Panaderia La Pequeña Anaheim Reviews
Probably the best Mexican bread you can get in Orange County. If you get anything here it has to be the "chilindrinas" you won't be disappointed! If you go pass 10AM you'd mostly likely miss out on all the yummy bread and get whatever is left. Super recommended. Cash only.
I very much enjoy frequenting this establishment, particularly whilst armed with greenbacks. My favorite panecitos(buns) are the piedras(rocks) and puerquitos(piglets), as well as the conchas(shells) for my mother. Gallons of Rockview 2% and whole fat milk are conveniently sold below pints of the same in addition to chocolate and strawberry varieties, as well as orange juice. They had not made the piedras two days in a row and I decidedly fell into a state of mild languish. I asked on the second time for an explanation. I was calmly informed they were not made that day. The piedras were subsequently reinstated into the bakery’s repertoire, and I am precariously grateful for this. I myself am not often a fan of sweet coffee anymore, and a slightly younger version of me would have very much enjoyed the café served here. The taste of the piedras and puerquitos are the platinum standard as both types are well spiced with subtle overlays of cinnamon and sweetness. The textures are tender and not excessively brittle. Such bread hardly lasts long on the countertop at home. The prices are well serving. Closed on Mondays. Cheers, y que vive el éxito de La Pequeña.
I absolutely love the bread from here 👌🏼 so soft and yummy to have with your coffee in the morning 🤎
My #1 go to for delicious bread. The conchas are so fluffy, soft, and tasty. I absolutely love this panadería, fyi though it is cash only but there is an atm inside.
I love it. Never had great tasting pan de dulce ever. I recommend it. So saft n tasty.

Excellent customer service, the bread is perfect delicious perfect size and sweetness.
Go early! I went on a Saturday at like 12pm and the sign said "closed" but people were inside, so I took a chance. The empty tracks explained the closed sign. They only had sugar cookies (happy face, sprinkles, chocolate chips). I didn't want to leave empty handed - esp after wanting to try this panaderia - so I left with some cookies. And my goodness, I can see why they were sold out 3hrs before their listed hours. The sugar cookies are so SOFT and possibly one of the best. I want to try going earlier next time and try their bread! These cookies were promising!
Delicious Mexican bread. And they are very COVID-conscious here. They have the best Mexican bread I have had in a long time.
I love the bread here it's amazing!!! I love that it doesn't go stale or bad after a couple days like at northgate or other stores . Always fresh & i just can't help but say it's delicious !
Best Mexican bread in Anaheim or maybe Orange County! My hubby is so picky with bread, he loves this Bakery. Make sure you get there early to avoid the wait.
Best pan dulce in oc. I drive about 40 minutes and the wait is usually another 40 minutes, but totally worth it.
Bread is always fresh and good tasting. It takes a bit, too long to be serviced. I attribute this to the lines that sometimes form outside, which can be stretched out to the sidewalk. Positive side, the long lines allow for friendly conversations.
The best Conchas I have ever had! The bread was soft, light, and fluffy. Perfection! The órelas (puff pastry cookies) were light, sweet, flaky, and crisp. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food. Be sure to get there as early as possible. I got there at 6 am and there was already a line. The line moves fast, though. The staff is very friendly. Please remember to bring cash. And the location is close to the hotels near Disneyland.
Best Mexican pastries ever! Fresh every morning, wide variety, reasonable prices, and a very polite staff. I come here almost every other day, never been disappointed! They are closed on Monday's though but that's the only day they stay closed. ***** Stars👍👍🙂🙂
Very good conchas saved me time an money for not driving all the way to santa ana for some. This place only takes cash

The bread is goood!! The only bad part is the ordering. Can’t see who you’re speaking to and it’s confusing since the bread is stacked on racks. They are so tall and people are ordering while you order and it could get confusing but the bread is really good!!
Only bad thing about this place is that they dont male enough bread. They almost always run out and close early. Best pan dulce hands down! Line gets long and they run out of bread pretty early. I wish they were to bake off more bread and have longer hours.
The sweet bread here is by far better than any other panaderia around. 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1- the parking gets so bad and I notice some cars are never moved during business hours. 2- they need to do a better job of moving people out that just stand around not buying bread. Both are super annoying!

Went to the store to buy a Rosca De Reyes, when I arrived they told me it was only available via ordering in advance and that I could not buy any. I went home and I swear 2 hours later my wife is on their social media and sees " first come first serve".
Only cash payments.. no good.. they do not want report taxes!!??
