Great place in Amarillo, Tx! Must check out. Good Food is great and price is great. Doesn't get any better than that. July 16, 2017 Establishment was clean. Staff was friendly. (7 people in our party). We ordered Beef Enchiladas, Sour cream chicken enchiladas, a breakfast plate, Caldo de Res, two kids chicken fingers meal and one quesadilla kids meal. Food came out promptly but at different times. Chips could have been refilled quicker along with the salsa. . . But other than that the food is great portioned and delicious.

Got the crispy Chile relleno plate w/ rice & beans and it came with ground beef inside on a bed of melted cheese and I scraped the plate clean. Very tasty.

Went to eat some burritos and they were amazing. The staff was friendly kind and very sweet. If you are looking for good Mexican food at a good price I would recommend Mexico Lindo!

Both options were delicious, and rice and beans were great as well. Flavors were bold but not overpowering; you can tell the food was made with love. Will definitely come back to try more on their menu.

This is my new favorite chilaquiles breakfast. The portions are large but the subtle additions are what elevate this dish — a fragrant red chile, pickled onions, fresh avocado… delicious.

We stumbled across this place headed back to Kansas on a Sunday morning. Looking for breakfast Tacos/Burritos we could eat on the road. The tortillas we soft & the Barbacoa was not greasy & the chorizo was very tasty. The chips were light & crispy & salsa was good too. THANKS we will stop again

Never knew this was there until we passed by today while cruising around looking for what to eat. Very glad that we turned around! Since they serve breakfast all day, we decided to order some breakfast burritos along with some sides. It come out fast, fresh, and very tasty! And it only came out to $11 and some cents! They did an excellent job at keeping up with the service AND cleanliness for each table of guests. Definitely turned into a new spot for us after just one visit and we will for sure be recommending it to friends and family!

Last time I was here, everything was on point. This visit however, was disappointing. Cheese dip was watery and needed flavor (added salt and made it tolerable.) Menudo was watered down, looked Sunkist orange instead of red. The soft drinks were canned , instead of fountain... ( not a fan of this at all, especially since they have been in busy for several years. The barbacoa, was dry looking ( like beef jerky, forgot to take a picture, sorry.) The service there unfortunately was the issue, our waitress seemed bothered and rushed, just set the whole experience in a bad direction. I'll try them again eventually but, they really let me down.

Mexican lindo is a great way to taste authentic Mexican food. The barbacoa is the best ive had since ive moved from San Antonio and the breakfast burritos fill me up rather quickly. The service is wonderful and its a great breakfast pplace to start out the morning.

I'll have the the asada burrito, does that have cheese on it? - "I don't know." Nuff said there. Food is awesome though! I'd give 5 stars but the girl working there doesn't know her menu knowledge and they only take cash.

Food was great, although the delivery time was atrocious. At the beginning it was alright but towards the end of the evening it was terrible. Maybe if they had more than one waitress doing all the work it would've been better.

We always have loved this place. One of my favorites is the chicken fajitas and we love their green salsa. The service is good. Great mom and pop restaurant to support.

Not the absolute best Mexican place in town, but I will definitely come here again. No doubt. It also helps they have a kid's menu of stuff like burgers, chicken strips, and such... helps with cranky kids. I'll come here again, not in my absolute Top 5 in town, but I will definitely come back here. And anyone reading this should definitely try it as well.

Authentic Mexican food. Loved the waitress and the decor. Not enough help for the crowd that was there. Hot sauce or salsa was watery, had good taste potential just needed more to it.

The crispy chile relleno was crispy, did not have much flavor. The beef enchilada was good with green sauce and the taco was good. The waitress did a good job but when I checked out she was on a ear phone yapping with some one. The chile relleno used to be good but I haven't been there in quite a while.

Food was okay. Refried beans were weirdly liquidy and the service wasn't very good. The waitress seemed surprised that we wanted menus. Two of our party got their food a full five minutes before the other four. There are definitely better options if you want Mexican in Amarillo.

Decent place would I recommend the restaurant of course the food is good but if you are Spanish make sure you talk Spanish other wise they don't like that you are speaking to them in English. Aside that clean restrooms and tables so that's a plus.

Food was bland. Service was terrible even though there was only 1 other table. Took forever to get our drinks & didn't get a refill on chips until our food was brought out. Very disappointing.

Was very disappointed. Ordered a large menudo and paid $13 for one very small floor tortilla and an almost halfway empty 44oz cup of menudo. Not only am I missing menudo but there were NO GARNISHES whatever. No lemon, no onion, no cilantro.... Highly disappointed. Will not make the same mistake. Posted a pic in the pictures section to show just how much was not included😡.

It was 3yrs that we have not been there due to we moved out of town so when we moved back I was happy to eat there soup and barbacoa omg it was not great it was hard as a nail the barbacoa was and the beef soup was was hard it didn't have color and didn't have flavor didn't have taste all the vegetables will rock the meat was tuff it was disappointing very bad the waitress tried to explain she was very nice and sweet but the food was not like it used to be 3 years ago I won't go back there again

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Never came here before and will never return. I let the server know I'm allergic to lactose so no milk, cheese, etc. There was an error with my order and they put cheese on my meat asada and beans, I asked for it to be corrected and the cook came out of the kitchen with an attitude about it. It was a simple mistake but it didn't need to go that far nor to be treated that way. I said NVM I'm leaving to charge me for my beverage. They still charged me for the dinner that I couldn't eat!

Ordered menudo Sunday. I should have read the reviews here on their menudo. A large was nothing but broth , undercooked menudo meat and little hominy at that. Take out order. No attempt was made by manager to remedy when I called. Not going back.

We have loved eating here for years and they have been pretty good 95 out of the 100 times. My issue is with the call in. This has happened the last 3 times we tried to order from there. They pick up the phone then ask if I can hold then after 2 minutes or more of waiting they hang up the phone. I Call right back and phone say they are not taking calls. Today I called back 6 times in a row and and kept getting this message ( as when you call a cell phone). So odd. I am sure they are aware of the issue. It's very frustrating and disappointing when all you want to do is place and order. Please fix this issue.

We have been loyal customers of Mexico Lindo for almost 10 years...until today. We called to place a TO-GO order; after being asked to hold, we waited 10min before someone hung up the phone. Calling back, they finally took our order, said it would be ready in 15-20min. We arrived at the end of the 20 minutes and sat and waited...and waited...and waited. It appeared our order was at the counter just sitting there. Three different people walked by me, all saying they would be right with me. Twenty minutes passed by. After waiting even longer, I stood up and looked at one of the employees, who made eye contact with me but didn't say anything. I waited another 5 minutes and walked out of the building and a young lady chased after me saying, "Your order is ready. Do you still want it?" Her excuse for my wait was "We are really busy."...but TO-GO customers are customers too. I followed her back into the restaurant to get my order (Side Note: They also no longer accept credit card...ONLY cash...in the 21st century!) Upon arriving home, our order was NOT complete. We ordered a large queso...received a small queso. A Mexican plate missing a taco, no sauce on the enchilada, and a meat relleno instead of the cheese one ordered. No salsa was included. And we paid for all this food, and didn't get our correct order. Total time from first call to receiving my order was over an hour! The lack of customer courtesy after 10 years of patronage, the rudeness of the staff...they have lost loyal customers!

I was there on Saturday and the waitress was horrible she brought us someone else's order 3 times. Then it took her a min to bring out the enchiladas that we ordered and for 4 people our bill was 89.00. We have been coming here for yrs but the service was poor.
