Been here dozens of times and every time it's good. I love this place, the food is incredible!

Great food! Reasonable prices very modernized place. Would recommend and definitely coming again to this place

This was my second time visiting, and my experience was just as pleasant as the first! They greeted us with a kind smile and were very accommodating. The food was super delicious!! We got a burrito and a teriyaki bowl, both of which tasted fresh and well seasoned. The burrito was more of an Asian/Mexican fusion, unlike any burrito I've ever had, and absolutely delicious. There is enough seating inside for a small group, and more seating available outside. They have a TV that was playing Shark Tank while we were there, quite entertaining while we waited for our food. Will be coming here anytime I'm in the area!!

Really enjoyed our Kookoo fries. Half chicken and half beef. The chicken was grilled really nicely and the fries were really tasty. I would suggest the chef put some type of cilantro or chopped lettuce to give it a fresh note. Owners were super friendly and generous.

The half and half wrap and kookoo fries have us going Kookoo. The flavors are bold and stand out, yet perfectly balanced. 5/5 best fusion in Orange County

Usually come here 1-2times a week as its across from my job. Really good friendly staff. Amazing food, great quality. Sometimes a small wait but what great food isn't worth the wait? I keep coming back here so it must be good!!!

Everything on the menu is fantastic! All of the best flavors working together in each dish! Absolutely the best meal in town! Tacos and burritos are amazing, half and half fries are glorious - share them with a friend, and the kookoo balls will blow you away! Best of all - the owners are the nicest people you will ever meet!!

Delicious. Comfortable dog friendly patio. Excellent service. We enjoyed a mixed wrap 2 orders of kookoo balls and the mixed fusion tacos. The servings are huge! 1 taco was enough for lunch...definitely a favorite.

The food is so so good & very worth the detour off the highway. The torta/wrap is amazing 🤌🤌 I had a fried tofu torta

A small place hidden in Anaheim run by what looks like a family, only a few employees in the store. The best food I had during my 1 week visit to the LA area. I came here 3 times, twice I got the deluxe chicken burrito which is a must try, and once got the chicken noodle bowl which was good but pales in comparison to the deluxe burrito.

M

The portions are large, so all the food items are definitely worth it. Your eyes will want to be bigger than your stomach! I think they use the right amount of seasonings and sauces which gives everything a savory taste. It's become our new favorite teriyaki spot.

I got the chicken wrap and kookoo balls. They were good.

I looked up restaurant in Anaheim on Lincoln, because I was in the area. they had suggested Koo Koo Grill, so I went and it was great, it looked just like the picture I ordered the Koo Koo Chicken Fries.

Always good. I think it has to with the meat quality. They cut the beef very thin, it is always enjoyable, never chewy or such. My favorite teriyaki type place. Very good.

Good food. Even the burger menu taste good! The wrap and the beef taco is a must try. Usually i got there around 11:15am and the place isn't crowded. Peopel start coming in more around 12pm.

I was dropping off a package at UPS last week in the Anaheim Town center and noticed this little jem in the corner. I had never heard of a KooKoo Grill before and I'm always game for trying something new...within reason (must have at least four stars on Yelp and a decent amount of reviews). Since KooKoo Grill met my criteria, I gave them a try and got the half and half tacos. For a place that isn't Mexican, this place has some of the best tacos I've ever had! I came back this week and got the tacos again and had a nice discussion with the owner, Peter. He said next time I should try the burritos but to come hungry. You're on Peter, challenge accepted! :-) KooKoo Grill will be a staple for me whenever I'm in the area! Thanks again for the great food and friendly service!

We have dined at Kookoo every day we’ve been here in Santorini. The food is wonderful, the view is amazing and the service and staff are simply incredible! We love this place and the people who work here. We’ll be back here next here to be sure!

I got the chicken KooKoo fries and they were delicious! Also, the portion was huge! The fries come in a fried tortilla kind of basket thing which was just as good as the rest of the food. They also gave a chili oil (I believe) which wasn’t too spicy, but gave the perfect kick to the fries, coming from someone who doesn’t handle spice very well. I do wish the cheese was just a little bit more melted, but that’s just personal preference. The employee there was pretty nice and she didn’t rush me to order.

10/20/25 The service here is friendly and attentive. The Double Cheeseburger is solid, very juicy and satisfying, and the fries are impressively crisp and full of flavor. The Chicken & Beef bowl is also a good pick, and the chicken wrap hits the spot.

Good food, friendly staff and fast service. Food was a bit bland on its own but the included sauces alleviated that. Would return to try some other stuff.

Delicious food along with great service. I have always wanted to try this place out on the way to Disneyland and it was a good choice. It looked kinda ordinary when you step foot inside. Prices were a bit on the expensive side, but you never know it until you try it. I spoke to Jane, who took our order and she was very sociable and nice. We sat down outside and she delivered our food along with the sauces and she explained each sauce. The food was Magnificent. We will come again!!

I love this place. It’s always one of my favorite options when I can’t decide what to eat. They have such good Asian Fusion and I LOVE the burritos with kookoo sauce! They’re super friendly and have awesome staff

Great fusion restaurant. A mix of Mexican and Asian. Heavily drawing from Korean and Japanese cuisine. I would highly recommend the rice balls and fries. A little warning though some of the food can be a bit spicy. So make sure you ask about the heat levels before ordering.

Wow! This is a must stop. The chicken wrap was a great first impression. This place has flavorful Asian/Mexican fusion at a reasonable price. Can't wait to come back and try, pretty much everything else!

I ordered the hamburger meal which comes with fries and a drink. BETTER THAN IN-N-OUT The hamburger was, from my experience, fresh ground beef that looked smashed, making it really thin but extra juicy. If you're looking for something thicker maybe order a double. I ordered it with only lettuce adding my own sauce of squeezed pepperoncini juice and ketchup, though they do offer your standard array of toppings and condiments (lettuce, onion, tomato, 1000 island dressing). I prefer my burger a bit basic to really taste the quality of the ingredients, at times I feel too many condiments or toppings can mask the taste of your hamburger. The fries were fried perfectly and the seasoning was tasty, maybe a Lawry's or old bay derivative, not too salty, they were crunchy on the outside with a soft steaming inside. I usually ask for my fries well done because most places undercook them, in my opinion, but these were perfect. Their is a variety of condiments so I made a sriracha/ ketchup/ pepperoncini sauce which complimented the taste well. I was looking for a local place to eat lunch but not at the packing house as I frequent there almost daily. Packing House has a great variety and selection of food but also comes with a more expensive meal and crowded atmosphere. If you are looking for a local alternative, I believe Kookoo Grill is an awesome option, being a "Teriyaki Fusion Joint" they really nailed it with their burger so I'm almost certain everything else on the menu will meet the same quality and standards, if not exceed them. They have an assortment of options ranging from burgers/tacos/burritos/rice & noodle bowls all at a reasonable price with a sufficient serving size. There is surely something you and your family will find on the menu to enjoy! I will definitely be back to try everything on the menu. Thank you for the great food, atmosphere, and customer service!

My favorite place to eat in Anaheim! I have not been disappointed by any of the menu items. I love the koo-koo fries and always have to take something home to go like a wrap or some koo-koo balls. The tofu with noodles is also one of my favorites. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, specially my fellow Disney College Program peeps out there 😉

Wow, what an experience! The service was friendly and efficient, with our waiter offering great suggestions. beef teriyaki tacos are excellent! 👌 french fries have great but not overpowering seasoning. A variety of beverage options as well. Staff is cordial, the place itself still looks as if it's in covid mode. Minimal seating, It's not very inviting to sit and enjoy a meal with a friend. sone outdoor seating is best, it seems more set up for order to go. But Food is good!

Ordered the chicken teriyaki combo with salad, chicken was great, salad well it's a salad.. the teriyaki sauce is different not to sweet definitely different than other local places around, one thing I did get upset about was ordering ahead of 4 people and getting my order last. Friendly employees and great outdoor seating.

First time going and got the noodles with chicken and the kookoo balls. The balls are the best...err... Noodles were good and the veggies in them were fresh but otherwise pretty standard on that. Definitely coming again for more of their in unique stuff.

I was a regular here for a gooood minute. Their chicken wraps are bomb, but their bowls are subpar.. I've also tried the kookoo balls but I fall for the wrap every time. To be frank, this place is pretty expensive for what you get, but the food is tasty. I stopped going because it was making me fat.

Enjoyed this unique location. We wanted something different so found this hole-in-the-wall joint. Exceptional customer service and the staff was having fun together which is always fun to witness. Noodles were outstanding! I had the wrap 1/2 with minced chicken and 1/2 with minced beef. It was good but Not my favorite. I recommend choosing one or the other. But overall, happy we tried it

We spontaneously came in for takeout. We ordered immediately and food was ready in 10-15 minutes. We ordered the large chicken and beef Teriyaki bowl. It came with plenty of rice, meat, and perfectly al dente steamed vegetables. It fed three of us. We also ordered a delicious side of fries, goyoza, and kookoo balls. The kookoo balls had a great sesame crust with a little black pepper. Thank you very much!

Great food and cool staff. Most of the reviews I have read are spot on. The middle age lady who either works there are owns the establishment is a real nasty piece of work. A Coworker of mine has also made mention of the negative treatment he has received there as well. Won't be wasting anymore of my hard earned Dollars there.

P
Paul Mora

It's decent. The teriyaki bowl was a little small. The veggie egg rolls were nice and crispy, definitelyliked them. The kookoo balls had a nice texture but they weren't anything special. They had some sort of beefy cheesy taste. The price was decent. It's ok to try but it's nothing too special, good service however.

If you are already in the area and burnt out on all the corporate eateries, this is a good option that is easy on the pocket book. Had a Chicken Teriyaki Taco with a California roll. It was under $10 and made to order fresh. Keeping it in mind the next time we are in this area.

For a teriyaki spot it was pretty bland teriyaki even drowning it in sauces didn’t save the flavor. Definitely not worth the money or the wait better off going to any hole in the wall joint.

Totally awesome burritos, tacos, noodles and more! The kookoo fries are special and they even have Cali rolls. Update: we just ate there again and they totally served us burned dry chicken. I called to let them know and they didn't care one little bit. We have been there 20+ times and we will not be back.

I came in late for dinner and I guess they were closing down. I ordered beef burrito to go so I can eat something before a meeting. I understand it was closing but they served me like warm (not even warm!) meat!!! I was very disappointed at their lack of care. I would have at least liked to have them tell me that this was all that they have. Also, couldn’t they at least microwaved the meat for me??? Just unbelievably the serious lack of care they put into making my burrito. Never shall I go there again. I went there because they are my fellow Koreans but no more!
