Very patient over the phone which is always refreshing! Prompt delivery, it was at my door 10 minutes before the estimated arrival. Amazing pizza, my seven-year-old ate the entire pizza by himself. Delivery woman was very delightful and polite. major bonus points fall on tiny things, they remembered every single extra sauce for dipping etc. Overall amazing experience and amazing food!💯❤️

We just ordered Mr. Jim's for the first time and I have to say it is some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. The crust was perfect and soft, there were plenty of toppings, it was piping hot when it was delivered and the staff was absolutely fantastic from the young lady that took the order to the gentleman that delivered it. Will definitely be ordering more often!

This place has the best tasting pizza hands down! Where we live nobody delivers, but they are worth our drive into town. I didn’t know they had a drive thru until recently and I’ve been a customer for some time. I spoke to a young lady who was in the front and I asked her how do they keep the pizza tasting the same every time? She states they make their own dough from flour and yeast and they always measure their ingredients. I say it perfection! Hands down best pizza place in town, friendly staff and yummy pizza and wings!

Great pizza! They have the best thin crust, really thin and crispy just like it should be. I really like their lower card 'D'lish' pizza options. And the crustless pizza bowl is a nice option as well.

Online order was correct, pizza was amazing. Oh and we were told delivery would be about 30-40 minutes like every where else, no problem. 25 minutes later our doorbell was ringing. Mr Jim's is our go-to pizza place from now on.

I only door dash from here, but I pay for extra cheese everything. This time, I paid for 2x cheese. I have never got extra cheese. If I pay for it, add it!! Edit. I appreciate the fix. I asked and paid for extra cheese and received extra cheese.

Disappointed. Tonight was our first time trying Mr. Jim's and it was a let down. Ordered 2 pizzas and one was incorrect, but this is not the fault of the employees, it was an issue with the ordering system and my fault for not double checking. Regardless, just didn't taste the best and pricing is a little up there for the quality received.

Mr. Jim’s used to be our favorite pizza place in town, but they have really gone downhill in the quality of their pizza by skimping out on the sauce- and sauce makes a BIG difference on a pizza. It’s like they’ve gone cheap and are trying to save any extra penny they can by cheating you out of the sauce, and they’ve started doing it on their Jim Sticks too! The Jim Sticks were my favorite part, but now they’re so dry and the taste is completely different without it. Looking at the other reviews, we aren’t the only ones who took notice. Even when we ask for extra sauce, it’s still not very much. It’s just a huge disappointment. PLEASE stop cheating us out of the sauce! It completely changes the flavor of the pizza!

I called and placed my order the guy said give us 20 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later to pick up and they haven’t even started working on my pizza yet. They tell me give us about 20 minutes. So now we are 40 minutes in. I should have just left but really wanted pizza for lunch so I stayed. The pizza was terrible. It was way over sauced to the point it’s all I tasted and I specifically asked for light sauce too. I could only eat one piece of it and threw the rest in the trash. I paid $18 for it which is also ridiculous. I won’t ever order from this location again.

Ok after posting a strong review for this pizza place I must unfortunately place an extremely weak review. I called to place an order for delivery like I have many times before. I was told that it was all of a sudden outside their delivery area. So I ordered dominoes instead. Then I called back and asked what exactly was their delivery range since I’m only 3.7 miles away and the girl who claimed to be the supervisor said I don’t know. 3.7 miles really.... is that too far? They got good pizza, poor customer service, and no legit delivery. Now is when we need delivery most and they fail!!! Fair enough you have to set a delivery range at some point I get it however, according to your delivery map you linked everyone to... you will deliver to 2800 clear lake which would require your driver to drive past my location to get there and you have delivered here many times before. But seriously 3.7 miles... Really??

Very disappointed in this Mr. Jim’s. We ordered 4 pizzas online and spent over $50. When we got there to pick it up 2 of them weren’t correct. They remade the 2 they messed up but not the other 2. We asked them if they could at least keep the other 2 warm and they said they would. They were cold. They pizzas were dry and cold. The toppings were scarce and overall we weren’t happy. We won’t go back to this location.
