Ive been to easily 50 barbecue restaurants across the U.S. This "brisket moist" was hands down one of the best cooks I've ever had. The bark was absolutely exceptional. The bbq sauce is good enough they sell it on Amazon. The baby back ribs had a great texture. The flavor was a little bland to me...
