I pulled up thinking it was gonna be a quick little taco stop, pero noooo — Canelos said “ven, te vamos a dar amor en forma de tortilla.” The tacos were super flavorful, juicy, and packed just right. The radishes were crisp, the cebollita fresh, and everything tasted like someone’s tía was in the back putting her whole corazón into it. Y la horchata? BABYYYYY… 10/10 sin miedo al éxito. Creamy, sweet, y just perfect. Mi perrito even looked jealous like he wanted a sip too (but don’t worry, he didn’t get any 😂). Also shoutout to the food truck vibes — bright, clean, and you can smell the deliciousness desde el carro. Just decided to take a chance on it. Saw it driving down the Blvd and thought “why not?” Super glad I did that. This place is THE BEST tacos and Birria in Amarillo!! Bar none!! You won’t be disappointed you came, I can guarantee that. The guys here are so nice and friendly, and pay attention to their customers. 10/10 ***** FIVE STARS!!! If you like AMAZING FOOD, and GREAT prices, this place is sure to satisfy you!! I literally could rave about these guys till the cows come home. So freaking good!! Ps. Amazing Horchata!!!

I found this food truck to be really good in food and pricing. If you are looking for something like california’s carne asada fries then this is the place. Really good people too. My wife loved her food and I too. Thank you!

I ordered birria ramen which came with no birria meat. all i got was ramen noodles for $12 which are extremely bland and lack flavor.

Me and my wife got birra tacos the tacos had no flavor and the juice you dip the tacos in was straight water with grease in it taqueria el giro is way better never again.
Completely ignored my order and gave me nachos with all veggies and beans I ordered azada fries not a good look
