Best Togo's so far in northern CA. Fast friendly service. Food is great. The pastrami sandwich is the best.

I’m not usually the biggest fan of cold sandwiches, but was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Togo’s.

My favorite place for subs. The staff is super kind and sweet. Veggies and bread are always fresh. They make great sandwiches! Better then other Togo’s and definitely a lot better then Subway. My go to sandwich place even though I live really far from this location, I love the great customer service!

Reliable, which is the best compliment you can give for a sandwich spot. The staff all make pretty consistent quality sandwiches.

The girl that help me was really nice and patient, unfortunately she messed up on both orders. I ordered a brewpub " no onions" and Large chicken & cheddar half with everything and the other half only with cheddar chicken for my picky son, no lettuce, no tomato. Arrived home, my son's order came with letture and tomato. My brewpub sandwich came with onions, when I said no onions please.

Sometimes, nothing hits the spot like a classic hot pastrami sandwich from Togo's, and this one did not disappoint. Generously packed with flavorful meat and served on fresh, soft bread—it was absolutely delicious!

I’ve never had any issues here; except today. I ordered by phone and this is what my BLT looked like. I’ve never gotten so few veggies or bacon. Really disappointed.

Ordered two cups of the soup and one was great. The other was really runny and very very salty. They didn't taste the same.

I've never been to a location that's messed up orders this frequently. Almost always is something not meant to be on my sandwich that ends up being added anyways, even if the employees repeat it back. If it's not something added that you didn't want on it, it's something missing. I've even been given a french dip with no dip.

It is unfortunate this location has gone down severely within the last 6 months. Two times they have put way too much mayo, extra mayo was requested but they put so much mayo it was like the condiments and meat was drowning in it. Today when my family and I ordered, they had to remake two sandwiches for doing the same thing with the mayo on one and not putting double meat on the other. My sandwich wasn’t remade but when I looked it was missing the bacon and part of my sandwich comes with bacon. It is very sad to see the amount of disregard in so many times.

Sandwich was messy. I wish I got what I wanted but it is what it is! Hopefully they learn and actually start caring about the customers food, especially when it is such a simple order. Disappointed

I used to like going here. This is convenient to go to. They had the daily deals over the weekend and there were very nice, friendly, and welcoming employees there that were enjoyable to interact with. I can understand getting rid of the weekend daily deals, but I can’t wrap my head around why the kitchen reorganization was a good idea. Essentially they turned their kitchen into a McDonald’s theme theater. The customer interaction is only limited to the what you order at the register and when they call your name when your food is ready. You can watch the employees working on your sandwich, but even they say “have a seat and we will call you when your sandwich is ready,” you’re discouraged to interact with them. On most days, you can watch the employees interacting more with each other than with the customers. They could have done this because to be more efficient, but the minutes they are saving each day is costing repeated business. Without a good customer relationship, I’m more inclined to go to and encourage others to go to Jersey Mike’s instead.

I pay at the register and not at the self serve station to specify extra pastrami but most of the time the extra meat part of my order is not conveyed to the person making my sandwich. Very disappointed and most likely won't return

The avocado should not have been put on sandwich to begin with. That’s where quality control and being able to watch a sandwich maker was a great customer service when going to togos. I will now be going to jersey mikes or even subway so at least my food is fresh and made to my liking and not just thrown together any which way and thrown in a wrapper like my last half wasted meal. I bought my daughter and grandsons sandwiches as well and their bread was crumbly and stale as well. These changes were not better for customer, may be better for Togo’s but I bet your loosing faithful customer base.

Been a daily regular customer but the managers decided to look down on me because I’m a dirty construction worker, and skipped me in line. Never coming here again go to the gym panda or taqueria down the street.
