Fresh, Hot, well seasoned, not just Blaa. Onions, soy sauce, etc. No problem receiving additional soy sauce, and duck sauce. Friendly, Fast Service.

The Food was GREAT...as usual. But they have boarded up the Dinning room. It looks so funny not to see it anymore or to be able to sit and eat inside. COVID has messed us up.

This is by far the best Chinese cuisine in Jacksonville. They have been open for over 25 years and their food still taste the same. They also practice social distancing. When you call and order, it only takes 10 minutes to get your food. You’ll thank me later

This is truly one of my best Chinese restaurants this was my first time visiting and I'll order beef with vegetables with pork fried rice or I ordered chicken and rice soup and broccoli cook soft. When I tell you it was so good I was shocked I really truly was shocked because I thought it was going to be a bad experience because the cashier had a stink attitude and I was trying to hold my peace but you know I had said wait trying food and if it's awful I was going to go back and tell her some words about her attitude and the food but because the food was good to me I got to be nice. Now my friend ordered honey chicken and she said it was real hard but I have learned a lot of times when I go and order food from Chinese restaurants some stuff you just can't order like honey chicken or sesame seed chicken and stuff that they supposed to fry up and stuff and then put sauce on it I can't I can't eat that cuz they going to have it hard and that's a lot of the Chinese places that I've been to that will do that so I would recommend this place I'm going to go one more time just to make sure I wasn't just hungry I was dreaming so I got to check them out one more time and if they good again then they going to be my permanent stop. Normally, would be packed, but safety precautions required them to change things! They take their customers safety and wellness very serious! Sanitation, and safety go hand in with them! They are still very good at what they do! Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. Eating there makes a hungry man sleep like a baby! Hopefully, when this thing is over, I'll be able to eat in again!

This place was a Christmas miracle. We stayed in Jacksonville on Christmas day and most everything was closed. We remembered Chinese restaurants were open and tried Ho Ho. Not the best part of town but the food was absolutely amazing. We had House Lo Mein, pork fried rice, and boneless spare ribs among other things. Everything was so delicious which was a very welcome treat after driving all night. We've already discussed making Ho Ho a part of our normal plans when visiting Jax.

Always an excellent choice when it comes to hot fresh Chinese food. Restroom is clean establishment is also clean, wait time is minimal. May not be a bad idea to call in and place your order. Food is delicious!

Listen, I really LOVE finding little hole in the walls like this one. It's charming, the staff is very sweet, friendly and helpful. (and pretty). Website needs updating, but the food was delicious, hot, and ready the moment we got there. I love efficiency. Will definitely be going back in the future!

Inexpensive cousins. Best fried rice in town.Prepared with choice of meats with bean sprouts,scallions and onions. Specials come with shrimp fried rice. This is the only Chinese restaurant I know who serves shrimp rice as a side.Good prices and large portions.Never had anything here that was not good.

Usually a pretty good experience. This time not so smooth. Ordered Shrimp Chow mein with two egg rolls and white rice. Not usual front desk person. Repeated Shrimp chow mein five times as she was questioning if I knew what it is!!! Got order. Like a dummy I did NOT check it. Got home and it was CHICKEN!!! I RARELY EAT chicken and never have from there. Went back up, she tried to argue but replaced it. Told her to please add some extra rice. She wanted to charge me for it. I said OK and you can pay for my gas. 😀 Got my food and it was good and correct! Won't forget to check again.

Hip Hop Chicken is one of the best restaurants in the Jacksonville area. I only visit the establishment located on Main Street. I've never been disappointed with the food taste, the price point, quality, amount, or the service. I took away one star because they ran out of chicken, (once) a few days before Christmas. I kinda forgive that mishap considering they are usually right on point across the ENTIRE board. Compared to the other restaurants in the hood,this place is MOST DEFINITELY ACES!! The people that work there are much more efficient and pleasant than we've become accustomed to from the other restaurant's in that area of town. Kuddos !!!

They are pretty good. I Love their rice, it's not all mushy like most others. And the chicken is seasoned well. Check out their famous gravy (per request) over the rice with wings on the kids meal or you can add a small cup of gravy for a low cost!

I’m torn to give this rating because the food was very tasty ( honey chicken and chicken fried rice) however there was confusion with my order and the woman with glasses was very short and rude with me when I tried to clarify what my order should be. I work in customer service and we all have bad days. Hopefully she has more good ones.

WHEN I SAY FRY MY WINGS HARD I MEAN IT , I came in 2 days ago 9/8/25 as a first timer and my wings was soggy as hell when I got home because they buy the cheap styrofoam trays without the holes in them to release the steam. GETCHA $$$ UP and buy better trays and fry my wings hard and yall so cheap my fried rice had no pea's , egg , or carrot !!! GREAT PRICES

They have a very rude lady at the front counter. She is always rude..always mad. Three generations in my family have eaten here and the new management is not up to par.

We were in town for a concert and needed to grab something quick for dinner. Google had 4.4 stars for this place, so we drove to it. This place is in a bad section of Jacksonville. It had bars on the doors and windows, which shluld have been outr first clue. Inside was run down, old, and falling apart. The bathroom walk way and bathroom itself was scary. For all of that I will say it was decently clean inside. The food was hot, fast, reasonable and ok. Best part was while were there the head lady incharge got some phone call and she was screaming at him at the front counter. Who does that infront of restaurant guests? Go outside or out back. She kept saying to the caller, stop calling, I have your name, I have your number, I call police. After she hung up, she looked at us still in a high upset voice and thick accent and tried to tell us about the phone call. We just smiled politely, grabbed our things, clear our table and left. We didnt care to stick around to see if the person on the other end of the line decided to show up. We definitely wont go back.

Food is not the same workers are not friendly they dont appreciated people business. Most of the time if you order food you have to bring it back. I think this place under new management.

Last few visits have not been good. Food over cooked, not fresh in quality. Waited too long for the food to be prepared. Not what it used to be.

All the meat looks the same which does not look like chicken. My bourbon chicken looked like riblets. Couldnt eat it so got a delicious broccoli and rice tray.

I used to love eating house fried rice from here. It's not loaded with meat anymore. I travel from middleburg for this disappointment 😞 twice no more. The ladies are not friendly and never smile they really show that they hate the customers really need to hire new help family or not.

NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGES new rule. WHY, cause the food taste nasty. The taste of the food has changed. The rice isn't as good as it looked before and the taste is old. My rice use to taste fresh fresh fresh and very hot. Hot food hot food, I would say. Not anymore. Last ordered a pu pu platter the the meats and rolls and wontons were hard and old. Honey chicken was breaded bites of no chicken. Teriyaki chicken had peppers and it was hard not soft. I'm done eating here. Hopefully it gets better for the next person. I'm good.

Long ago Ho Ho was a good place for decent Chinese food, but now awful. You get large chucks of vegetables, hardly no meat. And it had no taste. My order was not complete. You would think you could keep more customers if you served decent food. Then I found out their rating was not good. Goodbye.

Ho-Ho Restaurant is a "No Go" for me. The food is ok,but the very toxic woman who takes orders & runs the cash register is a deal breaker. She looks down her nose at everyone who comes in! Treats her customers like they are trash! (Have observed this behavior on 3 separate occations.) Who needs that? Go down the street to "The Golden Eggroll",where they food is fabulous & everyone there is super nice. Every. Single. Time!

Mannnnnn this food so nasty. I ordered thru DoorDash and I couldn’t understand my plate. I ordered honey chicken wings and got something else chopped up meat that was oily with no taste no bone like the picture. Then my fried garlic wings were soggy and oily no taste but the rice was good and the egg drop soup but I wouldn’t go here ever again. You can almost tell there’s not Chinese people cooking this food.
