Anchor Coffee in Amityville is this adorable, hipster coffee joint with super friendly and welcoming service. They’ve got a ton of flavor options to choose from. I went for the hot oat lavender latte, and it was absolutely perfect. I’m already looking forward to trying out their food on my next visit

Nice local place to try specialty coffees, teas, and treats. Great way to switch up the regular routine. Stellar service and people behind the counter. They left something out of the order and provided a complimentary treat. That’s a sign of professional service. I will be coming back. You should bring your friends.

The coffee and food here is delicious and the baristas are always so nice. Our friends live nearby and we have been a few times now. The chocolate chip muffin warmed with butter was so nice on a chilly day 😄

We are from Delaware and we do a lot of traveling. We love to find local coffee shops wherever we go. We really enjoyed Anchor Coffee. I had a Hazelnut Cinnamon Latte that was excellent! We didn't grab any food but their pastries looked amazing. We will certainly be back!

Absolutely love this coffee shop. The level of excellence and professionalism is top notch. It’s so homely and relaxing. They are attentive and the food is cooked fresh to order and delicious. Try the panini. You’ll thank me later. And the Jakes special is an amazing fine art of an iced coffee. Literally thee BEST!

Great new coffee shop addition to Amityville village! Everyone working inside seemed happy and eager to help. I got the peppermint white mocha and it was delicious on it's own; not too sweet just flavorful! Also, there is parking in front and back which is great in case the main street gets too busy. Definitely want to come to back!

My commute to the hospital can be pretty hectic, and I've been driving past Anchor Coffee for a while. I finally decided to stop in on a whim, and I'm so incredibly glad I did. What a fantastic find! Right away, I was relieved at how easy the parking was. Finding a spot was zero stress, which is exactly what I need before a long day at work. That's a huge plus in this area. Walking in, the vibe is just perfect. It's cozy, welcoming, and has a great local feel. The staff was super friendly and fast, which I really appreciate on a work morning. But let's talk about the coffee: absolutely phenomenal. I got a latte, and it was perfectly made. Rich, smooth, and just the boost I needed to power through my day. This place is a true gem, and I'm so happy it's on my route. It's officially my new go-to spot. Starting my day here just makes the whole shift feel better. Highly recommend!

Anchor coffee is a hidden gem amongst Amityville. Food, drinks and services is always phenomenal. Comfy, cozy atmosphere! The baristas are awesome and I love their recommendations.

I do not ever post reviews but this place I have no choice but to. Not only did I get the best coffee and breakfast snack yet, but the owners and employees are genuinely the sweetest. When I accidentally came before they opened the owner still went out of his way to help me instead of just sending me off and it was a lifesaver. Hard to find people like that nowadays and I am so grateful. HIGHLY recommend

Both were absolutely delicious and perfectly crafted! The flavors were vibrant and truly delightful, making my taste buds dance with joy. What stood out to me even more was the amazing customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it truly enhanced my experience. This was our first stop as we vacationed in New York for the first time, and I highly recommend Anchor Coffee as your go-to spot for a little pick-me-up! Whether you're in the mood for a tasty treat or just a cozy place to unwind, this place has it all. Can't wait to return!

My go to coffee place. The cold brew is one of my favorites !! Used to love getting the pastries but unfortunately cannot have them anymore due to recent Celiac diagnosis. Would love if they made some true gluten free(celiac safe) treats !

Ice coffees are very expensive given that more than half the cup is ice.

Atmosphere is nice - not overly noisy. There were five of us. We ordered and sat down. We got a mix of iced and hot drinks - cold brew, regular coffee, iced coffee, and latte. Service was friendly, professional and fast. Unfortunately, the coffee itself is a letdown. Weak. Same opinion from the whole table. My daughter left the whole drink behind (it takes a lot for her to abandon something). Not sure what to tell them to change. Apparently others like it - so maybe ignore this review.

I really wanted to like this spot since it’s in the neighborhood, but the drinks just don’t hit the mark. As I’m not a fan of their coffee, I tried their matcha this time, and it was easily the worst I’ve had from a coffee shop. It looked oxidized (murky green instead of vibrant) and tasted muddy. I added lavender syrup, but couldn’t taste it at all. Disappointing quality overall. I won’t be ordering it again unless they upgrade their matcha.
