leave a bad review. However, this is uncalled for. I have picked up a ready-to-eat extra most bestest pepperoni pizza. Worst idea ever! This pizza had to be one of the first made right at the end of the lunch rush to sit in the hot box. I tried to microwave it with no luck. My 7-year-old, who eats everything, even says this is gross. I can't even bring myself to feed it to my dog. You either have to wait over an hour after you order or you get something like this.
Astounding how horrible these people are at their jobs. My husband waited 30 minutes for a hot and ready, when he got home with it, I was actually shocked at how badly it was made. It looked disgusting and more than half the pizza was crust. We tried to eat it and couldn’t. I called to ask for a remake of the order and no one answered the phone.
