Riviera Maya Astoria Reviews
The best spot for lunch, dinner or a quick drink to catch up with the girls ! Sophia, our server was amazing , very informative and welcoming. We had the nachos and their fire lava plate with all the seafood, meats and veggies, fried cheese, tortillas, rice and beans- soooo yummy 🤤 ! Will be back soon!
An hour and 1/2 too early to our original spot, it was chance, luck or a bit of "destiny", that brought my group and I here on Halloween night 🙌 The decor and vibes were great, the dj was on point, but what made us stay, was the food and service. (The decision was easy once we got our food & drank the 1st round of pina coladas!) The waitress was on point and attentive. The food hit marks in things I look for, T.P3 -> taste, portion, price and presentation. It also helped that the pina coladas were really good, 10-12 orders good 🙌 We got to eat, dance, drink and best of all, won the costume contest 💪 My wife and I plan to return, to try more of the menu. See you soon! #teamMinions
Food is excellent. I’ve been living in the neighborhood for years and come here for take out a few times each month. I came in with a friend last Friday for a rare dine in-person and everything was great. The cocktails were great and food delicious.
I returned to this restaurant again, October 2, 2025. The food, the service everything is very good Joanna our waitress was very attentive an excellent . First visit here was Friday 5/30/25 for dinner. I love the entrance as you come in which is decorated nicely and you’re greeted with warm and a big welcome. The service, decor, music , ambiance is good. The food is fresh and was great. Everything was to our expectations. Alex and Janet were both professional and very welcoming. Of course, we will recommend and return. By the way , after 9pm they have karaoke. Mattie and Ricky
The food was delicious here. It was our first time and we made reservations. The karaoke lady was very entertaining. You can karaoke while you eat. Portions were very good. Drinks were light but tasty. Not super expensive we will be back.
Im peruvian and the pollo a la brasa or Peruvian chicken was incredible. The chicken could be firmer texture but the flavor was on point. For the price is definitely worth it. I also had the anticucho which were cut differently for American taste. Dont recommend if you are looking for authentic Peruvian but still pretty good on its own. 10/10
HIDDEN GEM. We got the fiesta nachos as an appetizer and it was absolutely DELICIOUS. A perfect mix of meat, cheese, and nachos. We then got enchiladas which came with rice beans and entraña. I ordered arroz chaufa and it was definitely a 2 person portion but it was made beautifully. This place deserves more recognition as it has a perfect variety of seafood, meats, and drinks. I recommend this place 100%
Amazing atmosphere. The food is incredible and super delicious. Music of all types are played. They even have a DJ who sings and she’s pretty good at it too. The waitresses are so friendly and very courteous. I go there at least once a week. I never get tired of looking at their menus and trying to experience something new that they have listed. Every time we go we are never disappointed. They cater to your needs and the drinks are fabulous. The owners Maria and Adrian are amazing, and very personable. Everyone is your friend. It’s like family. You definitely have to go to this restaurant you’ll never regret it❤️😊💯
I just have to say, the food was absolutely delicious! I was very pleased with the waitress, her name is Daniela. When you come in the restaurant, make sure you get Daniela as your waitress. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience at the restaurant. I was eating the combo half rotisserie chicken, rice and black beans. It was soooo good. The yellow spaghetti with skirt steak was also delicious. I hope you all enjoy like I did ♥️
The food here was down right phenomenal. Like it had no business being as delicious as it was for this price. My mojito was also delicious but could have used more mint in my opinion (but then again, my favorite part of a mojito is eating the mint sprig afterwards 😅). The waitress was attentive even though we were outside (and the only table outside) which we really appreciated. Really great experience. I'd give more stars if I could.
Definitely a hidden gem in Astoria. We’ve ordered from here numerous times And decided to try it for Mother’s Day. We were a party of nine and felt like we were the only people in the room. The service was amazing the food came quick and warm everything was delicious we are very very happy and pleased that we came in.
This place is sooooo tasty. The arroz chaufa is to die for. This restaurant is a fusion of Peruvian and Mexican. I am half Peruvian so I know a good chaufa and this is definitely it! I love the vibe here too. They have outdoor seating but we chose inside and I love the decor. 10/10 would recommend.
Truly a hidden gem! Drinks to food to service just phenomenal. Went all the way from CT and just peeked in to just be met with better than expected service and food. This place has some nice decor as well so being a camera to click some pix. This place definitely ranges from $$ to $$$.
