Les falta salsa BBQ desde hace 2 semanas, y a veces faltan carnes y panes, pero sigue estando bueno el servicio

It's a good place, the staff are friendly and attentive, the place is quite large, the desserts are delicious, the only negative point would be the variety of cold cuts, it's somewhat limited, there isn't much variety.

Well, I didn't like it. I decided to try a new one with cheddar cheese, different from the combo of the day, just to mix things up, and the meat was tasteless and hard to eat. A bad experience, to be honest.

This is the third time I've ordered from this place through Didi, and every time it's been delivered wrong. The first two times, it came on different bread than what I ordered, and it didn't even include the extra topping I requested. The vegetables were also on the wrong side of the protein. The third time, I only received my sub with the correct bread, the protein, and lettuce, but no dressing or other vegetables. When I eat in person, there's no problem, but when I order through Didi, they take orders however they want, and they're all poorly made.

It took them a long time to open the store. It's supposed to close until 10 p.m., and the guys who served us took a break to replace the ingredients, but it took them more than half an hour to reopen. I wouldn't go back to this branch.

In ALL the franchises I've been able to order each combo meal, adding or removing items as I please. The service at this particular location is terrible... they try to sell you whatever they want, they're rude, and they don't even explain things. What awful service!

We ordered through Uber Eats and the order was a complete joke; incomplete and some of the sandwiches were nothing like what we ordered. I don't know what the service is like in person, but at least through the app, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Very poor quality... I ordered them to go and was surprised to find 2 small pieces of meat in one and very little vegetables in the other. I won't buy them again.

Terrible service. The order was incomplete and they never responded to address my problem, nor did they even offer a refund. This isn't the first time they've made a mistake; it was a truly awful experience.

Horrible, there was no chicken, no turkey ham, the kids who work there didn't seem to want to serve, they were fighting amongst themselves, and on their cell phones instead of serving customers. There are about 5 of them and not one of them is helpful. Terrible, I won't be back.
