Killing time in the neighborhood this past week I stopped in for a quick beer or two. The bar was filled with mostly older men from the neighborhood who were obviously regulars having their happy hour cocktails and playing oldies on the jukebox. The girl behind the bar came right over and after buying a second round offered another on the house. She could not have been more welcoming or friendly. I didn't feel like a stranger at all. I was sorry I had to leave and will definitely go back when I am in the area again.

Recently moved into the area. Not necessarily a bar patron. But, being that it's a local joint and operational after work. I gave it a shot. I'd highly recommend it. Service is what it is. The staff ( bartenders) consists of all females. They are all AMAZING, ATTENTIVE, GREAT COMPANY AND WELCOMING. I usually stop by after midnight. Coincidentally TATE is there. Great personality, professional and makes you feel comfortable. I've found my hidden GEM in Queens

The Owners are Fantastic.. Shout out to Joey an Danny! They have an Awesome St. Patrick's Day! Food... Music.. Bag Pipes! Same with 4th of July No Bag pipes but live Bands!

Came here on a Sunday, and the place was lively. The bartender was friendly and attentive, the patrons are friendly and there is a relatively large selection of beers, wines and liquors available. Since it was a Sunday during football season, there was also food available for patrons. I will have to visit again to give a more thorough review, but my one experience was great and I plan on visiting again soon.

This is the spot to watch sports in Astoria near Ditmars. Love the place. The service is great - most of the bartenders are fun, helpful, and go out of their way to get you what you need. Time and again this year during the hockey playoffs we had bartenders who came to clear our empty beers and bring us whatever we needed, which we didn't expect since it's more of a come-to-the-bar-to-get-what-you-need kind of place. Crowd is fun, seems like there are a lot of regulars. Space is stocked with TVs. You can bring in food which rocks. A lot of searches mark this as a dog friendly spot, which it isn't. That's the only bummer for me, personally. If I could bring my little pups along I'd spend much more time there. You should catch a game there - it's worth it!

A really good local bar. Service is a little slow but worth the wait. The bartenders are attentive and the drinks are great. During football season they layout some food which is always great.

Went there Wednesday after the Met game. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak. Mind you there were maybe 15 people in the bar. The bartender said people liked it that loud so we left.

Worse that ever, paid $20 cover charge for every seat to be “reserved” only seat available is at the bar. So what am i paying for? A drink? & to stand for the time being.. i might as well stand outside & watch the fight. First time here, never going back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Used to be a go to place but I ordered a Long Island Ice tea and paid almost $20 yet there was little to no alcohol in it and it tasted horrible. I was watching the ufc PPV with my friends who where all ordering drinks expect 2 of them bc they are Muslims and don’t drink for religious reasons. The bartender then came up to us right before the main event to kick us out even though we were just about to order more drinks and she refused to take our orders. Meanwhile most the ppl in the bar had ordered less than us. She also complained we brought food which they advertise is allowed and other patrons were doing the same. She then proceeded to act very nasty and aggressive towards us. It felt like she was taking her anger on something else towards us. I was a regular here for the UFC PPVS but I will never be coming back here and I strongly suggest you do the same.

Getting kicked out of a bar because we didn’t buy enough drinks is absurd and unheard of. Simply disgusting service. This used to be a go-to place but the women behind the counter couldn’t help but being obnoxiously rude. I see no reason to receive that sort of treatment. Also she flat-out refused to take my friends order, what a joke. You have lost good costumers for being ridiculous.
