Closed at 10pm and the gas pumps were shut off, cant even use card to pay. Very inconvenient since its the closest gas station to the nearby interstate.

Spent forever on the phone trying to order cheesy breadsticks through the automated thing. After spending 12 minutes doing this it says not completed transfers me to the store and they tell me they've turned off the oven an hour and a half before I asked what their kitchen hours are, and no one will give me a straight answer just that it needed to be earlier. Later I look online and it clearly says the kitchen is open until 9:30 which is why I think it let me order on the phone. This is very frustrating you should stick to your posted hours of operation.

October 15 2024, do NOT go to this Casey's unless you want to be ripped off. You are getting far far less than you pay for! Toppings are not being measured appropriately they are cheating you and either need to retrain their staff or offer bigger discounts at the register. (Yes I'm fully aware of what I speaking on).

This Casey’s needs remodeled and updated. Went in for drinks and was told the system was down and they couldn’t ring anyone up. This isn’t the first time something has happened to their equipment. One night the power was out only to their store (not town wide) and they closed. Another night the freezers broke. If it wasn’t located where it was they would have to shut down permanently. A bigger city wouldn’t put up with the lack of stock, ever changing employees on top of the rude ones that do stay around and all the poorly made pizzas that get passed on to good customers. Fix it or forget it!!

Terrible Management!!!!!!!!!!My daughters were banned for our dogs barking in the back seat of her car and of course my daughter is going to defend her dogs because they are like family. Don’t think it’s a reason to ban a paying customer but the crazy part is I have several calls into the district manager to try to make things right and they will not call me back…. A GOOD MANAGER WOULD MAKE A BAD SITUATION GOOD.

Disgusting place new manager has made the place go down hill I feel harassed from her bc she doesn’t like my Great Dane that barks in the car but oh if it was a Chihuahua it would be okay.

Ordered pizzas two larges idk if they don't train the cooks right but the crust was so thin you couldn't eat it without a fork or everything would fall apart. You kinda expect their to be some crust or bottom to the pizza not a floppy kinda soggy mess.

First off, there is a sign on the highway pointing you to this gas station. It’s not even remotely close to the highway. There is a median blocking you from continuing. Once you get there gas is price at scam prices.

They charged me for two large pizzas and one medium brought out two mediums and one large after that I already paid for it then couldn’t figure out how to give me my money back I stood there waiting for 15 minutes they still couldn’t resolve it so finally I left. I will make sure that I do not order from that one again

Unable to figure out how coupons work or their own computer system, wasted 4 bucks in Casey’s cash for products I never got and never saw a return for. Save yourself the hassle and go to Geneseo

Expired cheese in cooler from Feb...its June. could not figure out how to give a refund. It was only a $1.30 but still an inconvenience.
