A children's party was taking place when we were eating. The noise was incredible & kids running around - out of control. The mothers were just smiling and made no attempt to entertain the children. The restaurant looked like a battlefield with debris everywhere.

Las pizzas estaban aceptables, pero el servicio al cliente es pésimo. Se nota que las dos chicas del mostrador no tienen ganas de currar. EN ESTADOS UNIDOS ESTARÍAN DESPEDIDAS EL MISMO DÍA. Detrás hay como otros cinco empleados hablando constantemente. Estuvimos 25 minutos esperando a que nos activaran la máquina de bebidas. Las pizzas también salieron un poco quemadas. Ya ni hablamos de la limpieza de la sala adjunto fotos.....

No puede ser posible que pidiendo el come y bebe tardes 20 minutos tan solo en ser atendido y otros 15 para que te las sirvan. Además viendo como el personal charlavan y conversaban en la cocina. Estábamos todos los miembros de la fila alucinando. Si voy a comer a l 13:00 no es para salir de ahí a las 15:30. Por otro lado, tenían el horno mal ajustado y quemaban todos los bordes y varios dispensadores de bebida vacíos, sin darnos ninguna solución ni explicación al la carencia de dichas bebidas en el díspensador.

Pongo una estrella porque si no pones ninguna no te deja enviar la reseña, pero serian cinco negativos. Hemos ido dos veces y las dos salimos enfadados, el servicio pésimo, la señorita que te atiende malhumorada y sin ganas de colaborar. La segunda vez ni siquiera pedimos porque para pedir teníamos que esperar media hora y sin que hubiera nadie en el local, buenos había dos chavalitos muy, muy jóvenes esperando a que la buena señora se dignara atender a los clientes, 20 minutos de espera como poco. Las pizzas serán muy buenas, pero con esea atención no se como sigue abierto.

Una vergüenza come y bebe para dos personas y la primera pizza 45minutos . La segunda 1 hora las pizzas frías. El chico de los pedidos no se entera de nada. Dan prioridad a los pedidos de la calle y los del local sin servicio. Para no volver...

Pedi dos pizzas una de peperoni y otra sin gluten. El camarero se equivoco y se la dio a otros cliente. Los clientes tocaron la pizza se dan cuenta que no es su pedido... . Y yo le dijo que esa pizza era la mía y el me dijo que no había problema que me la comiera. Le pedí por educación que hiciera otra Pizza y me comento que cual había sido el problema. Manipulas alimentos. Te la comerías tu?

Pido una cosa me traen otra, lo digo, pido otra vez lo que quiero y me vuelven a traer otra cosa. A mi que me pongan lo que sabe a plástico y no lo pide ni peter porque le sale de las narices me parece fatal. Y se lo vuelvo a decir y se me queda mirando la pava y me ignora. Un servicio malísimo.

Horroroso. Un trato lamentable por parte del servicio al cliente. Después de ser atendidos por el camarero, nos hizo esperar 25 minutos para aplicar un código de descuento, y no se digno a volver a centrar la atención en nosotros después de ese tiempo. Fuimos ignorados por completo. Se ve que no interesa, sobre todo cuando ofrecen "promociones".

Establecimiento esquinero con buena iluminación natural. Dispone de espacioso comedor interior así como terraza exterior. Diligente servicio de camareros. Atención la justa y amabilidad inexistente. Cantidad y precio no compensa la baja calidad del producto ofertado. Inexistente opción de café tras "la comida"

Horrible servicio, fuimos con unos amigos para el come y bebe y no nos querian atender siendo que aun faltaban 2 horas para el cierre, preguntamos el por que de la tardanza y no nos dieron explicaciones, estuvimos 15 min esperando en el mostrador y al final nos fuimos. Una pena por que la pizza me encanta, han perdido 8 clientes

Quiero dejar constancia de la pésima experiencia que hemos tenido. Lo que debía ser una comida tranquila terminó siendo una situación incómoda y frustrante. Hemos esperado más de una hora y media para recibir solo tres pizzas. No estamos hablando de un pedido grande ni complicado, sino de algo básico que cualquier establecimiento debería poder gestionar en tiempos razonables. La demora ha sido completamente excesiva y fuera de lugar. Lo más molesto no ha sido únicamente el tiempo de espera, sino la falta total de explicaciones y atención por parte del personal. Hemos pedido información sobre nuestro pedido en tres ocasiones diferentes, intentando entender qué estaba ocurriendo. En ningún momento recibimos una respuesta clara, ni una disculpa sincera, ni una estimación realista del tiempo restante. Simplemente nos daban largas o respuestas vagas, como si nuestra espera no importara. La sensación fue de desorganización absoluta y de poca consideración hacia los clientes. Cuando finalmente llegaron las pizzas, el malestar ya era evidente. Después de 90 minutos esperando algo tan sencillo, la experiencia queda completamente arruinada. Entiendo que pueda haber momentos de alta demanda o imprevistos, pero la clave está en la comunicación y en el trato al cliente. Aquí fallaron ambas cosas. Si desde el principio nos hubieran informado de la demora, podríamos haber decidido si esperar o no. Pero tenernos más de una hora y media sin información y teniendo que preguntar tres veces es, sinceramente, inaceptable. No recomendaría este lugar si valoras tu tiempo y una atención mínimamente profesional. Una experiencia muy decepcionante.

I'd give it fewer stars if I could. The service was awful, even though the place was half empty. They clearly don't have enough staff to serve everyone; it's unacceptable that the same employee does everything. We ordered a meal and a drink, but neither we nor the few other occupied tables could get seconds because they weren't bringing out any more pizzas. The checkout was always full. Before, you could order seconds and pizzas at your table, but now you have to go back to the counter to order. What terrible service! I'm not coming back. It's a disgrace that you only care about making money and don't care about the customer.

Terrible customer service experience. The restaurant is a complete disaster. First, you arrive and wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the register to serve you. Then, when you go to get your drink, none of them are fizzy. You tell the manager, and she says she can't do anything more, that the problem was reported two months ago and they haven't fixed it. It takes 45 minutes to get your pizza. This business is a mockery of its customers. I've been to many Domino's Pizza restaurants throughout Madrid, and this is the worst. I've been to this one about three times, and it's always the same. Very poor service, slow response times, and lack of responsiveness. I'm definitely not going back.

A terrible experience. We placed our order at 9:15 PM and were told it would take 30 to 35 minutes, but it took an hour. On top of that, the pizzas were cold; it was obvious they'd been sitting there for a while, and they'd just left them there to prepare the pickup orders. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is that the pickup orders kept coming out with the delivery drivers, and they stopped taking orders from those of us in the restaurant. They told us we couldn't order for 30 minutes because the kitchen was overwhelmed with pickup orders. It's a disgrace. We, the people inside, also pay for a service; it's not right that we shouldn't be ignored and prevented from ordering or eating because they prioritize pickup orders. The place is poorly organized, half empty, and all the tables were dirty and uncleaned. They definitely don't do their jobs properly. I don't plan on returning to a place with such poor service. The incompetence at this establishment is both surprising and appalling.

It's shameful. All the tables have food scraps. They don't clean them. You have to clean your own table if you want to stay. How do they expect their business to work if they don't have enough staff?

Terrible. This afternoon around 3 pm we were coming from the hospital and wanted something hot and quick to eat... No way! There was one person working, another guy was nowhere to be seen, and a huge crowd piled up behind us. The girl was also on the phone, and they told us we'd have to wait 25 minutes! From what I can see, a lot of people are complaining about the delay. If you can't make a profit, you might as well close up shop.

The service was terrible, all the tables were dirty… no one came down to clean them, we had to clean them ourselves. The pizzas were good, but we ordered a gluten-free one and it took over 40 minutes to arrive, even though the place was almost empty. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't go back.

If you're thinking about getting a pizza, I recommend going to another pizzeria in town that puts more effort into it, which are usually the ones that aren't franchises. This isn't anything against Domino's Pizza, it's this one, which for at least a couple of years has been making pizzas without any enthusiasm, as if they couldn't care less. What I just had for dinner seems like a rip-off, paying €11 for what I posted in the photo. At any other Domino's Pizza, at least the pizzas look like the photo. Here, the interest is zero. I've also ordered garlic bread with cheese before, and the bread was there, but the cheese was more on the cardboard than on the bread, not to mention the quantity. This was the last time I ordered a pizza from this place.

Super pissed off I order a bucket of wings and another chicken, the chicken one is incomplete, for each one I pay for a sauce and for the corm they don't give it to me, I call the establishment and they tell me no, that they don't have more sauces than what comes with the potatoes and I'm telling them that I have an invoice and what they tell me is that I go to the store to give me the sauce, I have no idea why I pay for delivery and why I pay for the sauces if they are not going to give them to me, total disappointment, for the potatoes everything is fine, I will not order online again (be careful with online orders that come incomplete)

Pizza is okay, but everything else is pretty bad. Especially the service is very bad. If you cam avoid this Dominos, you should avoid it
