I’m pleasantly surprised by my meal. I enjoyed everything and I’m not into pasta or pizza but I was in the mood and decided to order from here. I got pasta, chicken roll & pastalito. All were very good. I will continue to support.

Good. Didn't experience any of the issues some other reviewers had. I ordered digitally and came to pick up. The process was smooth, the workers were not rude, and the food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, especially the Buffalo wings. The actual restaurant is quite small and not the prettiest looking, but is exactly what you'd expect for a small pizza place. Overall would recommend.

Constantly have homeless and mentally ill outside harassing you. Meat doesn’t seem to ever be fully cooked. Sauce doesn’t taste the greatest. It doesn’t taste like real Italian food. It isn’t horrible but definitely not the best in town. It’s small inside. The owner is always friendly but not the rest of the staff. Sometimes you’re left on hold for a long time. They won’t deliver to your door. You have to meet them outside. It could definitely be better if they did better.

However, recent purchases were disappointing and has caused me to reevaluate the overall performance of said business. The cheese and sauce were a big disappointment. I thought it was a "one off " occurrence, but unfortunately subsequent purchases rendered the same issues, and the adding of seasonings doesn't help the flavor. I've stopped going to J&M, and now have to travel elsewhere for a good slice. Very unfortunate as my son had once recommended J&M, but now feels the same as me.

Was told by the cashier 1 price, then when i gave my credit card i was charged another. And when I told the young man at the register the price he gave me and the price he took out my card didn't match up, he gave me some excuse that it was $10.00 for an extra topping. What??? How can you give me one price then charge me a next? and when I asked for my receipt, I never got it. ???? Check your receipt. Other than that the pizza was 👍

I had already eaten half of my slice and my daughter ate her slice except for the crust. I pray my daughter didn’t swallow plastic. We will be going to the doctor (as I don't know what was in this small plastic bag prior to it being baked into the pizza) and reporting this pizza shop to the health department and the department of agriculture. Please do not order from this pizza shop! I have uploaded the picture of the plastic that was in the pizza.

Some guy comes in cuts in front of us in the midst of my son ordering and looks at us and goes oh my bad continues to order and the guy doesn’t say anything anything to him like “ hey they were ordering first.. just lets him come in and cut and I guess because he was an Hispanic guy it was okay. Never getting my money again! That was so unprofessional and disgusting. I’m done with them!

Terrible food, period. As this place is just a couple blocks from my new apartment, I've given it several chances and I just can't find a reason to come back any longer. Everytime I order from or eat here, I end up very disappointed. The pizza is bland, the sauce is just tomato's from a can with a ton of salt. The cheese is probably polly-o store bought nonsense as even that lacks any flavor besides the saltiness of a prepacked processed food, same as the sauce. I've tried their mini rolls as well thinking they were unique and worth a taste for a dollar or two. But just more bland, tasteless, salt heavy, preprocessed ingredient nonsense. Chicken Parm? Chicken way undercooked and rubbery, the bread soaked in sauce and soggy making the sandwich 100% inedible, and had the bread not been a soggy slop, the chicken would have made me sick anyway. Then for a playoff football game, I order a pie for pick up -- half mushroom, half pepperoni. When I come to pick up, I'm told they messed up and only did half mushroom and could do a half pepperoni for me if I wait. I said sure, thinking he would make me a new pie. But nope. He tosses on pepperoni slices and puts it back in the oven - using aluminum foil on the bottom. Why? No clue. When he takes it out, I can see clearly it's burned but I'm hungry and eager to get to watching the game. So I take it and go home. When I open it at home, I realized he never took the pizza off the foil and the foil was literally baked into the dough on the bottom. I called them and explained the situation, and they told me I could order a new pie and pay for it. That made me awfully angry, as what they gave me was just not edible with the aluminum baked into it. After calling back and asking to speak to an owner or manager, they gave in and said they would deliver me a new pie. I tried to give back the inedible one as proof but he said to keep it, which isn't a big deal, but he didn't even look at it - and the guy who delivered me the new one was the same guy who put the wrong order back into the oven to begin with. So by not even caring to look at it tells me he knew from the start that I was not going to be able to eat it and he had me leave with it anyway. And then the new pie? Obviously they rushed to cook it, as the dough was still RAW inside. As in mushy and moldable and wet. Smh. Three weeks later I was at the CVS next door, and decided (stupidly) Id give this place one more go, that maybe their Sicilian pizza was better. So I stopped in. Ordered a Sicilian slice to go. More bland, prepackaged processed ingredient garbage. Done with this place. Which is sad, because I work long hours and would rather buy a few quick slices a couple times a week rather than cook after a long day. But I can't keep giving them my.business after being served completely unappetizing food and inedible slop too many times in a row. Heck, JUST LOOK AT THE PIZZA ON THE COUNTER WHEN YOU GO INSIDE! Look how dried out the cheese looks, how discolored the pizzas are. Almost like they've been refrigerated and took out in the mornings, defrosted and plopped back out for sale in the afternoon. Disgusting. Go someplace else.

I waited 40 mins for some cold pizza & beef patties 😕 plus they forgot my soda 😩 I'm waiting 20 mins extra . I call only for the owner to get angry when I told him about the problem. HE REPLIED ARE YOU FINISHED!? After 10 yrs of ordering! Makes sense new ownership. What a waste of 25 bucks! Super tight. I will be ordering from Gino's on Mott Avenue for now on ✌️
