Raising Cane's Amarillo Reviews
They have the best tasting chicken fingers, that's all they do, so.They have to be good at it very meaty, very flavorful. The breading doesn't overpower the chicken.Good cold slaw , and Texas toast as well.
The food is great. Always freshly made. My favorite is the coleslaw and the toast.
Love! Love! Love! Canes! It is our favorite chicken and fries goto! They also have some of the best sauces in the buisness!!
Love there chicken. Now to the customer if your getting this delivered please relise DD makes drivers use these credit cards to order so we have to actually wait in like order pay it's not like other places. So wait timea are worse and yall need to tip min 10$ if your in bush land 20$ tip min and canyon 25$ tip min of not wonder why your food takes a hour plus think about it.
I love this chicken place! Yes their sauce is to die for! I got the biggest box dinner included 10 strips cause coleslaw and Texas Toast. ( Toast not shaped like state of Texas in the TV commercials..lol Love me a Caines chicken dinner!
What can I say except Cane sauce carries the whole thing. If you don't like the cane sauce or ketchup I'd say keep it moving buddy. You see they don't add salt because the sauce already has it but yeah a lil more flavor to the chicken wouldn't hurt. Fries need some but overall pretty good

Fast food chicken, primarily fingers. Chicken was juicy and had a great flavored breading. Dipping sauce was yum. I liked the coleslaw. The crinkle fries are ok..but the chicken is where it's at.
The coleslaw is not cold. Chicken tinder needs too change the oil. In amarillo tx
They were full and couldn't stay up with cleaning the tables. It was sort of loud. However, food was delicious
Please just cook the fries a little longer. With no other options for sides, the fries have to be done right. 🙏🏼
The chicken fingers in the Canine Combo were a bit chewy and the fries were not cooked through 😢 Was so looking forward to fries😳
The first time it happened we ignored it because it never happened before.. now it's happened to second time the food tasting like it's not cooked all the way. Fries and chicken.
Who was running the shift tonight ? They gave me 2 tiny chickens, and counted them as a whole and I still only had 6 strips in the caniac combo instead of throwing in 2 or 3 other small ones to compensate. And the chicken wasn’t tender and juicy, it was dry and stringy . The coleslaw was even bad. Disappointing. Not even being mean or exaggerating, it just wasn’t what it normally is ….
I always come to this canes. I love this place. But I received the absolute worse customer service I’ve ever had in my life. The lady at the front who took our order was so friendly and super sweet. But who I’m assuming was the manager was absolutely horrible. She was so rude and had the worst attitude. We came in to order food to-go and yes I understand it was close to closing time but she wouldn’t even let me use the restroom!! And she almost told us to leave because she didn’t want to cook our food, until she heard that we had already been cashed out. That’s when she decided to make our food. Absolute worst experience ever. I’ve never gotten so much attitude from someone at the canes. I love this place and that really really upset me.
At around 7:00 or 7:30 tried to go to Raising Cane's but they put signs in all the windows saying that they were closed while all the lights were on. So we drove from the one at 45th and Coulter that was closed to the one at 34 and Georgia and it was open and that is where we had to get our food the management at the one at 34 in Georgia is a million times better to not turn down all the customers in there was like four or five people trying to go to that Raising Cane's and they weren't letting anybody order food ridiculously sad management
Would rate zero stars if I could. Order was completely wrong, and instead of double checking before I left I drove off 12 miles back home. $28 for 2 chicken tenders meals, and one of the meals wasn't even in the bag. The chicken that was in there was soggy, and the girl at the window was just plain rude to begin with. Tried to call the phone number they have listed over and over, with no answer. I won't be wasting my money here ever again. What a joke. The kitchen looked filthy from the drive thru window as well. Just unbelievable.
