We kinda went in blind. We just knew it was bar food but definitely left satisfied and had a great experience! Our server Ashanti was so nice and made me feel comfortable in the atmosphere that is tailored for guys more so. I was kinda annoyed with the group of girls standing in the front door talking not really working and they definitely didn't seem like they wanted to help us, but our server took care of us and always checked to see if we needed anything. She actually wanted to work, and I appreciate that! And that's why I still gave 5 stars. And yes, the food was good and is worth coming back for.

Unlike Twin Peaks, Bombshells is a bit more economical when it comes to food and drinks. I recently visited for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly and attentive, and as a bonus, I was even given a complimentary beer while I enjoyed my meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it wasn't overly crowded during lunch hours, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed dining experience. Best fish tacos I’ve ever had! Menu has lots of options so there is sure to be something for everyone. I didn’t personally have them but another person at my table got the traditional wings and said they were not the best. But I would absolutely recommend going here!!

I would to again, the greeters were fun and engaging and our waitress, can't remember her name was but she was accomidating. She was on it. The one thing I didn't like was the high chairs were stools with no backs support. The chairs at the bar did, but not at the table.

We went on a Sunday evening. After 7. The waitress was training two new girls. Not a problem. We ordered two beers while we were waiting for our food and that took over 15 minutes. When they brought our beer, we ordered our food. We ordered wings lemon pepper and a policy cheese steak. Wings were good.

Good place to watch sports. The staff was friendly and helpful. Melissa was very nice. Lots of people having a good time. The food was good. The fries were delicious. The wings tasted fine but weren't spicy enough! Bring the heat! You're in a sports bar so it's going to get loud but that music was really loud. About halfway through dinner I think management realized it was too loud and lowered it a bit which made it easier to conversate. Overall a good place to watch sports.

We got into Arlington late, so we stopped in for a bite. The kitchen and bar last call is 1:45am! The service was friendly. The bomb poppers were pretty tasty. It was bacon wrapped jalapeño shrimp with grilled onions and mushrooms topped with cheese. It was served with ranch. The draft beer selection was good. For a late night stop, it was pretty good.

I went to redeem my birthday dessert, only to see that it was expired because of the short window to use it. The Arlington restaurant was empty and the manager was behind the bar. The Friday special was for $20 fajitas. The food choices under $20 were extremely limited. I left and went to Ojos Locos instead where the fajitas were $10. I also bought several margaritas that were $4.25 during happy hour. Ojos Locos was packed, mainly because the girls are in lingerie every Friday. The point I’m trying to make is that you have to be cognizant of the competition. I have done mystery shops at Hooters. Twin Peaks, Ojos Locos, Bikinis, Walk-Ons, Bombones & Bone Daddy’s. I have also patronized Redneck Heaven, Barra Libre, Balones, Wild Pitch, Tight Ends, plus many, many others. I can tell you what works and what doesn’t work.

Staff has no clue what’s going on and management is clueless of it. Wrong orders and had to ask multiple (4) times for silverware, limes, dressing, etc. Thankful the food was really good! Wings were hot and good. Staff running around like chickens with head cutoff for no reason. Might come back???

Atmosphere was great. Our Server/Bartender was (Makayla) not very nice or professional at all. I knew once she saw me sit down with my white girlfriend , it was going to be a problem. Her demeanor instantly went negative, and her service from that point forward was terrible. I ordered the ribeye, and wasn't even asked how I wanted it. It was bright to me burnt and dry. I paid $36.00 for a ribeye that was supposed to come with two sides, but she charged me for both sides. The ribeye also was nowhere close to 14 ounces which is what they advertise. The whiskey that I asked for wasnt even real whiskey, this stuff had water added to it and was very light in color. I ran bars and resteraunts in Nashville Tennessee, so I know all the currupt dirty little secrets that people practice in this business. Anyway very disappointed in the service. Food was average at best. Not worth the money.

The food wasn't bad, didn't have many sweet potato fries though. The service could have been better. The waitress was on her phone a lot on the side by the entrance at a table because I guess I was the only table she had and took little bit to get the ticket but still faster than redneck heaven was before. After a long travel day, we were starving. This place was close to our hotel and burgers sounded good. The Mac burger Double D burger Recruit burger (bacon jalapeño burger?) Uncle Spam + well done fried egg + sweet potato fries 1 Modelo We ordered cheese and queso but our waitress forgot. Food was very good. Service was just okay. There was only a handful of customers and it took a while to get anything. All in all, I recommend for food if you’re not in a hurry.

First impression when pulling up and seeing the entrance is WOW! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE GREAT. We were greeted immediately by a group of semi-enthusiastic employees. We were sat and after several minutes we get a sweet waitress who has no concept of urgency. We ordered chips and queso which came out quickly. Queso was great. Salsa will light you up, it has a kick. Chips must be 5 days old .... STALE, STALE, STALE! After awhile we placed our orders and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. It looks great and tastes great. The diet coke was disgusting...all syrup, no bubbles. Bombshells bombed on the easiest stuff....stale chips and poorly mixed soda. Oh, and I got my beer close to the end of my meal. Here is another place where they ain't the bomb...their service. She was sweet but has no gift for multi-tasking or heck remembering we were there. We had to flag her down when we needed her. You know how primates can learn sign language and elephants are taught to paint? Maybe if snails were taught to serve we'd get faster service. Who knows maybe I got a rookie server or maybe it isn't her thing but either way this place needs to step up it's game. I read some other reviews online about this place the service needs an overhaul.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because (1) the food was delicious & fresh. And (2) the atmosphere was great! Plenty of TVs & seating, both indoor & outdoor. Maybe about 3 people in masks, myself included. We sat across from the bar in a comfy booth. I'm literally 5 feet from the bar. We watched the bartender with these XXLong bedazzled nails dip her nails in at least 40+ drinks! She constantly dug in her skirt to retrieve her phone. Then resumed mixing drinks. Never, washed her hands. She used the tip of her nails to flicks items (that most likely fell from the nails) out of the shot glasses! As she was moving the drinks, her nails were INSIDE the glasses! Her nails were so long she had to put all 4 fingers INSIDE the shaker to empty the contents! I pushed my drink that I was actually enjoying, aside. GLOVES PLEASE!

Server was poor multiple times had to ask for refills on tea. Had to ask where was my appetizer. Appetizer was served at the same time as entree. Food was good but server was poor and took an inordinate amount to get food. Will not return

My first trip to this place and I was very disappointed. Menu was pretty good, lots of choices. He food looked good when it hit the table but failed once I started eating. Chips and salsa were really good. I ordered the Tank Burger w/ Onion Rings and Spicy Mac n Cheese. I ordered the burger medium well and it came out Rare as rare can be. The bacon was nearly raw, extremely fatty and gross. I didn’t want to be a complainer so I attempted to eat the burger. I got about a quarter of it down and couldn’t handle the cold raw hamburger meat so I sent it back. The manager said since I ate part of it they couldn’t refund it or re cook it. I just told the to throw it away, it was in edible. They could have offered a replacement. I tried to eat the onion rings. The flavor was good but they had random very hard prices is something in the batter that chipped my tooth so I didn’t get to eat those. Next up, Mac n cheese. It looked like someone barfed on it when they put it in the table. They slap some sort of hot nasty tasting sauce ontop that resembles spaghetti sauce in looks but tastes like hot sauce. The heat was good but very off putting, was the appearance and flavor. The waitress was nice but brought 1 drink refill and never returned for an other. I won’t be back.

Cool looking place. Some good looking girls. BUT the wings were not that great. Hardly had any sauce on them. My buddy finish his food way before i even got mine. Waitress was MIA for most of it. no one came to check on us. And got one refill of hot sweet tea with no ice..... also. 20 bucks for a burger just cuz it had donuts for buns seem expensive.

I like the ambience and the fact there's never a wait for a table, booth, or bar. No matter the party size. But service and food need to be greatly improved.

Terrible service, tvs way too loud, can't even speak with people at same table. Rude waitresses. Poor is overpriced and mediocre.

Local resident looking for a good sports bar to watch the Dallas Stars. No such luck at this place, the manager did not even know who the Stars are. Really, a sports bar 1 mile from AT&T stadium and no Dallas hockey. We might come back for the food, but definitely not for a Stars game.

Hard pass!! The service is trash! Manager included!! $17.95 for mediocre wings that don’t come with fries, add $5.45 for a side of fries that are cold…. And the drinks were terrible. Honestly I’m really disappointed, I know they only serve bar food but what was this? Never ever again!

3 different people at my table, had or order wrong. Wings are very slimy undercooked. Seemed more like a low class strip club, the way some of the women were dressed. I like a woman to dress sexy, but raunchy, I feel like a beginner tattoo shop is near. To top it off my good friend got burnt out of 20$ at the end!!!! Definitely won’t go back!!

I was at bombshells tonight and this manger Insha think was real rude and was being mean to the bartenders. I was trying to ask a bartender for another drink and she said what's the problem. I told everything was okay and I was just trying to get another drink but it was busy. So she started talking loud and demanding to the bartenders that we're being real nice. I felt so bad for them the way. She was abusing her authority. I don't think I will ever come back there. I felt so bad for the bartenders. I'm sure they were scared of her cause she kept saying I'm the boss. Oh my god that sad

One of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. My family went in Sunday for dinner me and one of my sons plates both had hair in it. One plate ok understandable but two plates come on now. So we let them know the manager didn’t want to come over with the first plate so when I found a hair in my plate my mom had to go get him to come over just to see it. At this point we just wanted our food remade it to took 20 minutes while the rest of my family was eating me and my son were waiting. At the end of the meal we were never expecting anything to be free but for 2 plates to have hair and for the wait we could have at least got a discount but no. BRIAN THE MANAGER was very rude to us about how he felt like it being remade was a privilege and that we should be greatful we didn’t get charger for all 4 plates. The level of professionalism was at a all time low and I definitely will not be back in this place yall need to do better

Honestly I wish I was writing a good review. But sadly that’s not the case. It was our first time in, drinks were brought and appetizer came at a great time. Then it went down hill. I ordered the renegade pasta, it was extremely under seasoned no flavor at all. When expressed to the waitress and it was obvious I took a few bites, she absolutely could care less. She didn’t offer to bring me a menu or to get me anything else instead BROUGHT ME MY BILL. I asked if I was paying for something I didn’t eat. Mind you payment wasn’t the issue the issue was I even told her I wanted to try the salmon. You would think common sense would kick in. Instead she sent me a manager who I told the service was poor that I didn’t like my food and she didn’t offer to remake it or even a menu so I could actually eat something. Instead he said “I don’t know how to respond to that, we make it the same way everytime” I told him it has no flavor and I expressed to the server I wanted to try the salmon. He didn’t even acknowledge it. Instead removed the pasta and brought me a check. Needless to say I left hungry. This was an overall fail.

Me and my friend got seated in an empty room, where no one served us or asked us if we needed anything. Even asked a waitress and no one came back. I guess you need a dude with you last time I came here there was a roach that was like 3 years ago

Ordered a grand margarita and we got the drink does not taste like alcohol just juice. I called to speak to the manager. He refused to anyone handle the situation. He brushed it off and walked off. He kept brushing off my questions. Restaurant was nearly empty for it to be lunch time! Probably that’s why the restaurant is empty due to the manager MICH! Food did come out hot and fresh. Will I return here NO!
