Everything is good til you have employees arnt as nice or don’t feel like working. Not even a smile or thank you for coming. I order my sandwich and just cause I didn’t wanted Mike’s a little girl gets an attitude and makes it sloppy and more when wrapping my sandwich she smashes her fingers hard on my sandwich. Then they have there loud heavy metal music in the evenings and too noisy. This is a food place, not a nightclub.. some women have there point tails out instead in a bun and having hair scatter. Not good.
This location is my new favorite for jersey mikes! Jersey mikes was my first job when I moved out to California from Nebraska. I can say whoever runs this establishment takes time to train their employees efficiently and correctly. They did a perfect job making all the sandwiches in front of me in a good timely manner and the correct way. The team work that every employee did; had shown that they have a good system down. The establishment is very clean and all the produce looked fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive even when overwhelmed. Good job to all the staff and management!! 💯

I was surprised to find such a welcoming, friendly, clean place. Staff is genuinely happy. Place was being cleaned all the time. Great quality as usual. Location is a little tricky but I’ll be back for sure. Great job you guys!
First time at this location. It was clean and although they were busy I waited 5 minutes to order. Sub was done in less that time. Staff was friendly. Ingredients were fresh and food was good.

I had an issue with my order being wrong and sent an email. Almost immediately I received a call back, and the young man on the line was extremely polite and professional. He truly cared about making things right and even offered a full refund (which I didn’t feel was necessary). I really appreciate the quick response, It speaks volumes about the kind of employees this Jersey Mike’s location has and how much they value their customers.
As soon as I walked in, they greeted me very nice kindly the girls that were working there. We're uh all good vibes. Thank you for my sandwich.Tatiana
I went on the 2nd day of opening and let me tell you the service was great! Manager was super nice and fast with all his orders, he executed each order ahead of me perfectly I was impressed! My food was great and very fast service! There was a bit of a line but like I said my order was given to me in less than 10 min and super fast service! 10/10

Probably the worst Jersey Mikes I’ve been too. I usually go to the ones in Pasadena and or Northridge. This one not only are they slow but kinda clueless. There were 3 guys and only one was doing his job. Poking bacon, the other two were almost like frat boys. They got my order wrong and I didn’t notice until I got home because I was paying while they were adding my toppings. But the reason why I am writing this is because it’s a problem when you have more cheese than meat on your Italian sub. Can’t believe I paid for it, never again. They need to retrain their employees in this location.

This was my go to, since it is close to my house. However, today when I went in the guy making the sandwiches couldn't get it together. Asking the same questions over again. Not all people like it's "Mike's Way". Wasn't listening to what I want, doing his own thing. My sandwich was gross, all that $ for a gross sandwich. No friendly hello, not welcoming there, won't be back.
Super unorganized and messy. Waited 10 minutes plus for my sandwich to be sliced. Please train properly.
Why is it that this location doesn't add enough meat and veggies?! Been here many times and not the same. Is it training? Or ownership? It's a shame very different from the other valley locations.
The employees who work night shifts always half ass their job when it comes to “to go orders”. Theres no need to slap ingredients onto a mini sandwich, it’s a mini sandwich. You aren’t doing much.
