Best espresso I’ve had in LA up to this point. This barista knows what they are doing!

This location is small, but they have seating both inside and outside. The lattes were quite good, albeit a bit small. The avocado toast was a lovely rendition of this ubiquitous California breakfast option. The bread was particularly delicious. The biscuit was very tasty but way too much money for the size of the portion. $7 for one biscuit is really ridiculous, no matter how good it is.

I love this cheery cafe in Highland Park! The staff are extremely friendly and quick at preparing your order. The Business and Pleasure is my go-to order on the weekends - it comes with a house fizzy hoppy tea, espresso shot, and latte. The pastry selection here is top notch. My favorite is the lemon mochi muffin which is super flavorful and has a nice texture. Tons of GGET branded merch and other coffee related things as well. There’s a bunch of patio seating in front of the cafe to enjoy your food/drinks.

Egg feta toast & protein breakie are staples in my diet. So good. Favorite meal in LA The cilantro, mint, and dill on the egg feta toast with the chili oil and whipped feta is just out of this world. Every part of this toast is amazing. Thank you for making it! Delicious.

Cute coffee place. I really like the name. Maybe an homage to South Pas high school? The waffle and eggs on biscuits were excellent. Seating is a bit limited, but get friendly on the benches. The deco is cute and definitely a nice place to visit.

A nice LA coffee chain, where you can buy pastries, coffee drinks, bags of coffee, and some espresso machines. Received very friendly service and got a nice macadamia latte.

If you are near highland park don’t missed the BEST COFFEE shop, silky texture and bitter just enough to enjoy every sip ☕️ ( a word from a coffee lover 🖤)

Customer service here is outstanding. The coffee is divine. They serve a broad range of breakfast food. I can be very particular about my eggs, yet Ingrid cooked them to absolute perfection. If you grab eggs/coffee here, you won't be disappointed!

I LOVE THE NEW BURGER. I think it’s my new guilty pleasure. Everyone here is friendly and helpful to answer any questions you may have. The food and snacks are amazing. Unfortunately some of my favorite menu items have been removed or replaced but they’re all tasty. The meal prices are up there but understand this isn’t prepackaged Starbucks food. The menu is short sweet and to the point and is also available in Spanish. I know a lot of people are intimidated by the bar style service but that’s how it works here, I assume because it’s so small. From my experiences: Be patient when it’s busy and kind to them and they will be very sweet to you. My bonus, There is a nice covered seating area in the back of you feel like hanging out. The clothes they sell are cool too. I love that there are Dodgers bobble heads everywhere.

Super cute and trendy coffee shop and cafe. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Didn’t try the food, but the baked goods looked delicious. Got a cappuccino. It’s served in a satisfyingly heavy glass. The milk was perfectly pulled with velvety micro foam. The shot left something to be desired. I forgot to check where their beans are from, but I wasn’t impressed. It tastes very lightly of milk chocolate with a slight tang, but without the accompanying fruitiness I expect with a lighter roast. The finish tasted like old, wet grounds. None of the toffee or nuttiness I like in a darker roast, but also none of the more herbal notes you get from a tangier espresso. There’s a nice little seating area in the back, but it’s better for a brunch date than to work on a screenplay. Solid third wave coffee with hopefully just a bad day on the espresso machine.

Quirky food offerings, expertly prepared. Very, very solid. Good coffee... expensive experience (noticed they just raised some prices, which are beginning to cusp to San Francisco standards), but high quality. Open air seating only. They have a strange policy of keeping the sugar and cream for coffee behind the counter. A bit irritating. Just put it out where everyone can see it — where everyone has access to it.

Good coffee, nice staff. After going there a bunch and tipping every time just for a simple take out drink I noticed today there is also a 7.5% “wellness charge”. I get the staff are at added risk for working during covid and should be compensated (although imo I feel is the responsibility of the employer not the customer)… it bums me out to see that I’ve been charged an extra 7.5% without my knowledge until I noticed this today, on top of me always tipping for drinks. It’s a bit much and explains why I found the drinks to be more expensive than other places. Please just be transparent about what you’re charging customers. The way this is charged from my experience is that customers dont see the itemization of what they’re being charged, they’re just presented a tipping option once the card is accepted and the ending total. Feels a little sneaky to me.

Breakfast burrito + cold brew for $23+ dollars before tip. They have a choice of a few salsas, but even for that price you can only pick two, which come in tiny cups. Kinda makes sense, though, because the burrito is also just a lil guy. Burrito is fine. Tasty but nothing to write home about. I don't really understand why anyone would get it twice, even if it were a reasonable price. Save your money, go elsewhere.

This place is ok, I normally love their drink selection. However, my issue is the music that gets played here, I am Black and most of times I’ve been buying here, I am the only Black person (staff included); however the last 3 times I was in there I was forced to hear the N word repeatedly via the shop played. I was very uncomfortable the first time, confused the 2nd time, And now angered at the third time. Please start playing the edited/radio version or please stop playing these harmful songs. Highly offensive and unsafe. Please make this change Immediately!

The other day, I came here and ordered a bagel with tomato, and today I got a breakfast sandwich— both were extremely dried out and disgusting. The food used to be way better here and it’s gone down significantly in quality.

While the service was decent, the $8 latte was very meh. Would not recommend.

Cute cafe in Highland Park. Coffee was ok nothing special. Almond milk is made in house but I didn’t like the flavor. Avocado toast $16.50!! Fancy looking toast. Prices are a little too much.

! I went to order coffee today at the highland park location, and I sat down on a bench to wait bc they were busy with other orders. I tried to be polite and wait until the staff were done. I sat down on the bench. They helped another DoorDash driver that came in after me. The barista didn’t say anything to me so I just waited. Then I finally asked if I could order she started making someone else’s drink. They said you can order anywhere at the counter in a bit of a Condescending tone, and I asked why she didn’t say anything. They was a little rude and told me I should have come up to the counter. I’m so confused by the interaction. It felt very rude. I have only had good customer service at this location before this time.

Ordered a burrito with NO bacon to go. Got home, it was full of it. What if I was allergic to it?
