Went this morning to pick up a Bakers Pack. I asked for all the bagels to be sliced as always. When I get home to have bagels with our morning coffee, more than half of them were falling apart because they were not sliced properly. Pics included for reference.

We stopped in for breakfast shortly after 8am. We waited in line while only 1 employee was working the bagel/pastry area. It took over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I ordered the sausage and over easy bagel. As you can tell the egg is not over easy. It was over hard. The sausage doesn’t even fit the bagel. Very disappointed for the amount of money Panera charges. You would get a better breakfast bagel from WaWa. The menu boards are confusing and this location is dark and dreary. The were more focused on the drive thru then the patrons entering the store. Let’s get it together Panera! I know you can do better.

Is this Panera going under? Giving it another shot. I pulled in for some bagels Tuesday at 9am. They were out of the popular bagels and only had flax seed. So being hungry will give it a try. What we got was a oatmeal covered lunch roll. We got 2 for 9.00. Sad Apopka doesn't have a decent bagel shop. Panera is terrible.

Worst service always. Takes forever. All of the staff moves in slow motion. Then your food is usually cold because you had to wait so long. Never again. 25 minutes for Avacado Toast.

Usually go to this restaurant since it’s closest to me with minimal problems. However, at night, the crew is a little less productive and rushes your order. Tonight was my last straw after I found a hair in my food, when I was almost done with it…over this place. Don’t expect management to do anything; In my last complaint, I was promised a gift card in the mail never received it.

0 stars would be better. I used to order from here and they would be great, but the last three times I gave the benefit of the doubt because I was craving the Mac and cheese or grilled cheese but have only been disappointed each time. First time they overcooked the whole thing, didn't even taste like what its supposed to. Second time trying, I thought would be better, they got the Mac and cheese right but how do you mess up a grilled cheese? A Macaroni grilled cheese? No. Third time I had to go (and didn't want to) because my husband was sick and wanted soup. So I figured okay I'm hungry too. I was specific and even asked them to not over cook the Mac and cheese, they said okay. Instead what I got home to was half a broccoli and cheese macaroni and then it looked like they covered it up by putting the regular one on top of it. Didn't find out until I started eating it. Trash. Never ordering or coming back.

In the last two visits to this location, I have had drinks I ordered not given to me, and other items also missing. The last visit I made before I went back today, they forgot to give me the 2 drinks with my drive-thru order and they couldn't even process a refund from my order receipt number. I was told I either had to give my credit card over the phone or drive all the way back. Why would I give a stranger over the phone my credit card info?! Ridiculous! I drove all the way back that same day just to get a refund. Well, today I went to grab lunch, and my drink has black remnants of something floating in it!!! I'm not sure what needs to happen, but the cleanliness of the machines and food area needs to be reviewed. I won't be coming back here for a while because this is absolutely disgusting.

I normally get a chicken salad sandwich from this location and it’s alright but today they didn’t even put enough chicken salad to fill a thin layer. It was pretty much bread and tomato.

Mia told me to warm my croissant in the microwave under the coffee dispensers. Is that normal? I’ve always had people in the back warm for me? A sketchy vibe at this place. And they forgot something in my order.

Panera left me with a terrible impression. The customer service is truly awful — staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and show no interest in helping customers. Wait times are ridiculously long, the place feels disorganized, and the overall atmosphere is unpleasant. At a restaurant, you expect courtesy and efficiency, but here I only found poor service, lack of respect, and zero attention to customers. Definitely do not recommend this place
