The last time I went to Charley's at the mall, I ordered a sub with no veggies and they ended up putting all of the veggies on the sub. When I confronted them about it, they told me to "pick off the vegetables" Needless to say I haven't been back there since. The food was ok, but the bad service will always turn me away from eating there again. The fact that people still have issues with the employees just says a lot about this restaurant.

THEFT THEFT THEFT Me and my daughter went there for lunch and my total was $22.15, I have alerts set notify me every time my card is authorized. The card reader was not working and so I handed him my card. I then got an alert that it was authorized for $26.50 I asked him about it and he seemed surprised in a fake way. When he said he couldn't figure out what happened, I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came out, he seemed instantly angry while he looked at the employee but proceeded to tell me the price of each sandwich. the total on my receipt should match the total on my bank app despite the prive for individual sandwiches 🤣. There was no reason for nearly a $5 difference The manager proceeded to shake his fingers in my face and told his employee to not say anything else as if he was already guilty. This was THEFT and when I called them out, they got mad. I will be paying for all of my food in cash from now on.

If I could give this -5 starts I would. The “owner” is very rude and does not know how to handle situations. I needed my sandwhich remade because they put cheese and my husband is allergic. When I went to get it remade the girls had no issue. I was standing there waiting and the “owner” yells at me that I need to order my sandwich right and I said excuse me I did you didn’t put it right and then he yells in waisting his money (the girl out the food in a to go box by the way for her im assuming) so then he proceeded to have a all out yelling match with me and tells me to leave his store I said it’s the mall I don’t have to leave then he says I will get security to make you leave! He is rude unprofessional and I will never ever give my money to this place again and I suggest you don’t either!

Ordered $46.00 DoorDash. Mystery chicken? and some sort of meat on the Philly. Horrid food not even consumable for an animal. Blueberry? mash lemonade drink. Definitely thumbs down all the way. What a waste of money. Do not eat here.

Place has gone downhill since they opened a few years ago. Wanted no toppings on my Philly, but they added banana peppers for some reason. They were also skimpy on the meat and cheese. Workers are rude and incompetent. Used to get nice plastic cups for the lemonade, and cardboard for your sandwiches, but now everything is styrofoam. If you want a good Philly go to Jersey Mike's.

Tried to place an order on DoorDash, they canceled my order after 45 minutes, at the store. I called the location and some a**hole answered and said they "don't do delivery and I need to come into the store to order" I informed him that I couldn't leave the house because of a disability and he said he didn't care and that I can't order over the phone. I love Charley's food but the "manager" at this location does not to exist.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. We waited 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a side of fries. After waiting half an hour we only received 1 sandwich and fries, we assumed that the other sandwich would be coming shortly after. After waiting another 10 minutes we asked about the remaining sandwich, & they said we took it. We let them know we only got 2 of the 3 items and then they accused us of taking the sandwich and threatened to look at the cameras. We told them to definitely go look at the cameras to prove that we did not receive our whole order. While finally making the sandwich the older man continued to talk negatively about us in front of all other customers still accusing us of lying. I hope they go look back at the footage & realize they were wrong, & how poorly they treated costumers. How embarrassing.
