This place is absolutely adorable! From having fun with the vending machines to snuggling with giant plushies upstairs, it’s such a vibrant and colorful spot. (definitely IG worthy) They offer a wide selection of lemonades, teas, and boba, and the croffles alone are worth the visit. I’d love to see them add a savory croffle option in the future; I think it would be a huge hit!

I feel this location can be very chaotic when it’s packed with college students. The establishment has a lower and upper level with a variety of decor. The staff member Ayla was awesome! I ordered my usual macchiato with less ice and coffee bubbles. I asked Ayla if she had any beverage recommendations. Ayla stated she enjoys the no-sugar strawberry milk tea with honey bubbles. Her second recommendation is the guava punch with aloe jelly. I will have to order both during my next visit.

Photos do not do this location justice. Boba shop is a two story shop. First has feels like a reg boba shop but second level is an intimate area. There are large plushies, games, and books. Also playlist here was wonderful. This is a good place to study but also have a peaceful afternoon with you friends. I got the Honey milk tea and felt it was a little too sweet but you can customize sweetness level.

8/10/22 Update: Looks like the shady awning that was set up in July is now gone, so sitting outside can get a little hot pretty quickly. 7/3/22 UPDATE: Very busy and crowded because of the July 4th fireworks happening in downtown. They stayed open several minutes after their official closing time because there were so many people and orders. They also ran out of boba, so if you go during a customer surge be mindful that that might happen, I don't blame them for it. 6/7/22 UPDATE: They added more outdoor seating in the form of a chair and table set outside right next to the loveseat bench. I like this place cause it has an extensive allergen menu, including what is/isn't gluten free, however I don't think they have a dedicated allergen free blender, so there might be risk of cross contamination. Other than that, I like going cause they can customize your drink a lot (no ice, sugar levels, etc.). However, I don’t think they offer different milks/milk powders cause for some reason, when I asked about the almond milk tea they said it doesn't use almond milk. They have a nice atmosphere with lots of different seating arrangements, from bar height seats to bean bags, located outside, upstairs, and downstairs. Anime and kpop music plays often here. I wouldn't order through ubereats ahead of time here because the apps significantly increase the price of the drinks, compared to when you order in person. Bathrooms didn't have paper towels, only air dryers.

It’s a great spot, clean and very convenient to walk to at the mixed-use building. There is an upstairs area with tabletop games. You can park in the back-in 20 minute curbside, or at city hall and walk. It gets five stars for presentation and fast workers, also is not too busy at lunchtime. If you come kinda late, the quality of the boba can vary…old boba is pretty hard to chew. I also recommend the macarons.

This 2 story space is decorated so cute. Pokemon stickers and princess peach and other cute things all over. On the second floor there are board games to play. I fun place to hang out with friends. And the drinks are good too!

I loved the new Aniteez event! I’ve been to many kung fu tea locations but this one was spacious and had a nice aesthetic!

This location is super cute! I only stopped in for a short time & didn't make it upstairs. Decorative, clean, and staff was so friendly!! I love the all gender restrooms too. Had a strawberry lemonade, excellent! The mango slush my bro had is also good if you're looking for something that's more sweet!

I had a great experience at Kung Fu Tea in Arlington! Even though there was an event going on in the store, the staff was incredibly patient and attentive. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure my order was perfect, and kept a friendly attitude the entire time. The drinks were delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere was still welcoming despite the extra activity. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness—definitely my go-to bubble tea spot in the area!

Welcoming atmosphere. Our fruit teas tasted great. I would say the green tea base was a bit too strong for my stomach. When green tea steeps too long it goes into a strong bitter taste.

Very good tea selection...they don't have boba though. Ran out of tapioca but made more in 30 minutes. Just needs a little more proactive management to become a 5 star operation.

I went to kung fu tea yesterday and ordered two drinks and two cookies & creams macaroons which all tasted good the girl with the glasses was very sweet but the the girl with the black hair with red highlight seemed a bit confused I handed her a 20 for two 5 dollar keychains but then she put it in the tip gar and said thank you??? I wanted my change I took my bill out and told her I wanted change she didn’t seem to understand that but then the girl with the glasses came and help me I would still come back though great stuff!

Was here a week ago to grab a Pineapple Slush with honey boba. Its either they forgot to add the pineapple extract to it or just added one pump, because all I tasted was ice. There was no hint of pineapple in it. Pretty disappointed. But, their honey boba was really good. Tasted just like honey, sweet. The best boba I have ever tried with the worse slush I've ever tried. Their ambience was pretty nice, and they had a claw machine with small toys. Good to pass time with it, if you have some dollar bills, while waiting for your drink.

I ordered the Oreo Wow today and was really disappointed. I’ve had this drink here before and it used to be perfectly sweet and delicious. This time it literally tasted like flavored water — no sweetness, no richness, nothing close to how it should be. Very inconsistent quality. If this is how it’s going to be, I wouldn’t order it again.
