Fantastic Caniac-Combo!!...large portions of chicken tenders, sides, drink, and Texas toast. My Husband & I always order the Caniac-Combo to share. We leave with our bellies full!
The staff is awesome and helpful. The food was perfect and the wait was minimal. All the employees seemed to have a great repore with each other. Would definitely recommend.
By far one of the best fast food restaurants in town. Their chicken is delicious. Their customer service is similar to that of Chik Fil A’s. They’re always fast. They ask if you want ketchup, which I appreciate because a lot of other fast food places don’t. The sauce that they have with their chicken is so good. I no lie eat here almost every day. I just wish their menu was a bit bigger! But no matter, if you like chicken and you’re needing some fast food.. this is the place to go.
Excellent, we split the Caniac combo, was delicious, hot and plenty for two Seniors, staff came out and offered us two plates so we could split up easier. They didn't have to do that, went the extra step....young hard work people working here, thank you for making us feel so welcome
You want some delicious chicken fingers this is the place to go in town! The staff is always super friendly and inviting, but where they really shine is their food! Chicken is moist and delicious, crispy breading and that delicious sauce just set this place apart from the rest! The slaw is amazing, the only cole slaw i eat actually, the bread could be a little crispier and buttery but overall still delightful! And the fries...oh my those fries...
Yummy food, fast service, clean.
The food here is great tasting. Anyone who loves chicken strips should try it out. Juicy inside and crisp outside. They have a sauce that's amazing for the chicken strips. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Clean place. Fast. Correct orders. Been there twice. A favorite.
The chicken finger dinner is excellent. The booths are not cramped and are comfortable. The soft drink machine is accessible to the customer and is located opposite from theordering area at the front. The restaurant is hugely popular with the local high school crowd.
Our favorite chicken finger spot. I love their philosophy: do one thing, and do it really well. Service is always quick, location is clean, and folks here are friendly. I also appreciate the Allen/McKinney themed decor. Go Eagles!
Best chicken in town! Friendly and fast service, fresh and hot food, always a professional crew! Sorry Chick-fil-A. You've got nothing on Cane's.
I love this canes, great food, people and environment. We’ll be going for a long time. Kate is super sweet!
We placed an order on the app and picked It up. We got home and realized they forgot several items we requested. Upon returning, management went above and beyond to make things right and even remade the entire order for free. Great customer service! Way to go!
Favorite place to stop in Texas. We don't have Raising Cane's in New Mexico. I love the sweet tea best I've ever had. Food made fresh every time. What more can anyone ask for?!
I have not voluntarily ordered chicken strips in 35 years. I hate dry, flavorless chicken strips and mediocre to nasty sauce. The family wanted to try it while we were in town. OMG these strips are tender, delicious, and the sauce is fantastic.
Specialty is fried chicken which is always good. You can substitute the cole slaw for an extra piece of toast. Usually busy at lunch time but if you go inside not a long wait. Has a drive thru but not very well designed
This is actually a delicious place. Best chicken fingers for sure! And especially the Cane sauce. I would really recommend. The place has happy vibes comin' to it! I'm from out of town in Tucumcari, NM. And there's no chicken fingers there. So when I tried Cane's when driving to Texas, I absolutely fell in love with it! Keep it up!
Walk-in is the way to go in the evening. The service is superb!! Food is fresh and hot. Chicken is terrific. Prices are reasonable
I go here fairly often for lunch. I love the chicken strips and lemonade! Sometimes the line can get long, but they always do a good job of getting people through as fast as possible. The employees have always been friendly! I also appreciate that they moved to doing drive through and curbside only during the pandemic.
Best chicken fingers in Amarillo ✋️ hands down! The employees are always happy & upbeat. Inside is clean. Their drive-thru moves quickly. Go check them out there a fun vibe for all.
We came to Texas to visit my wifes family. Never been to Cane's. It was delicious for sure. We need Raising Cane's in Washington state. Great chicken at a good price
The restaurant is always clean. The staff is friendly. The tea and lemonade are always fresh. The chicken strips and the chicken sandwiches are delicious. Even if there is a big line, you will still get your food quickly and it will be fresh! I go back and forth on substituting extra fries for the Cole slaw, but it's been served warm lately and I don't like warm slaw. This is a fun place to eat and another favorite of ours.
I like Raising Cane's. I'm giving this review based solely on my single experience at this single time. The food was great. Hot, and delicious. Came out fast, but I was also there outside of peak times (lunch, dinner...) so there weren't a lot of people inside. The employees were friendly, and let us take our time ordering without making us feel like we were in a rush or an inconvenience. The decor was a bit strange, all over the place stuff. Pictures of Elvis, Rick Husband, the original Morticia from the Addams family TV show, a dog, and a large Table of Elements. Not counting against it, just thought it was funny/weird. But all in all, a great visit, good value. Fed myself and my family for a good price. Will come again.
Best ice tea in Amarillo! For real! Chickens not bad either😊 only thing missing is ranch dressing, to dip your chicks in. But a great place. Very nice customer service. And very clean, always! I appreciate that a lot 👍
Chicken Fingers, delicious. Fries, perfect. Toast, exactly right. I'll be the first to say the menu here is not huge. It's got a few options. BUT, I think this works very, very much in their favor. In my limited experience, when a good establishment has a smaller menu, what they do make is better. And that's every Raising Cane's I've been to. Small menu, but a great one. Service was good, too; they seemed to enjoy their job more than what I'd call the average, and that really shows with customer interactions. I'll be going back for sure.
This is my kids new fave place. It's great food, atmosphere, service, and price. Can't go wrong
If you like Chick-fil-A chicken fingers then you're going to love Cane's! Also if you go through the drive thru they are blazing fast all the time and have always gotten the order right with condiments. They are super friendly too. Also there lemonade is out of this world good
GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!!! I ordered online for my office and got stuck at work with an emergency. The manager called me to make sure I was able to pickup my order and because of the large amount of time that had passed from order to pick up, they remade my order to ensure I was able to deliver hot and fresh chicken to my staff. GREAT SERVICE.
I work here, ok? Straight up there is nothing shady about the food. The crew is relatively friendly and if not so at the least they are kind and patient. The bathrooms and store are kept the cleanest I've ever seen at a fast food place, and the kitchen crew is FAST. Even when they're slow, they're FAST. I recomend trying it at least, don't be alarmed at the small menu. The fact that we offer so little is a major part of the reason we can be as quick and serve the good food we do. Tips are technically not allowed, so don't feel obligated to offer any.
My first time trying Raising Cane's it was so delicious. The chicken was hot and fresh and the special sauce amazing. If you haven't tried it. Make it a must you will not be disappointed!
My first time at one of these, and it won't be my last! Fun conversation at the counter: Employee: "What can I get yea?" Me: "Good question, lemme see...* Employee: "Should be easy, we only serve one thing" Me: "LOL, Ok..." Then I realized he wasn't kidding, they literally only serve chicken fingers, and only in two different combinations. I thought to myself, these better be some some for chicken fingers!!! And they were! Darn delicious dipping sauce too!!
After a long day, I decided to walk to this restaurant to help myself unwind, once I got there I could see a line of cars forming around the building and the inside was almost full. Even then customer service and attitudes of everyone working was top notch, especially the one woman who is super friendly and has one of the brightest smiles you will ever see to go along with it. In the future I will do my best to make sure people know if you want a true fast food experience this is the place to be.
Even though it was busy inside and at the drive-thru, the food was delivered fast and fresh and hot. I think it's amazing that a restaurant can serve such a limited menu yet be so successful. It's obvious ~ the food is delicious.
Been traveling around for work and it was my first meal back in Texas. Food was great, service was great as usual.
Like coming here really have never gone inside but food hit every time awesome.
I can always count on the food quality and the service at Raising Cane's. The chicken is always just right. My only complaint would be for larger servings of the coleslaw. It's good slaw guys, give us more! Lol!
Significantly higher quality than that chicken joint that isn't open on Sundays. Cane's sauce is great on the tenders. That coleslaw has gotta go, though. I'd be happy to give y'all a few hundred better recipes for coleslaw.
Service was great. Food was super good. A little overcrowded.
Being from Georgia, I had never tried Raising Cane's before. The service at this location was phenomenal. The cashier had no problem answering the multitude of questions I asked. The food was amazing! Chicken fingers were fresh and not dried out, crinkle fries were hot, and the toast was awesome! I would rate this place higher if I could. We need one of these in Athens, GA!
The chicken fingers and the Cane sauce were absolutely delicious. My daughters dug in right as I brought it home. I do recommend this places. The food, I give 5 stars, the service and atmosphere as well. Thank you for the fingers!
I'm from Florida and we dont have these there. It was my first time eating at one and the food was excellent....especially for fast food. The chicken was very tender, flavorful and juicy, and the crinkle fries nice and crisp but not crunchy. The dipping sauce they have is pretty tasty too. Kinda tastes like yum yum sauce but better. The girls behind the counter were very polite and professional.
They have the best tasting chicken fingers, that's all they do, so.They have to be good at it very meaty, very flavorful. The breading doesn't overpower the chicken.Good cold slaw , and Texas toast as well.
The food is great. Always freshly made. My favorite is the coleslaw and the toast.
Love! Love! Love! Canes! It is our favorite chicken and fries goto! They also have some of the best sauces in the buisness!!
Love there chicken. Now to the customer if your getting this delivered please relise DD makes drivers use these credit cards to order so we have to actually wait in like order pay it's not like other places. So wait timea are worse and yall need to tip min 10$ if your in bush land 20$ tip min and canyon 25$ tip min of not wonder why your food takes a hour plus think about it.
I love this chicken place! Yes their sauce is to die for! I got the biggest box dinner included 10 strips cause coleslaw and Texas Toast. ( Toast not shaped like state of Texas in the TV commercials..lol Love me a Caines chicken dinner!
What can I say except Cane sauce carries the whole thing. If you don't like the cane sauce or ketchup I'd say keep it moving buddy. You see they don't add salt because the sauce already has it but yeah a lil more flavor to the chicken wouldn't hurt. Fries need some but overall pretty good
The first time we ate here the food wasn't great. However on subsequent visits it has been awesome. The prices seem a little high but the food is worth it. I don't like their lemonade at all or the cole slaw, but the chicken and bread are amazing. We frequent this restaraunt 2-3 times a week...my wife can not cook like canes! When they say 'hot and fresh chicken' they mean it, and i can not wait to put that delicious chicken in my belly!! When I eat at this establishment I know I will not go away hungry!
Some of the best chicken fingers you can get at a fast food restaurant and very good service!
Great chicken and tea can't go wrong. Make sure if you're getting drive through you ask to poke holes in the box or your fries get soggy. Also you can replace your sides with the different sides for free (ex Cole slaw for more fries or extra toast) Enjoy the hidden tech.
Good chicken 😋 The service is good too the staff is friendly and polite every time I've been here It's a good place to stop and eat
This place has the best chicken fingers I have ever eaten! You get lots of food for a small price. The French fries are good and the Canes sauce really brings out the flavor of the chicken.
As with every Raising Cane's I have ever visited, I give this place a good recommendation with a caveat. The chicken strips are the best you'll find at a fast food place, but everything else is a bit of a let down. Fortunately, the chicken is so good that it will keep you coming back. The fries are always disappointing and the cole slaw is nothing special. I'd recommend sticking to just the chicken and their sauce.
December 4th evening.. Great food. Ordered take out for frinds and their children. The only issue I had was the Sheriff's Deputy in full uniform having a conversation with an employee. He was talking about some call and every sentence had the "F-Bomb" in it. I finally spoke up due to his vulgar conversation in uniform. He said sorry, "It comes with the job and I have a morbid sense of humor." I looked at him straight in eye and said I was a firefighter for 28 years and I never spoke like that in public, specially in uniform.
Came here with chicken tenders in mind and left with just that. Tastes like any other Canes location with its secret Canes sauce. You won't be disappointed when you come to this location! Would recommend to anyone looking for fresh chicken tenders.
It was clean and nice. I don’t like paying over $10 for a basic 4 tender box. It was good, just more than expected for what you get. I even had water to drink and it was nearly $11 for 4 tenders, fries, and a thick piece of bread.
The men at the registers were so dang friendly. So welcoming, recommended what meal was their favorite. Very good customer service. The food. Hot and ready to go, their sauce amazing. Definitely one of my to go to spots
It was fast an food was good
Fast service, good sweet tea. Reasonable prices, nice serving size. Chicken tenders are well cooked, fries are good. Chains sauce is fair.
Cane's chicken is tasty but they're not close to us so only eat there occasionally. Food here is fine. Only issue is if you order anytime close to when they open you will be stuck waiting for them to cook your food.
Nice spot, just came in from az and it was the only thing open, the lady at the front was nice, only thing I was missing was Kane sauce but it was busy and didint wanna bother. Food was good, open late too.
Meals are a little bit pricey. Other than that food is good.
Canes is one of the best chicken places in town! The price is okay for what you get, especially for only 2 people. The atmosphere is always bustling. So, as an introvert, it's not my favorite, but the food is worth it!
Chicken is good! It's nice they have really limited options would make you think it allows them to optimize speed etc, the drive trough was a bit on the slower side, but the food is worth it.
Drive through staff made fun of me because I did not drink soda, but I just wanted a 4 piece meal with fries and bread.
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a beloved fast-food chain focused on serving high-quality, crispy chicken tenders. With a solid 4.5 rating from 1,212 reviews, it has earned a reputation for consistently delivering delicious, simple meals. The menu is straightforward, offering chicken fingers paired with sides like fries, Texas toast, and coleslaw, all served with Cane's signature dipping sauce that fans rave about.
Fast food chicken, primarily fingers. Chicken was juicy and had a great flavored breading. Dipping sauce was yum. I liked the coleslaw. The crinkle fries are ok..but the chicken is where it's at.
The coleslaw is not cold. Chicken tinder needs too change the oil. In amarillo tx
They were full and couldn't stay up with cleaning the tables. It was sort of loud. However, food was delicious
The chicken is rather bland, but the dipping sauce is great. The atmosphere is extremely noisy with sticky concrete floors, metal tables and chairs. It kind of makes you feel like cattle herded thru shoots. You really don't want to stay there any longer than you have to. I only give Cane's three stars, because I like the dipping sauce.
Had a large order through the drive-thru. Had to pull around the front to wait for the order. No problem. Got the order after about 15 minutes. When I got home, I discovered that half the order was missing, so I returned to the restaurant. I expected the remainder of the order to be waiting for me. It was not. It took an additional 5 minutes to get the rest of the order. The serving size of the Cole Slaw is embarrassingly small.
Honestly, it's very overpriced for only serving chicken. . If they would be more reasonable with their pricing then I'd be a more loyal customer because there chicken is actually very good. And I've found that the coleslaw just depends on who makes it... cause some times it's very tasty but there's other times that its quiet disappointing.
Really enjoyes our meal cashier was real friendly made us feel welcomed
Are u taking that or have a guardianship or have anything to do with that it's life or look healthy I think if you do well ok probably have a bad rep responsible for that in anyway but we'll work onit
It's chicken strips, they're tasty for sure but not four star tasty. Best part about Cane's is the Cane's sauce, skip the slaw as it's pretty lacking in flavor. The garlic bread is pretty awesome. I was impressed at the speed of their line, it wrapped most of the way around the building and we were through in about five minutes. I guess when it's lunch time and you know everyone is gonna order chicken strips you can make a few ahead for the next person. I'd eat there again next time I see one, decent food and very fast service.
Please just cook the fries a little longer. With no other options for sides, the fries have to be done right. 🙏🏼
The chicken fingers in the Canine Combo were a bit chewy and the fries were not cooked through 😢 Was so looking forward to fries😳
I was so excited because of everything I've heard about how wonderful this place is. I haven't been able to get close since the place opened due to the huge lines. Had some time, so stopped in today. It took forever to get our food. The place was loud. The lemonade tasted like city water mixed with detergent and lemon flavor, the French fries were ok and the chicken was boring. I was expecting this amazing breading but I had to slather the chicken in sauce to get it down. The bread was the best part and it too was pretty flavorless. So disappointed. Will stick with Chick fil A and Popeyes. On top of it all, I have a sour stomach. Won't be back.
I live in East Texas so I was pretty excited to see that Amarillo has a canes now. The food is the best part. My issue was with the service behind the counter. The girl taking mine and my family’s order yawned the whole time, picked at her face and just showed poor customer service. The other girl behind the counter just looked at us and didn’t even offer to take our order. Both girls moved so slow and acted like we were a burden to them. I get it, fast food isn’t the most exciting place to work but you work in the public so common courtesy would be nice. We also ordered our food to-go and when it came out in baskets I asked girl 2 if she could please box them up because they were supposed to be to-go. She looked and me and slowly placed the food in the window for the kitchen staff to put it in boxes. Thankfully the manager saw and quickly placed them in boxes for us. Moral of the story, great food and as far as I can tell, good management. Just not so much on the two behind the counter..
Can't decide whether or not to be mad at this restaurant. I have been twice, not personally a fan of the special sauce. The biggest problem is they apparently get chicken from two different suppliers, so a 3 piece chicken strips is not necessarily a 3 piece chicken strips from last week. The first time they had amazing portions, this time (same order) it felt like I ordered a kid's meal. Will think twice before returning
The chicken was really good. The Texas Toast was I don't know how to explain it, it was like wet and soggy. The fries were also wet and soggy as the tray was wet from the inside for some reason. They are really REALLY stingy with the Canes Sauce and the one that they gave me was really bitter. Do better.
The first time it happened we ignored it because it never happened before.. now it's happened to second time the food tasting like it's not cooked all the way. Fries and chicken.
Who was running the shift tonight ? They gave me 2 tiny chickens, and counted them as a whole and I still only had 6 strips in the caniac combo instead of throwing in 2 or 3 other small ones to compensate. And the chicken wasn’t tender and juicy, it was dry and stringy . The coleslaw was even bad. Disappointing. Not even being mean or exaggerating, it just wasn’t what it normally is ….
I always come to this canes. I love this place. But I received the absolute worse customer service I’ve ever had in my life. The lady at the front who took our order was so friendly and super sweet. But who I’m assuming was the manager was absolutely horrible. She was so rude and had the worst attitude. We came in to order food to-go and yes I understand it was close to closing time but she wouldn’t even let me use the restroom!! And she almost told us to leave because she didn’t want to cook our food, until she heard that we had already been cashed out. That’s when she decided to make our food. Absolute worst experience ever. I’ve never gotten so much attitude from someone at the canes. I love this place and that really really upset me.
I have been to this location 4-5 times and everytime either the chicken is soggy or the fries are soggy or both! So disappointing because I normally love Canes, I keep coming back an dhoping things are better but no luck. They also never remeber to give me the extra sauce I ask for. I shouldnt have to check my order everytime before I leave to make sure they give me everything I ordered. Hoping yall can improve, noone likes soggy food!
Went tonight and the lady at the drive thru took our order and didn't put it in, said she was sorry but she wasn't paying attention. Got my food and it wasn't how I ordered it and they didn't include the extra sauces I paid for. Dont charge for sauces if you aren't going to even make sure they're given to me. Had to go all the way back for the sauces and my correct food and it STILL was wrong. probably wont be back to Canes until the one on Georgia opens, maybe they will actually get stuff right.
At around 7:00 or 7:30 tried to go to Raising Cane's but they put signs in all the windows saying that they were closed while all the lights were on. So we drove from the one at 45th and Coulter that was closed to the one at 34 and Georgia and it was open and that is where we had to get our food the management at the one at 34 in Georgia is a million times better to not turn down all the customers in there was like four or five people trying to go to that Raising Cane's and they weren't letting anybody order food ridiculously sad management
Would rate zero stars if I could. Order was completely wrong, and instead of double checking before I left I drove off 12 miles back home. $28 for 2 chicken tenders meals, and one of the meals wasn't even in the bag. The chicken that was in there was soggy, and the girl at the window was just plain rude to begin with. Tried to call the phone number they have listed over and over, with no answer. I won't be wasting my money here ever again. What a joke. The kitchen looked filthy from the drive thru window as well. Just unbelievable.
