This is a good store with great pizza and ready made food with good cold sandwiches, subs and wraps! But prices are high on product drinks such as monster, coke and Pepsi! The day crew during the week is good but the store manger can be rude!!! Sucks since this is the only gas station in Viola

Not a huge fan of this location. Every time I ordered a pizza I had to wait after it’s confirmed pickup time, sometimes I wait for the entire pizza to be made after I placed my order for a specific pickup time. I’ve placed a few orders from the app for snack items and when I get to the store have to pick them out myself cause nobody did, like what is the point of the app? The other day when I went in to get a few items the cashier was pretty rude for no reason. I’ll drive to Orion to that Casey’s it’s run way better. I don’t want to say it’s all the employees either sometimes the store is run with like 2 people. 1 in the kitchen and 1 at the counter. That doesn’t work. Hire more employees.

Everytime I go to this convenience store, I get to the counter and they decide to count their drawer and it takes them forever. I have been there at different times and this happens every time.

Didn't realize they were closed. We walked in to go to the bathroom and the kitchen employee was EXTREMELY rude to us. Honestly can't believe how he spoke to my husband. If they were closed then the door should have been locked. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior. The man working the counter was friendly enough. I have never left a bad review for anywhere before. I'm completely baffled

The automated phone call in for pizza sucks. Get rid of it. If we are calling in for pizza we are not talking to a robot. Get a real person to answer the phone. I'd rather go 9 miles to Aledo since they actually answer their phone.

Sold me a pack of stale, expired cigarettes. Tiny, podunk town with highest gas prices around. Do not recommend.

Oscar the kitchen manager is very rude to the other kitchen people. When we came in he was yelling and treating other employee horribly, stop yelling start helping that makes things go a whole lot smoother!

Horrible service walked into the gas station asked about Vape’s like Juul’s they look right in my face told me they didn’t have it even though i was looking at the product, then when I pointed out they were right there they didn’t even try to assist me....Idk maybe it’s because I’m a person of color who knows.

I purchased a almond milk Frappuccino from their cold section, get to work and realize it has a metallic taste and is over a month expired. I went ahead to call Casey’s to inform them and the girl on the other line said thanks for letting us know. Didn’t offer to at least replace it or even apologize for their negligence. this is the extent of their amazing customer service

just left lady in bakery was rude. i asked kindly if they had any unfilled long John's sje acted like i asked for a million dollars, "no we NEVER do". so i said pkay what about sprinkles on a raised donut? "No they wouldnt stick" really lady not true at all! rude and definitely will be the first and last time i drive 15mins to your store to get donuts for my! rude! cashier was nice
