Coni was amazing. She was incredibly patient with me as I was trying to get a SIM card. I was trying to get my Pin and Account number and she was a trooper through it all. I signed into the wrong account for a out 20 minutes. After I figured out it was the wrong account, she took care of me lickity split. Thank you so much!!!!

Husband bought a new IPhone cash, the woman assisting added a lighting charger to his bundle but failed to notify it was an extra $20 for the charger. He went back to return the charger and they rejected him saying they don’t do returns on accessories. Liars and thieves just to get their commission.

There's two associates at any given time. I waited nearly 45 minutes to be help. I wouldn't recommend it.

If you don’t have all day to burn standing in line don’t go

We went to the store and ordered some phones they told us it would take 2 days to get here and i called 4 days later and the girl on the phone tells me it should take more than 2 weeks for them to get here i told her and how come you didn't call us to let us know and she said we let your husband know which was all lies and i heard her giggleling so rudee!! I ask to speak to a manager and she said she won't be here till sat and did want to give me a # to speak to her this is the worst service ever!!! knwhich was all lies
