Ordered online for the 2$ Tuesday deal on the tenders they DO NOT HAVE IT IN STORE/OVER THE PHONE! ONLINE ONLY! But I got hot honey with a regular VOODOO fry as a snack. My food was fresh and done on time I will never know if it was done sooner because I went in on time. 😂

I came w/ my dad and bro for a sunday pre-game lunch before heading over to AT&T Stadium for a Cowboys game. We got 30 wings and were able to pick 6 flavours so we went with lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, hickory smoked bbq, hawaiian and mild. We also had to grab some of that infamous wingstop ranch sauce! The wings were big, crispy and juicy! In terms of ranking, I'd go: 1. garlic parmesan 2. lemon pepper 3. hawaiian The mild flavour was mid. Not sauced enough and actually slightly overcooked. I will say, I'm genuinely surprised at the aggregate low score this Wingstop has. Most of the low reviews mention delivery orders being wrong a lot but we dined in so we didn't encounter this issue. We DID have to wait a long time for our wings though, so maybe that's another reason why they have low ratings. I wanna say 20-25 min for our wings (and this was without anyone in the resto BEFORE ppl started piling in for lunch)? At least we knew they were fresh? But at the same time 80% of the order was cooked perfectly and the remainder was slightly overcooked so there's that (luckily the ranch solves everything). I enjoyed this Wingstop! They definitely should look to add more flavours to their menu though.

Food is fine.. store is clean. But, dont waste your time trying to call them. They dont answer and i go so much i have the number saved. I hate having to go there and wait for my food to be made. I would love to call in and the be on the way and its ready.. but oh well

Experience was horrible!! I called to place an order and the girl that answered immediately placed me on hold and picked up every 10 minutes and said "hold please". This went on for 45 minutes. I had time to get in my car and drive there to place my order while still on hold. Horrible experience!! It's the wing stop I always went to. I will be finding a new one. Or a new wing spot all together. If you don't have 1 hr or longer to wait between waiting to order and to have your food made. Go somewhere Else!!!!

Put in orders for the food at 11:30 PM. I’m currently standing here at 12:49 AM and they have yet to even put them on the carry out board. Went up to ask them and they said it was just being made. Absurd waiting times for fast food we ordered online 20 minutes prior to arriving. Tired and hangry!

If you order take out from here you better make sure that you check your order yourself because they didnt put something in the bag. I had 2 orders Uber from here and both times they forgot part of my order.

This location has been absolutely horrible, we have been here for over an hour waiting on an uber order and when I tell the lady at the register we had been here an hour and found out they gave the order to someone else, she laughed if it was funny! The customer service was trash

DO NOT EAT HERE!! The employees at this Wingstop do not care if you ever come back here I’m a fan of Wingstop traveled from out of town. Got 15 wings and fries. Wings were undercooked hardly any seasoning ZERO FLATS ! worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to! The employees here are losing the owner money and I never leave bad reviews anywhere

I previously left a 5 star rating, but clearly staff turnover changed everything. You are some of the most unprofessional individuals I've encountered. You lied to someone's face boldly. Half of you have no business running a cash register, let alone a fryer or a grill. Typical unserious vessels benefiting from lackadaisical amigos in management giving them a job over someone likely to do it more diligently. You are not hardworking at all.

I went here as I always do . And first off , if you don’t want to work then take off ! Some people are not meant for customer service . I walk in , ask for my pick up order . Almost immediately the guy turns around looks at a girl eating and says I’m taking my break . Completely ignoring me. So sorry my pick up was so inconvenient and you could have just said this person will help you . My food was soggy and not appetizing. Just spend 35$ on some nasty food . Guess I’ll be going to a different wingstop regardless the drive since this store gets a 0/10 . Do better !

I ordered food here a couple nights ago, they gave my order to the wrong person so I never received it! I called and called no answer. I decided to order Again and I’d keep calling to see about my order I never received! I Order again, my food gets there and it’s WRONG. I called AGAIN, no answer! I bite into one of my boneless wings just for it to be RAW and mushy!! I called 3 more times, NO ANSWER I have a newborn baby so getting up and going up there wasn’t an option for me especially with it being 40 degrees outside this night!! The next day was thanksgiving, so i decided to call today (Friday) NO ANSWER! This is crazy to me that they run their establishment like this! I want my refund for both orders but won’t answer their phones?! Ridiculous!!

My fries were dry, cold, and unseasoned. The chicken was uncooked and soggy. I got Louisiana Rub for one of my flavors, but they put no rub on the chicken. Terrible experience. I have no idea if this location is under new management, but it wasn’t always like this.
