Today I had the absolute best experience. I screwed up by sending my mobile order to the wrong location. Amherst NH staff bent over backwards to help me get my order fixed. 100% positive customer service! Thank you
Good food but paid 25$ for 8 chicken tenders. To put it into perspective this gets you a burger and a 22oz beer at the local hipster brew pub. These prices are unsustainable and not competitive.
So thankful for the management and crew at this location. Specifically they’re always very helpful and friendly and engaging. I left my card there recently and they held onto it and kept it say it was very thankful when I retraced my steps and I finally got it back!
I usual use the drive thru, but today I got here right as they opened, to dine in, first I noticed the great music selections, then I was greeted by the man working the drive thru, he turned to let me know someone would be taking my order soon. Very timely a lady greeted me cheerfully and took my order, even made friendly talk while I was paying. I didn't have to wait long and the food was fresh and delicious as expected. Compliments to the chef. My biscuit was actually warm and soft! Fries were crispy and flavorful as well as the chicken. Everyone here is pleasant, I'm totally pleased with the cleanliness and ambiance and atmosphere here today!
Amazing improvement from 2020. Hot wings, thigh, drum. Spacious seating. Clean bathroom.
Best team working. I think it was 6:00 p.m. when I visited I already explained that I got two pieces of chicken thigh. It was so delicious. I haven't had a KFC in years. It was a special treat and I got my husband a spicy taco which was recommended by your staff but the staff was phenomenal. I had a great time. I actually left laughing and smiling. Thank you so much. It was takeout
They couldn’t complete my online order correctly but they get 5-stars because the kind girl at the window did everything she could to make it right. I didn’t catch her name, but I appreciate her effort!
I had a really good experience . The team member who took my order was polite and efficient, and the line moved surprisingly fast. My food was warm, fresh, and tasted great. The restaurant only had 2 workers the cook and the manager that was taking the order.i do understand and they did good.
It was very clean and well set up, the staff were very nice and my husband and I got our food very quickly. Good drink selection compared to other KFCs we've been too. Only complaint is figuring out how to get to the building since the roads weren't very illuminated and the entrance to the parking lot is hard to find especially at night.
Waited on by Kareem, very pleasant. Chicken was good, sides were scarce on coleslaw ( half full) container. No container of gravy was included. We had take out and was not returning to get gravy. Chicken was delicious!
I have never had a problem with the food just time in line, accuracy and running out of things. The famous bowls are discounted during the holidays and taste great, real comfort food. I waited in the line about 15 minutes to get a couple bowls and they were ready 5 minutes later. Not so 4 days ago when they were out of everything at 8PM on a Sunday night but the app let me order it anyway. The app works bu it is not coordinated with resturant operations and the resturant cannot do a refund for items bought on the app. Not using the app and waiting in line this visit was the way to go. The staff was working super fast to make orders and very friendly window staff. Much appreciated. On Sunday, at least 1 nearby competitor is closed and KFC may be the only place to get a bunch of chicken quick and when they run out of ingredients it is unfortunate for everyone.
Wish if the staff had to close the lobby because of a light staffing day that a sign would be put on the door. Other than that, loves me some KFC from time to time. Drive thru has quickened it's time in recent months, even for larger orders.
Intercom was broken on the drive thru so the line took forever to get up to the window to order. Then you had to wait for your order. On the bright side the staff apologized and was very friendly. I'm sure they were not happy with the situation either.
Had to wait so long for order , lack of help, hated using the kios to order.
Got an order of tacos and mac n cheese recently and when I was done with the tacos and I was about to start on the Mac n cheese I noticed there was no spoon, fork or spork in the bag, and since I was on my way to work, I wasn’t home meaning I had no access to any cutlery, was I suppose to eat it with my hands like some wild monkey? Going on hour 6 now and I’m still not able to eat due to a lack of provided utensils, very sad right now and my day has been ruined, you wouldn’t put shoes on without socks so why would you hand someone their Mac n cheese without something to eat it with? The food at this place is generally good tho so overall I’d give the place a 3/5
Line took forever. Kid taking orders didn't seem to care what people were wanting. I got a famous bowl. The mashed potatoes seemed more like water. I got to the window and they were just standing around laughing. The order taker even stopped the order in the middle of taking it to talk to a coworker. Don't think i would come back to this location.
What a disappointing and terrible establishment. Multiple times have I come here and each time I have waited in line for a minimum of 20-30 minutes. I've also had an experience where a certain item was out of stock, but was promised to be back the following night. I returned the following night and they weren't in stock. Then I returned a few days later only to be told the item would not be sold until after 12pm, which was not told to me before interestingly. (Mind you all of these trips included me waiting in line for the minimum 20-30 minutes) This particular KFC/Taco Bell (which both close at different times by the way, despite being a joined thing) has not enough and/or incompetent employees and they don't deserve my service neither do they deserve yours.
Bought two 4 piece meal tenders came home find out the Tenders is actually made from chicken break if you are not a chef like you woulndt tell the diffrent in this case Im not Tenders that shape square and tuff, they are selling fake chicken Tenders to safe cost
I've been there a few times for lunch. The service is usually good, but recently, I had a bad experience picking up my online order. I always enter and pick up my order from the pickup area. This time, the guy asked for my order number and rudely told me that how can you pick up like that? There's no such instruction on the menu and the service by the employee was pretty bad. I won't be going there again. Not to mention chicken is dry most of the times.
Ehh...dont usually get food here. Decided to grab some famous bowls flr everyone. Its not as good as they once were. The bowl use to be filled pretty much to the lid. In each bowl a different amount was portioned. Its about half full on this one. Though there was one with even less
They need to fix their drive thru speakers or headsets. I couldn’t speak any more clear or slow. Two people could not hear properly. After getting to the window, I realize what the problem is. Nobody speaks English.
30 minute wait for an 8pc nugget meal, and fries were way over-salted. No one even paying attention to the register. Several orders completed ahead of me were missing items. Minimum wait I heard about from the others waiting with me was 25 minutes, a few had family-sized orders, most were 1 or 2 people orders. Restaurant wait times, not "fast food".
Absolutely dreadful service. I place an order online, arrive at the 15 minutes later and it's not ready; that's fine. 20 minutes go by and no one in the store knows about my order, another 10 minutes go by before the supervisor even glances my way. She doesn't even check the system to see my order and just leaves the restaurant after rudely ignoring a paying customer. It took well over an hour to finally get my food. Disciplinary action needs to be taken.
This place is combined with a Taco Bell. I previously left a review saying that we visited this place many times and the employees there were one notch above! Always so friendly, polite, attentive. Went above and beyond to offer great service.... Well, not this time... Quite the opposite... There was a miscommunication and the employee punched in the wrong order. I notified him within 30 seconds after placing the order. He made absolutely no effort to fix it. I asked him what was the difference between what I ordered and what I was gonna end up getting, he didn't know. He couldn't care less... Did he offer to comp a few things to cover the price difference? No. So, what did we get for $2.59 more? Nothing! We actually got much less! At least the $7 "Fill Ups" box would have come with some dessert. Wife was quite pissed.... So .... We're gonna visit other KFC/ Taco Bell next time... If at all.
They never fail to fail this was the last straw for me, they always leave stuff out of my order and they dont have mountain dew sweet lightning despite saying they do online and that was the only reason i even went
Placed an order online on 09/24/22 for pick up for around 5:15pm. When I got there to pick up doors were locked so I had to use drive up. I ordered the 8 PC. CHICKEN + 8 TENDERS FILL UP which comes with 8 pieces of our freshly prepared World Famous Chicken, 8 Extra Crispy™ Tenders, a Large order of our Secret Recipe Fries, Large Mashed Potato & Gravy, Large Cole Slaw, and Four Biscuits. When I got home I realized they only gave me 6 pieces of chicken , a small single size potatoes and gravy and a small single size Cole slaw. No tenders or French fries or biscuits. It took so long for the order to be ready that by the time I received my order it was 5:55 pm for an order that should have been ready at 5:15 pm so I wanted to be sure that I could get the rest of my order before going back to the restaurant I called them and some one answered and hung up so I tried to call them back and I received a busy signal. I tried to call for over and hour. I did not go back to the restaurant cause I had other things to do. I decided to write this review . Do not use this KFC CAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER OPEN EVERY BOX AND BUCKET COUNT THE NUMBER OF PEICES OF CHICKEN. YOU HAVE CAUSE WE CAN NO LONGER TRUST RESTAURANT TO GIVE US WHAT WE ORDERED. I will never use any KFC i think i will only use Popeyes from now on.
Unequivocally the worst fast food location I’ve been to, if not ever, in a looooong time. Employees are all, with the exception of the happy guy(who I think no long works here) dreary and blah. The best experience I’ve ever had here was ‘meh’. I generally don’t bother with posting reviews. But since they do do one thing consistently, that thing is be slow, I’m going to take the time.
There was two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru and it took 30 minutes to get our food. The girl waiting on us was surly and had a definite attitude. She forgot our drinks and we waited at the window for five minutes before she came back to get our drinks. The chicken is so sodium infused that's it's almost inedible. Sorry KFC not coming back.

Absolutely horrible! Forgot half our food from our order. We went back and they wouldn’t come to the door. They taped a handwritten sign on the door that said drive-through only. This place is so poorly managed. I don’t see how they stay in business.
Waited 35 mins in drive thru for 2 famous chicken bowls to get no fork or spoon. I was already hangry so I was not happy. Fries were old and I don't know why on the living hells kitchen it takes 35 mins in a drive thru. Oh mylanta!!!!
This place is the worst kfc/taco bell i have ever been to. I personally have never left a review for a fast-food company (thats how bad it was) and let me tell you this place is anything but fast. More like slow-food. I waited 10 minutes for them to take my order as 2nd in line while there were 2 cars at the drive through when i entered this slow food establishment. It took them over 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and i left at 3p minutes so im just giving them the benefit of the doubt that i was almost ready. I will never come to the slowfood establishment again. This was a terrible experience.
I’ve visited 3 times and getting saucy chicken nuggets and second time only getting 2 orders 10 pieces each when I should be getting 3 orders. Worst experience ever! There’s no mistake.
It's been a while since I've been but tonight, awful. The wait for our fast food to be ready was 35 minutes. No it was not that busy but I will say the employees did not hustle to get the food out in a timely manner. Just took their time without a care in the world. I couldn't believe my eyes! Some people today just do not have a good work ethic.
Long wait, even though I ordered online and showed up at the time that the app indicated it would be ready by, it still took them extra 20 mins to get my food. Also, I was supposed to receive 8 hot wings but instead received 6 wings plus 1 tiny burned chuck of chicken.
I’m so disappointed KFC, the worst food I’ve ever received! I couldn’t believe that it was a $12.00 increase (total $39.00) but if the food was good I wouldn’t mind the increased cost. Twelve chicken strips, three sides, and 8 biscuits. The biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks, the gravy was all chunks, like it just came out of a can or jar. Macaroni and cheese as well as everything else was ice cold. I asked the person who took my order to please make sure the biscuits weren’t hard, obviously he didn’t care what they put out for food. Maybe that’s why the inside isn’t open to the public, just drive thru service. I am very sad because I used to go here often but I will not be returning. If I could I would give them a rating of zero. This was the Amherst, N. H. Store.
Worst service! Waited in a long line for my online order to be told to pull into the parking and someone would come right out with my order. Ten minutes later no one came out. I decided to try and call to figure out what was going on phone does not work just constantly beeps. At this point I finally decide to get out of my car this is when I notice there was another door on the other side that I didn’t see when I first arrived. They locked one door but not the other? Finally I’m in the building and then I was not even acknowledge at first. Finally after waiting for my food that was suppose to be ready at 4:45 I received it at 5:35 almost an hour later when I got there at 4:49. Would never come back now I have to go home and eat cold food! Beyond annoyed. Would leave no stars if I could.
Jaimie, must of had that same pleasant worker. Just left the drive through, and I guess I must of been doing a disservice for pulling up to the place and wanting food, because I heard her on the intercom "ugh, can I help you". I placed my order, but it was 11:45, and despite this app telling me KFC closes at 3am, I guess that part closes at 10. Well, I guess I just made this girls night, as she said gleefully, " KFC closes at 10, bye". Kind of laughing about it. So if you guys look on here, hopefully you'll see this and figure out what time KFC actually closes at, but good luck with the customer service guys, you'll need it.
Went to the kfc on Amherst street. Terrible experience. First of all I went to walk into the building through the ice skating rink of a parking lot they have just to find out the doors are locked and hour before they are suppose to be. Then I go through the drive through to find out they are out of almost every single piece of chicken. All they had was there dry popcorn chicken and crunchy Mac and cheese. The cookie that we got seemed harder than pavement. Not a good experience overall. I really would love to have my money back for this. What chicken place runs out of chicken hours before they close... poor planning really.
This is the worst taco bell ever. Last 2 years! No dine in, drive thru is a good 20 minute wait. Had to check and see if they had chicken? Didn't give me dipping sauce. Woman handing me my food was miserable. Never again! Have to give a star but don't want too.
Don’t order delivery from this location because you’ll never get it. They don’t have enough staff to open the inside which is fine but had my Uber eats driver cancel after waiting in line for 35 minutes. I know it’s true because I watched his location sit in the same spot. So I cancelled the order and went myself. Even worse. They were out of everything. Both kfc locations are absolutely pathetic in New Hampshire
I had the strangest experience here. The drive thru line was very long so we went in. We asked for the 8 piece family meal and the cashier looked and said there wasn't enough. So we asked what food they did have and this question so completely baffled them they got very nervous and just stared at the screen. At one point I suggested asking someone for her but that didn't seem to be an option. After a few more minutes we just said ok I guess we'll leave? And they just nodded at us so we left. Not sure what exactly went wrong but we never did get any chicken.
Extremely long wait times. Horrible customer service and workers are not trained. Our order was totally wrong or mixed up and manager refuse to acknowledge and tell us to leave. We can clearly see 4 people in the kitchen and the casher indicate it was only her and the manager. While we were waiting and an online order customer was next to us waiting, he said he ordered online over an hour ago online and the casher told him they can't help him and he should just leave and cancel the order online for refund.
The wait times here are simply insane. I could sit down at a Texas roadhouse and get my meal faster than if I went through this "fast" food drive through. Ridiculous. Hire new management, figure something out. It's been this way for years now.
The chicken doesn't taste like it used to anymore they took the secret ingredient out there is no flavor to their Fried Chicken anymore disappointing there is no taste of their coleslaw like it used to be and I'm surprised I'm going to say this but the the potatoes are disappointing to now you need to go back and make the foods the way they were originally made which made him special which made him foods that people wanted to eat not so much nowadays but the workers down on Amherst Street they are amazing they're Pleasant Panera joy to talk to
Got home and unpacked our meal and the lids were not put on tight and the Cole slaw and gravy spilled everywhere. I paid over $72.00 for that meal and all we got to eat was the chicken and plain mashed potatoes.
The young woman was very nice and polite, much appreciated. The manager/supervisor male in his 40,s was a sleazy, mean,rude unappreciative of his employees who do most of the work. Our order was wrong he yelled at female employee, and she loudly verbally went bizerk in front of customers, because mean manager was yelling at her. The manager was so flustered by the situation he closed down the inside of the store and was kicking customers out saying drive-through only. If I could give half of a star or 0 stars I would because this is the worst fast food experience in my entire life. Everybody's orders were wrong it was a chaotic situation I will never ever go back and I may not ever eat at KFC or Taco Bell again!!! Hopefully this employer provides mental health help because it was surely needed.
I’ve come around this location to grab quick orders of popcorn chicken and ended up waiting over 2 minutes every time. This is my 4th time this has happened. The line wasn’t even long enough this time so I though, I might as well pull my car in. How long could a person take prepping 2 other car of customers. But nope, even those 2 cars ahead of me got taken 30 minutes wait. Extremely ridiculous. A manager of this location better pay attention. There should be an official complaint to the hq or something for this location. Worst experience every time.
This place doesn't like money or success. Everyone loves kfc and taco bell but this location seems to really strive to provide zero service. If you drive thru, it takes a minimum of 25 minutes to get food. I thought I was smart by ordering online. The app said ready at 12:18. 1 o clock I'm still waiting for my food. There have been 4 customers inside and very few in the drive thru. No matter what you want, this place is guaranteed to disappoint in some way or sometimes in many ways
Three times in a row I brought my kids to this location for a quick lunch or dinner on the way home and ended up waiting more than 15 minutes in the drive thru without moving. It took at least a half hour to get our food which was not even the correct order. This wouldn't have even been bad enough for me to write this review but I didn't get so much as an apology for the wait and got an attitude when I asked for the order to be corrected.
Ordered through doordash, they kept turning my drivers away. Every time I go there myself, you will wait upwards of 30 minutes for the simplest of meals. They've been like this for as long as I've known, and they haven't changed in years. They need a new workforce, or they need to come up with the new work strategy for their employees to send food out in a timely manner.
Went here I got the $7.00 value meal, they charged me over $10.00 plus no apple bites in the package, crooks.
We ordered a meal and requested lemonade. The employee claimed that they were out of lemonade. There were no other non-carbonated options so we requested tap water and that the price would be reduced. No adjustment was made and at the window we asked for the manager. He claimed that there was no option for them to adjust the price regardless of the fact that they could not provide the order in full. This does not make any sence to me. Very disappointed. Terrible customer service. Deliver the product on the menu or accommodate the customer. It seems simple to me.
The front end employees are friendly enough but everything goes down hill from there... A customer ahead of us was waiting almost exactly 34 minutes for 2 soft tacos & I waited 23 minutes for 4 sandwiches... While we were waiting I could hear someone sneezing & when I looked I realized it was one of the cooks. No big deal except that he was literally leaning over the Cole Slaw, mashed potatoes etc which were all exposed, he didn't cover his face nor did he change his gloves & wash his hands. Definitely calling the customer service number in the morning.
Awful experience. Came at 8PM (1.5hrs before close) and they had nothing that I came for. No potatoes for spicy potato soft taco, no chicken nuggets, no popcorn chicken. Ended up ordering the 5 piece meal and the completely skimped the whole thing. Barely any fries and they were cold, only 4/5 chicken tenders and a rock hard biscuit yum! Place just seems to he getting worse and worse.
Stopped by to grab a quick bite, but I was met with long wait times (30+ minutes!) Only to receive an incorrect order, and attitude from one of the employees. Additionally I overheard another patron complain of hair in their meal, only to have the manager inform them that that was the second time that had happened that night. Disgusting! Ended up throwing away my meal.
Everytime I come here they have nothing I want. Finally they had it all. I was pleased. Kids are obsessed with the biscuits. They are Rock hard. They are suppose to be soft and easily able to be eaten. I don't understand how they even picked this up and served it. Along with the girl placing the receipt right on my biscuit. Didn't ask if I wanted it in the bag she just placed the receipt she held on the food I have to feed my kids with. Disgusting. Whole store should be replaced.

Been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes at the window because they already took our money. The food is standard quality for KFC/Taco Bell, inside is usually dirty, and the service has been at a steady decline for over the last year. As I’m typing this I am entertained by watching them yell at one another over door dash orders or something like that. They apologized for the delay, then told us the entire wait was because the corn “needed to cook” and it was going to take another 5 minutes for the corn to cook for the KFC bowl…? Really? I mean, I get being behind but this is a new record. 39 minute wait in the drive through. 🤣 I would have drove away but I’m committed to giving this thorough review at this point. Really recommend cooking your own chicken as that will be faster and cheaper.

This place is a joke the the general manager Felicia don't want to work she don't care about the place area manager Mike creamer don't care what she does. Here is some information for people: Corn is frozen and put into a container microwaved for 15 minutes and half of the staff don't use gloves to do it Biscuits are frozen and are not changed out often so y'all may get nasty ones and most of the team don't care enough about customers to give fresh ones Bathrooms run out of stuff because the store manager is 29 years old and she hates the store to never order stuff possibly needed.as for all the stuff that they are out of.. Staff hardly clean the dishes right and when they use them they will personally see left food and just wipe it off and reuse the dish.. This is the worst place to get food and I hope y'all find a better place....Taco Bell on main Street Nashua gives better service and Popeyes on dw highway Nashua is better then this place
Literally the worst KFC I have ever been to. They can’t handle more than one car in the drive-through. They will take an order of one car make it cash that car out and let that car go before they even take another order and they’re always out of stuff waited in line for 15 minutes to find out that they were out of biscuits and mac & cheese
Picked up our food from an online order. Not all items were included in the meal bag. Even after asking at the counter that everything was in the bag. I was charged for items they were sold out of. If the website cannot handle basic understanding of a commodity being in stock or not. I do not have to give them my money in the future and I will take my money elsewhere. Biscuits had green scotch bright strands from a cleaning sponge on them. Never ordering from KFC again. Especially this one. I hope the manager and or someone at the parent company reads these reviews but that is probably not likely. Don't gave into your temptations people, this chicken is not the same as you remember it and no it is not going to be better this time around.
I never leave reviews but I needed to on this one. I ordered takeout here. We got the regular chicken sandwich which was okay. I also order a 4 or 5 piece chicken and got two drinks plus paid extra for several sauces. They forgot our drinks and the sauces we paid for. The chicken was the worst. It was extremely dry and the wing piece they included was like 1/4 of an inch big. The fries were waaaayyyy too salty and I like my fries saltier usually. Overall I would never go back to this location it was all around very bad
I doubt another 1-star review will make a difference here, but here we are. You might be wondering—why the 1 star? Well, not only did we place an order through their kiosk that never reached the kitchen, but they also couldn’t issue a refund. On top of that, the whole place just felt disorganized and messy.
Zero stars!, We went there last night, the staff was goofing off, there were like 13 people in the kitchen, the manager looked frazzled but acted like it was his first day at work., The restaurant was a mess, looked like a bomb went off., Employees playing laughing doing nothing, the chicken was cold , no biscuits, when we got them, they were the only thing hot, the fries were old & cold. We ordered 2, 5 pc tenders meals with 2 sides & they were completely garbage. The only thing that was good was the coleslaw & that was probably made on the day shift. We were there at night, & the night shift is a joke, they shouldn’t be open at night, they don’t know what they are doing., On top of all that we both got sick from food poisoning. Do not!, Do not come here at night!!!!, this restaurant is only good on the day shift, the majority of the work is done on days, the food is only good when they open. Very disappointed!!! Zero stars!!

They will absolutely forget 3/4 of your order and then yell at you when you call. The worst food quality and customer service I've ever dealt with. The manager is CLEARLY afraid of his team. He allowed them to scream things out while talking to me on the phone. He even blamed the doordash delivery driver and accused them of stealing the order. Embarrassing on their part. Disgusting.
Absolutely horrendous! It took over 5 minutes for us to be attended to waiting at the front counter, whiles there’s 5 employees working and two of them are standing around not doing anything. When we finally are attended to, they are rude about it and only took the order for half of our party! it was another 10 minutes before the rest of us got our order taken! IN TOTAL it took 40 minutes from walking in to receiving our food. Absolutely ridiculous and intolerable. The grilled cheese burritos came with unmelted, in grilled cheese and the fries we ordered were half full and stale. There is not one redeeming factor to EVER stepping foot into this location, not for KFC or Taco bell
Gave me the wrong order, then gave me half my order, after the third time trying finally got a famous bowl and mac & cheese. In the drive-through I waited 15 minutes to then have to go inside on two separate occasions. And the third time I ask for the last thing that they forgot, one of the employees that was upfront in a rush to make the KFC bowl, rushed to make it without gloves, and then pulled something out of the mashed potatoes! I’m a pretty patient person, i’m giving the one star because of how that’s completely against safe serve guidelines.
Given the current rate of food inflation I have been more selective of when and where I go for dining-out or take-out. Yesterday after being on the road for two hours, my daughter and I were talking about dinner. I was tired after a long day of work and a long drive. We both remember that it had been a while since we had KFC, so we settled on it. We googled the nearest location to our home and I placed an order online but the website would not process my payment, it kept freezing and sending me back to the main menu. I tried 3 different cards but the same thing kept happening. Eventually we went to the Amherst Street location and went in . I wanted to see if they could help me fix the issue or if not just order from their local menu. As we entered there was an older gentleman already in line. There was no one at the register. There were two people behind the front shelves but no one would come to help us. I assume they had no register privileges so I kept waiting. 5 minutes in and I approach the register next to the older gentleman and I ask for help by saying hello twice. No response from the visible kids behind the shelves. It appears they were on their phones or something. The elder gentleman was getting agitated, he told me he had driven a while to get KFC and had been inline for 10 minutes and was getting ready upset at the lack of customer service. Finally a man came by, looked at us, didn't say anything,, mumbled some unintelligible, words, went to the back outside of view, and came back a minute later to take our orders. The older gentleman in front of me shared his frustration, but the worker was dismissive in his mannerism, voice of tone, and complete disregard for what the older gentleman was expressing. The older gentleman ask if there was no manager at which point the employee proudly and dismissively proclaimed that he was the manager. I was amazed by the lack of customer skills, and professionalism. The situation escalated quickly. The older gentleman became visibly agitated, loud , and quite frankly intimidating. I just wanted to order and leave since y kid was sitting there and I was a bit concerned about the situation becoming violent. the kitchen crew did not help by all coming out with phones in hand recording and and loudly threatening to call the police. All of a sudden they did see us the customers. There was another manager there but she said it was her day off ...poor thing she was dragged into a situation that should have never happened in the first place. The bottom line is that the customers service was non-existent. The older gentleman, while having legitimate reasons for his grievances, chose the wrong approach to resolve it. Yelling, screaming, using foul language, and physically intimidating others will never yield a good outcome in this context. The manager on duty is such a disappointment. He could have acknowledged the older gentleman's grievances, take full and sincere responsibility for the lack of service and waiting time (he did say that they only had 3 people scheduled to work. However the place seemed dead empty). Instead he was dismissive, prepotent, defensive and eventually combative. I walked out with my kid without ordering. Never again I will go to another KFC. 3 years ago I had an unpleasant experience at Chipotle's. I decided then that I would never ever go to another Chipotle's and I never have. Such corporations pay so little for the hard work their employees do that it's hard for them to attract good talent; employees with a sense of urgency, commitment, and self-respect. I helped my kid process what she witnessed and hopefully she learned valuable lessons from the interaction. Adios KFC.
I must say I am disappointed with the customer service at this location. Better go through drive through, because you'll be waiting 15 minutes for some soft spoken cashier to take your order. We came here for fast food and it would have been faster if we sat down in a restaurant The filling station was out of stock on utensils and dipping sauces, and half thier flavors were out, leaving you with off tasting seltzer water. Trash overflowing. Bathrooms a disaster and out of toilet paper and paper towels. While there I saw that several orders from customers after us that were messed up and irritable people because of that. One guy yelling for the manger due to no front end that was waiting for 20 minutes. The good news is the chicken is delicious, juicy and tender. The dining room is neat and modern. Just the customer service is downright awful.
Could not get our order right and did not process a refund. There was also a line out the door and the tables were disgusting. Definitely do not come here.
Workers never seem to have food ready to order and say you can wait a half an hour or order something else, with a very bad attitude. Place has no customer service skills and should consider hiring people who want to work.
This KFC / Taco Bell location is continuously understaffed. My 1* review is not so much an indictment of the restaurant as a statement that the service is simply inadequate due to the poor staffing levels. The drive thru is slow and if the door to the restaurant is open, it can take several minutes for someone to come over to the register to take your order. The wait time for food can be significant for a fast food restaurant. The service and food I have had at this location has generally been as expected - there is nothing wrong with it. The workers are not the issue. They are simply doing too many different things at once. But it seems like every time I go there, they're are three people running the place, and that's simply not enough. These issues have been present for a long time - even before covid hit they were always understaffed and incredibly slow. I don't go here very often due to the staffing issues, and I often regret it when I do.
Ordered a 16 piece tender family meal, only got 13 pieces and one side was wrong. Got 2 Mac and cheese instead of 1 and a mashed potatoes and gravy. Tried calling to say something and no one answered. They also tried to tell my husband at first that they couldn't do a 16 piece because they didn't have enough at 5pm on a Friday. He told them he would wait. It took the cook overhearing the conversation for it to be worked out. And half of the tenders were cold. Not happy at all.
We arrived 2 hours before KFC closed, entered the restaurant, no one to greet us. We were told that room service was impossible and that we'd have to go to the drive-thru. So far, so good. We order and are told there's no more chicken! When did KFC run out of chicken? We had to leave with burritos, very fatty... The person inside could at least have warned us. On top of that, we were served hot pepsi with no bubbles, which was just awful. Worst fast food experience ever.
Alright so my sister came earlier today to pick up food. Didn't come home until like 2 hours later and didn't even give my sister the correct things. Now, I do understand it was extremely hot today and working in the kitchen around fried food doesn't help working. That was until I found out this Location sucks in general by looking a the reviews. Anyway, My sister ordered the family meal with like two buckets of chicken I'm pretty sure, along with family size sides and an ice tea. in return she got a BAG of there lemonade, a little box of 5 tenders, 5 biscuits (which was supposed to be 12) 1 bucket of chicken that didn't even have the standard amount and had less. Where was the other bucket? I don't know! And the sides where the smallest size they had. The only thing that really pisses me off is that my 80 year old grandmother who doesn't have a lot of money wanted to pay for it and was robbed because she paid more for what she got.
If could give negative stars I would. They had many employees tons of people waiting, no food coming out and what did was messed up so many times people requested refunds, or gave up threw the food back at them and left. Only like 1 person working while everyone else stood around. Waited 40mins for an uber order and in that time only 2 orders came out both messed up missing items. I dont know what was going on but what a mess.
So I emailed KFC about this and no response which is typical for any fast food place in the Nashua area... 8 pc bundles with sides... potatoes were so thick gravy did not help. the chicken was 4 big pieces and 4 small pieces.. small pieces were cooked the big ones were under cooked... Never had a issue with this place.... did the owners from the closed down KFC from Main St. in Nashua take this location over?
i’d recommend going for a drive to londonderry or lowell, this kfc is the worst fast food place i’ve ever been to. I’ve worked at 2 fast food joints and i’ve never had a time when all the workers there had no idea how to work, including the boss. the man who had a manager shirt was the worst, when i was in the drive through i ordered 2 items and then said “one moment please” and then he told us to pull up in a rush when there was no one in line but us, we were thrown off so we pulled up to talk to someone else but it was the same guy. he said that he couldn’t add to our order at the window( i’ve never heard this at any drive thru, as someone who’s worked in fast food) so we then had to go inside to order our drinks and it took about 10 minutes for 2 drinks, while everyone else has looked like they had been waiting for a good 30 minutes.
Amherst KFC wouldn't even exnolig me left me standing at the register waiting for me to use the kiosks I don't work there so I just left. You don't want my money I'll give it to someone else
This place need to work on their service and treat their customers respectfully. Has been here before but something changed 360 when it comes to customer service. Rude employees who publicly displayed disrespect to each other no coordination and complete disregard of helping out the customers patiently waiting Used kiosk to order with our names to the order yet they confused us by calling out the order number rather than names. Part of the orders were missing, went back and waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged finally called the girl out to help us and the body language was out loud they are not genuine in their efforts. Situation was very confrontational and uncooperative. Have to ask them to de escalate that’s when one employee finally listened to us and helped us out getting refund. Need a good leadership here but this place is crossed off my list forever.
Went and tried to use the kiosk, not user friendly, there 2 others in front of me that eventually left cause they couldn't figure it out. There was no help w/ the kiosk. Went to the counter to pay cash, kiosk does not accept cash and register was in "training mode". Orders were not being made. Guy ahead of me waited over 15 mins for his order. Tried to pay cash but no money in register for change. I suggested getting cash out of the drive thru but girl said she couldn't. Pepsi was out. When I got my 2 pc meal, it wá the smallest leg and thigh I have ever seen. Will not go back. Very disappointed
I tried going there, big mistake. I ordered boneless chicken and received chicken that was 95% bone and 4% unedible chicken. I can't eat the 1% chicken so I had to make something at home. This was also after a long shift at work and the atmosphere was disgusting. Everything was stick. The people working were trying so hard, I'm sorry that they work there. I rather eat anywhere else, other fast food places were so much better. Also most of the time they don't give me all my food and I wasted so much money based on that. Don't go here.
Best thing i can say about this location is DONT GO. I had heard not so great reviews but thought it can't really be that bad. It was worse. I used the kiosk to order a 2 piece meal at 2:59 pm on Saturday afternoon. I counted 7 people working. I got my food at 3:34!!!! Clearly, no one knew what they were doing. I spoke to 4 employees asking them to check on my order, not one cared at all. While I was there, 4 other groups came in and left when they heard about the wait times. When I finally got my food, I didnt get the cup for a drink. Again I had to wait since customers were just being ignored. When I finally got to the soda fountain, the pepsi was empty, I wasn't surprised. I knew there was no point in telling the staff. I have never seen such a poorly run place. I love KFC chicken but I will not go back to this location
Been here 3 times with bad experience but my dad loves KFC Chicken, so one LAST try...ordered a bucket of chicken and 3 chicken quesadillas...when I got to the window my receipt said 4 drumsticks 4 thighs and 3 bf quesants, when I asked what that was the young lady said they r good but didn't know how to describe it...told her what I ordered she got the manager and he raised his voice, said its already paid for, told me it was extra and that now they had to throw away the food, made me wait while they remade everything and I ended up with 3 spicy beef quesadillas and drumsticks and thighs, also no cash accepted, had to pay with my card....hmmmmm keeping an eye on my account. 4th try and it's it for me!!! Young lady was super nice though.
This place is a basket case of confusion and poor service. I got yapping with other customers. Military guy, in uniform, said he’d never come again. Ordered 30 minutes ahead, waited 30 minutes once here. And, get this. I was the only customer in line for about 20 minutes! The workers just ignore customers at the counter. You have to holler at them when they come near, if you want service. The kiosk is a wreck, too, so you must check specials with an employee. Another customer said he likes the chicken, and used to come regularly for lunch but the counter service is so bad that he almost never comes any more. Another older guy said he’s not coming anymore. Lot’s of lost customers, probably for good. The second guy said there has been some minor improvement. Me? I was the ONLY customer at the counter, trying to flag down an employee for service (10 minutes!). Girl stops. I ask about the special. She does not speak English but tells me, in English: “I don’t know. I must ask somebody. Wait.” 5 minutes later, she’s working out back again. NOBODY answers my question. So, 15 minutes in, I flag down ANOTHER worker. The same Goddamned regimen. Promises to get somebody to answer and take my order. “Please wait.” 5-8 minutes later, I see a guy helping others out, giving instructions. White dude—found out later name is Dave Kingsbury. I flag him down. I’m pissed off now. Dave apologizes and says he’s not on the clock for a while, but “I’ll help you, though.” I say “No, brother, I can’t ask you to work off the clock. That’s not fair.” Kingsbury says: “No problem. Let me just get you taken care of.” Kingsbury catches one girl giving a customer a wrong order. He notices the others haven’t started my order and politely tells them to. I had noticed no napkins in the dispenser. I’m trying to tell one of the girls, and Kingsbury, still off the clock at a table having a drink, jumps up, runs out back and brings me those heavy brown sheets from bathroom towel dispensers. Dude apologizes that there are no napkins, but SOLVES THE PROBLEM, instead of just tossing his arms up and telling me there are no napkins. I was never going to come here, again. Service THAT bad. But this Dave Kingsbury guy softened that decision. And the original chicken is good! I asked Dave if he works every Tuesday. He said “yes”. I will only come on Tuesdays. Kingsbury is there and they got that dark meat special!
My family ate here and got sick. The service was very poor with the exception of one employee who acknowledged me after 10 minutes of waiting. All of the other employees were hiding in the kitchen and locked the doors to prevent anyone else from coming inside. My chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh, but they kept messing up on other orders and one group said they were waiting for over an hour for their food. Food quality is good, but it might not be fresh. The main issue is with their staff and freshness of food.
Place is a joke. People there are just absolute trash and don't acknowledge you. They forget half of the order. They didn't have any lids for the large drinks so they give you a small cup and don't reimburse the cost difference. If there is an owner he obviously does not care since the money keeps coming in. Manager??? Non inexistant.
Absolute worst location. Ordered online 30 minutes ahead because i have a short lunch. Show up when it should be ready, stand at counter for 5 minutes before someone comes over. They then start making my meal. Took 15 minutes to make a tender combo and sandwich. Guy had to ask 3 times what goes in the 3 ingredient sandwich. But i got a bonus ingredient, one of his long hairs in it. Hands me the bag, says youre all set. Open the bag and no sauces or utensils.
I’m really disappointed with this KFC. The service is slow, extremely rude, the food quality is inconsistent, and the place never feels clean or organized. Every time I give it another chance, something else goes wrong—missing items, cold food, or employees who act like they don’t want to be there. This place seriously needs better management and attention. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.
Tried to place order with kiosk. Ran into issues when trying to customize order. Asked for help from staff - they refused and said "Kiosk only" and proceeded to ignore me. What kind of BS is that?!? Will never attempt to eat here again. I hope the owner appreciates the loss of business to the absurd refusal to help a potential customer!
The most horrible wait time. Placed the order online and had to wait 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and wedges after it was marked as ready for pick up. The drive through line was moving so much faster. I had told multiple people, twice, that I was still waiting.
This is a review based off of multiple occasions. I don't normally review or critique small business however the experience that my Uber driver delivery experienced is appalling. I placed an order just before 12pm on Aug Sunday the 24th 2025 and it arrived over 1.5 hours late. The Uber reported that it would be late do to restaurant issues. And I personally experienced said issues. This is not how you run a customer based company and said owners, lack of management and lack if accountability should be handled with swiftly. If this kfc location hopes to stay in business I would like to think that this owner operator takes keen to the issues placed. If there was an option for negative star reviews I'd put minus 10 strictly based off customer service experience.
Let me paint the scene for you: you order your food expecting a delectable little KFC treat. So excited. You pull up, packed. You walk in. Packed. Employees screaming at each other. Customers standing around in frustration. Trash all over the floor. You turn up 20 minutes late because you know this KFC is notorious for late orders. You somehow still wait AN HOUR (for a total of an hour and 20 minutes past pick up time) for your food. Only for half the items to be missing. You then have to wait longer, while the employees all scream at each other. Customers asking for refunds. Employees yelling at customers. I also witnessed the manager refuse a guy his food he was waiting for for over an hour when he asked for a time estimate - he said he needed to see a receipt. The manager never gave him one. Absolutely MESS. I get back into my car, with my food finally in hand, ready to indulge after the absolute battle I had to go through to retrieve it. The food was dryer than a pack of saltines with no water in the middle of the Sahara desert.
We’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s consistently disappointing. The drive-thru is notoriously slow, and going inside for takeout takes just as long. The lack of cleanliness inside makes waiting in the truck the better option. At this point, it’s honestly a running joke when my boyfriend pulls into the drive-thru for his taco. We can’t help but laugh—they’re always out of something he wants. Last time, they were out of almost every soda. And when we order large KFC sides, they barely fill the containers halfway. It’s frustrating, but almost expected now.
If I could give less stars for the food I would. The fries are hardly edible, can barely chew they are so hard and stale. The chicken tenders are disgusting and rubbery with hardly any crisp to the skin. The customer service is friendly but thats about the only thing that was ok about this location. The food ABSOLUTELY 💯 TERRIBLE AND DEFINITELY NOT $30 WORTH. DISAPPOINTING the only thing that was good was the coleslaw everything else absolutely terrible.
