Haley and fellow employees were very friendly and courteous, the smoothies were delicious and my daughter loved the mini hot dog bites. Thank you!
I love the pretzel's here. Give me some Cheese Nuggets and a Chocolate Elivs and I am a happy shopper. Service very friendly and welcoming. They even let me sample several products.

Good pretzels, nice place to sit and watch people walk-by
limited to what was in the warmer, They did have what we were there for. The perfect pretzel bites and cheeese! Employee was super friendly and even told us about the Cinnabon around the corner for our coffee fix.

Bad experience. Jose was very rude. He should not be at the front counter helping customers..
Old Pretzels and practically paid for trash. We ordered four items. One pizza Pretzels, one cinnamon Pretzels, and two mini hot dog Pretzels. We were told that the hot dog Pretzels were going to take about 10 minutes to prepare. We were fine with that so we waited. We were given the pizza and cinnamon Pretzels just after we ordered. They were old and dry. This was on a Friday afternoon (2-3pm). We expected them to be fresher. Well, while we were still waiting for our hot dog Pretzels, the manager told the cashier employee to take all the items in the display case and trash everything in it. Needless to say, we felt cheated because we had just paid for that "trash" not a minute past. If we had to wait for our hot dog Pretzels, we could have waited for the other fresh items as well. If they would have waited at least until we left to throw those items away, we wouldn't have noticed that we got "trash" for food. I understand they have to have items ready to go for impatient customers, but customers willing to wait should at least get fresh Pretzels especially if they are already waiting for items to be made. Seeing other reviews, it doesn't seem to improve during the week. Maybe they could try having a set time of the day when "fresh" is actually true. For example, the "HOT" sign at Krispy Kreme. Just a suggestion.

Horrible customer service! Employees were incredibly rude. I asked the employee for a fork and she said to use my hands! I told her that that was unsanitary and she responded by disrespectfully saying that everything went to the stomach either way. Never coming here again!
If you want to get something in weekdays you can get bad and old food because it's slow there no one there . I don't know how is on Weekend . Good luck with that . For me no more . Thanks .
They had very bad service, and refused to make more pretzels for paying customers
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! They're extremely rude! Worst customer service ever!
The made me wait outside as my friends went inside so will never be back
Disrespectful employees, poor customer service on 9.09.2017 at 4:00pm 2 girls don't like to work
I visited the store on 7/16/23… and let me say it was by far the worst experience ever… as soon as we walked in the male worker seen us come in and walked away from us not greeting us nor helping us, some young lady welcomed us as she was busy doing something and told us she will be with us in a bit. Then the male worker came back , we still didn’t know what we were going to order , so we were looking at the menu and I seen him saying inappropriate language to the other coworkers that were there , racial vocabulary and the the ladies face expression and I knew they felt uncomfortable. I’m not sure if they have mentioned something to the GM or anyone above but I work at the court office and that is not acceptable, I hope he get retrained or fired!!
Today I was at the outlets and I was craving a pizza pretzel. I enjoyed my food but I was disgusted by the way "Jennifer" snaps at the other employees. You could tell this person being yelled at was new. Jennifer is rude! She must not have realized that people observe other people's actions and she should be reprimanded or trained better when talking to fellow employees. I will also be calling and complaining tomorrow.
Jose E was very rude, he should not be in the front. He ruined my experience as a customer and I would definitely not recommend this location.
We went there was altercation outside because a lady and her daughter didn’t want to follow social distancing. The lady and her daughter were talking smack saying we couldn’t speak English and telling my 15yo sister she couldn’t wear a crop top b/c she was overweight. I went to put a complain inside. Two of the workers one being the manager listened to the lady and took her side even though there were plenty of witnesses that were agreeing with us. The workers didn’t care and continued to gossip about it inside. The workers kept eyeing us down and saying things as if we couldn’t understand and acting like we didn’t know English. We speak both Spanish and English fluently. As someone that works in the food industry I understand it can be frustrating but please train your workers to know how to handle the situation in a professional manner.
