Amazing and friendly atmosphere for everyone. They made sure to put smiles on everyone's faces. They are truly kind and cheerful, it's good to see happy employees and when I lost my kids favorite toy they helped me find it, very affordable food and has amazing taste

Great food at a reasonable price. Food was hot and came out within a few minutes of ordering. Atmosphere was marked down because a woman had her 2 year old who could not stop screaming. A reasonable person would have left rather than disturbing the whole restaurant.

Amarillo doesn’t have the buffet but the food is just as delicious as I remember. This maybe a fast casual dining experience, but don’t forget to tip the staff.

This location always has exceptional food and customer service. Their employees are incredibly nice and helpful. Their meat sauce is delicious and even my youngest son, who is a picky eater, will eat all his food every time we come here. I feel that in itself is an incredible feat. I just ate lunch there and I have a smile on my face while typing out this review as I remember how darn good the food was.

I was driving through Amarillo to Oklahoma and I saw Fazolis !! I thought they went out of business, anyways, I had to stop and so glad I did. Their lasagna is to die for and their breadsticks are soooooo good. My son loved their spaghetti kids meal too. Quick and friendly service.

I go to the Fazoli’s in Amarillo mainly because of Stan. He is genuinely the sweetest worker there and you can tell he truly loves his job. He always has a positive attitude, is so welcoming, and makes every visit better just by being himself. Stan is hands down the best worker there. He puts in real effort and treats customers with so much kindness, which is rare these days. Stan is honestly the only reason I keep coming back, and Fazoli’s is lucky to have someone like him. He deserves appreciation.

Blast from the past. We're traveling and dropped in at Fazoli's. We loved this place back in Phoenix and finding it here in Amarillo was quite the surprise. Manager was awesome, personable and humble bringing us the free "Endless supply of bread sticks" out himself. My son had a massive Sub Sandwich and I had a Duo special. Not sure what it was (I'm bad with names, but it was on display at the front counter). Also got an additional side of garlic shrimp. Meal was awesome and people were great!!! 👍👍👍 Highly Highly Recommend

Went through the drive-thru and it was my first automated experience! The lady who took my payment was super nice even though it took them a while to get it together due to shift change she compensated more for that than anyone I've ever known she was so sweet and she gave me two bread sticks to munch on while I waited. Great place for quick pasta ready to go . This establishment was very clean . Immediately on entry there was an employee tending to the trash and cleaning the floors . I originally placed my order in the drive up , however they missed an item but the manager on duty made sure to make it right he was so kind about it all and even included a yummy dessert to accompany my meal . I would say for fast food this gets five starts for being clean courteous and on top of my needs as a customer ! I will definitely be back .

Fazoli's was super good, I got a spicy baked ziti. Not quite as spicy as when I had it before. I added red pepper and it was perfect. I didn't really care for the cheese skewers. The cheese was hard in them. Everyone was nice, but there was a terrible smell outside of the to-go window.

The food was really good at a very reasonable price. Good size portions and hot when served. The bread sticks were also hot and buttery, with a little crunch on the edges. Yum. I had spaghetti with meat sauce. Normally, I tolerate sauce and don't really like it, but I liked theirs. My husband had the baked spaghetti with the works. He really liked it. We wished we had one in our hometown. All we have is overpriced Italian restaurants. This food was just as good and, in some cases, even better. The only complaint I have is that there was no one to clean up after customers left. I'm sure at one time they had a waitress or floor person as there was a waitress station, but it doesn't seem they do anymore. If they can't get someone, they need to put in trash cans and bussing tubs so customers can do it themselves.

The best part of this place is the woman who brings the food. I don't see anyone busting their hump like she does. I give her a tip when I go. The girl at the register ant the slow moving manager are overrated.

Foods always good for the price. A good value. Service can be a little slow at peak times but nothing horrible.

Never had anything here I didn't like. Yes, it's fast food Italian, of course it's mostly pieced together with pre-made components, but it's done well, and the portions are always more than enough. Baked entrees are a favorite, as are the breadsticks, of course. Self-serve drinks have a wide variety of options. Great for a change of pace from other fast food choices.

This place is usually full of families. So it's lively and loud. Food comes out within 5-10 minutes​ normally depending on your party size. Establishment is clean and staff is friendly. Whenever we are in town we always make it a point to visit here. Food is great.

Biggest Fazoli's establishment I've seen or visited. The staff was nice and the service was fast. The food quality was not as expected, as many of us thought it tasted like it was reheated or had freezer burn; not fresh. Also, we were their over an hour, and they did not cone around with breadsticks, even though it was not that busy. I would recommend the Fazoli's app, as it had some great coupons for us.

I ate at these in Arizona so I thought I would give it a try. Ther breadsticks were way too mushy and buttery. Ther lasagne was ok, but I've had better. The spaghetti was bomb, so it's there best dish.

It was the end of a very LONG day, and I just didn't have the energy to ask for something that should have been served us in the first place. The staff was very polite. The restaurant was clean. If you have mobility issues, snow is not removed from handicap parking at all. But, they took time to have drive through scooped for their people to deliver food. Bathrooms are disgusting. If bathrooms are not maintained, most likely kitchen is same condition.

Fountain station was out of order and they charged me 2.49 $ for tap water..... I don't care how good thefood might be, I was ready to leave before I got it. Tables were extremely sticky. Food was slightly warm and the pasta was dried out bad. Bread sticks can be used as a baton as hard as they were.
