Tried the plain and the vodka sauce and was blown away! I’ve been living in Astoria for twenty years but just moved to Ditmars and was looking for my next pizza spot and I guess I’ve found it! It’s a very clean and nice space. The pizza is incredible and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend if you eat in the store right after they heat the pizza up for you. The pepperoni pizza is soooooo fresh with the juicy tomatoes sauce locked under the cheese oozing upon each bite. I am happy to find out this place and will definitely come back.

You know a good slice of pizza from a bad slice with the lack of quality ingredients. One bite and I gotta say, damn that was damn good! Go try it yourself. It’s popping.

A new fave in Ditmars. Jack's knows how to make delicious pies. Their crust is perfect. Can't go wrong. Take out and quick sit down. Highly recommend. 👌🏻

Jack's pizza was worth the wait. We had a little issue with the platform used for online ordering and they came through with making sure we got our order at a decent time and still hot. They were so patient and personable through the whole process and kept great communication with me. They are now our go to spot for a great cheesy NYC Pizza. Thank you! Side note: Order directly through them it benefits both you and the pizzeria.

Honestly jacks has one of the best cheese slices and margarita slices in nyc. My favorite slice shop in Astoria. Not artisanal like Rosario’s. But straight up New York slice shop. Nice staff too.

I called them at 9:55 pm on a Sunday night (5mins before closing), and they still allowed me to place an order for pick up that kept them open until 10:20 pm! They really didn’t have to do that, amazing customer service! Best pizza I’ve tried in Astoria by far 🙏

For whatever reason the delivery takes FOREVER,However, to me it’s sometimes worth the wait , cause their pizza HAS TO BE the BEST pizza in town . Something about that sauce/ cheese combo. It’s just so yummy !! Even better than retro in my opinion( with the exception of retro’s vodka pizza) . … But anyways best in town!

Great pizza if you dine in. 1hr+ for delivery. Then I opened the box. Cmon guys. I ordered a large pie with toppings, garlic knots, and 2 cans of gingerale. The guy bring a my pizza in one trip; forgot the other two items. Then he comes back with garlic knots and no drinks. Now he’s going back AGAIN to get the drinks. Whoever operates the phone seriously needs to coordinate better in the workplace. I’ve worked in a pizzeria for 9 years. There’s no reason the delivery driver should have to make 2 separate trips to complete a delivery unless there’s a severe miscommunication with the driver and the order taker. I understand it’s a small shop; with limited personnel. Please let this review serve as an incentive to do better.
