I’ve ordered from Golden Dragon many times in the past and the food has never been disappointing. One of the best Chinese restaurants in Astoria. It’s worth the walk to this place. Highly recommend it compared to other places

Fast classic American Chinese food. Not the best food has ever tasted, but you're going here for a solid and consistently good fast meal at a good price with nice staff. Good tofu. Eggplant was a little under-seasoned but makes great leftovers to mix into rice

I loveeeeee their food! The people in there are so sweet and very friendly. They make sure to listen to your food requests and are open everyday except wednesdays! They also accept card if you don’t have cash on you, like me! I never like having cash on hand so this place is very convenient for me thank you guys for being very respectful

Love, love, love this place! Been going here since I was a kid and their food has been on point every time. The General Tsos, Chicken Lo Mein, Pork Fried rice, and Chicken Egg Fu Young are my favorites. Services is friendly and prompt.

Best American style Chinese food I’ve had delivered to LIC. I’ve tried multiple spots and Golden Dragon was the only one that had great chicken, rice, broccoli, and egg roll for general Tso’s. Would recommend for classic Chinese take out spot

I’ve been going to Golden Dragon for years and love it. They have the best Chinese food around - quintessential NYC takeout. The service is prompt and always accurate. Whenever I get Chinese food when I’m out of town, I appreciate how much better Golden Dragon is!

The food is amazing. I have so many different Chinese food places that I have eaten and they definitely have the best egg rolls wont soup fried rice their chicken wings are amazing. You gotta eat here

Better than it looks from the outside. General tso and sweet sour shrimp are excellent. Usually busy with chinese customers, better to order for takeout.

At the end of the day, there really isn't much difference among Chinese takeout restaurants in the city. The menus are uniform, the ingredients are cookie cutter and the results are just tolerable. Golden Dragon falls squarely into this category. Lunch specials are attractively priced and served up quickly. The location is a convenient stop on the way home. It's fine if you're hungry but don't expect anything special.

Probably I haven't picked good food in this Chinese restaurant, since my Home Special soup and Angel Hair noodles tasted the same. Quite tasteless, plain and not eyecatching at all. I will give them an another chance and try something different. At least they were not pricy, and that's the only reason for 3 stars. And the fact that they have quite big menu, with a lot of options. Service ok, nothing special. They check proof of vaccination if you eat indoor. But they serve everything in plastic (plate, bowl, cutlery) :( Well, it is what it is.

The friends I went with what they ordered tasted good. What i ordered lacked taste by itself. You would think a dish called spicy shredded chicken would have more flavor.

Pretty bad, this was like a soup. Ordered pineapple chicken and what I got was 1 a soup, 2 with no pineapples, 3 like caned chicken soup. My friends also ordered some other things and they were very disappointed. The only thing that wasn’t bad was probably the fried chicken rice. Not recommended.

TERRIBLE. After a long tiring day, after two high school auditions, I decided I wanted some Chinese food as a reward. And this is the closest place to my house. So I decided to order. Delivery time, and food quality were absolutely terrible. Did I mention that if you order online your order has to be over 10 dollars if you want it deliver? What if i don't wanna pay 10 dollars for extra food? What if I just wanna buy one thing? I can't. It needs to go over 10 dollars. Absolute crap. Never buy anything from this place.

I spoke to them and told me they didn't send me shrimp dumplings, she said that it was, it's just mixed with pork! I asked to be refunded for the mixed meat dumplings when I specifically asked for shrimp! She stated that they had to pick up the dumplings to take them back. I explained that I already bit in to one of them and she said that was fine!! Gross! The shrimp and broccoli had undeveined shrimp and the broccoli was all soggy and the egg roll had a really thick pastry shell!! The rice was hard!!! NEVER AGAIN!
