Cow Bubble Tea Amherst Reviews
Great bubble tea place in Buffalo. A bit hard to find/walk to because it's in a strip mall, but once you're there, the space looks beautiful and the employees are ready to help. They're very friendly and helped us pick an order. The store looked very cute and it didn't take long. The bubble tea was good, and I loved the taro smoothie I got. I'd recommend asking for less ice though. Amazing place in the neighborhood, and I'll probably be going again.
Staff members are friendly, the environment is clean, they offers games and the tea is great. The bubble tea is more milky than the average but has its own style and it's definitely delicious. One of my favorite bubble tea spots. I do want to mention due to work my friends and I come 10 minutes before close often ( probably annoying) but they always treat us well. Definitely try the brown sugar bubble tea! The best bubble tea I've had and Ive tried many!
Came to try the boba tea here and was a little disappointed that they were out of regular tapioca pearls. The drinks were really good though. Lots of fun named drinks and lots of options to customize the drinks with jelly, bursting boba, and more. I do want to say out of all the bursting boba I've tried they are one of the best. I got the strawberry matcha latte to try and Thai milk tea with rose and lavender and I would say if you enjoy strawberry the matcha latte is the way to go.
I ordered a matcha milk tea. It was alright, but the matcha was very watered down and there was very little ice. Ordered 08/14/2025 at 4:15p
Ordered a Pumpkin spiced milk tea today as well as one of their specialty drinks. The pumpkin spiced tasted like straight milk. Like you go to Aldi and drink milk out the carton with a dash of pumpkin spice flavor on it. Took two sips at most and when I went back to ask for a swap, they said it was not possible. They have a paper with a no refund policy which I understand, but it’s my day off and I wanted to enjoy a boba. What’s the point of saving $3 worth of supplies instead of keeping a recurring customer? Threw out an entire $7 full cup of milk “tea.” As for the “specialty” drink, my friend said it wasn’t the best but it was edible. Probably got $5 worth of my money out of the full $15. Not sure how well the food is here but definitely won’t be coming back again.
6-7$ for this Korean corn dog that was just cheese and potato. Extremely small considering the price. I pay that much for a large Korean corn dog at Mochie shack on Walden. It wasn’t even good my child didn’t finish it. also idk if it was the time of the day but I came at 7:30 and they were either all out of a lot of items or had items listed on the menu that there were not serving but planned too, I guess when they first opened up this was a great spot it’s becoming an hole in the wall now. The boba tea is 8/10
I ordered mango boba milk tea for my kids, but we received plain milk tea with boba — no mango at all. This was disappointing, especially since it was for children. Please double-check orders before serving.
Would love to have something but no one was at the counter. No sign of no one on break no nothing no service I hope the owner needs camera services to keep employee's in check because I can help.
If i could give 0 stars I would. I use to love this place but i will not be returning. Girl at the front counter has the nastiest most stuck up attitude. I ordered a vanilla smoothie with strawberry poppers & jelly. Being my first time trying jelly i thought it was the little balls so i asked if i can have my drink remade in the most polite way, but without the jelly because i did not like it. The girl got smart saying “well that’s what you ordered” rather than enlightening me on what it was i was looking for on their menu. i even told them i was charged for jelly but they didn’t have to include it in remake even though I WAS CHARGED FOR IT, MIND YOU I TOOK ONE SIP! I could see if the drink was half way gone. she basically told me that’s what I ordered & that i have to buy a whole new drink. At this point my blood was boiling so i bought a new drink and threw other out. paid $8 for something i did not drink on top of having to pay another $8 for a new drink . Never been to a place that does not try to satisfy their customers after their customers spending $$$ in their business.
