I was greeted by a super friendly woman 👩, I ordered fries to see how good they are there not my personal fav cus I'm used to super super salty fries , but wow we're they hot , I had to let my fries cool down a little which was amazinggg , congrats team , there wasss only two people working but they did an epic job for real I am definitely gonna go agian as long as that cashier is there .
Overall my lunch was great; large serving (enough to be shared), delicious flavors, and prompt service and good customer service. I ordered online which was convenient, and was told my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up in just shy of 15 minutes and my order was ready. The staff were friendly, and quick to greet me. My meal was delicious, and the amount of food was plenty to share for lunch. I got a few flavors to try out, both were great and I look forward to trying more next time. The fries were okay, a bit soggy for my liking, but had good flavor. The biscuit/bread that was included was super oily. For about $15 I got more than enough, delicious food. Much better than KFC or other nearby options for chicken.

I've come here quite a few times, each time there was usually one table that's a little dirty but other then that I have no complaints. The place is usually clean, whenever it's not it's because they are busy with orders. The food is always great and the service and associates are alway freindly and helpful with any questions I have. I give this place 4 stars because it usually a little dirty but other then that I have no complaints.

It was pretty good, but they messed up my order, and it took 30 minutes. I understand that they were busy, but the fact it took 40 minutes to make the meal in total I think is kind of crazy. Food was good though and staff were nice.

The slowest service I’ve had in a long time. Like watching paint dry. Atrocious. 6 pieces of chicken and 2 regular fries took over an hour to get. Lobby empty. Multiple walk ins holy heck. Ordered chipotle next door and they only took not even ten minutes. Never again coming to this location.
Took my whole lunch break to get my food when i put a mobile order in, a few mins before going to lunch. One lady working and she says its like that all the time, this is not fair to the one woman going full throttle to do all these orders at all, and ranch is 2$?!? For a small cup is insane, ill come back when i got an hour to spare i guess

DO NOT COME HERE. I’ve never wanted to blast anyone…but what kind of person drops food on the floor, then orders another to pick it up and serve it to the customer? The employee immediately made eye contact with me, knowing I saw and heard that. Just, WOW. These are supposed to be a dry rub, yet soaked in some kind of liquid. I threw my wings in the trash. I will never return here again and I advise others not to as well.

One worker, a woman with tattoos, was handling chicken wings and other food items with her bare hands without washing them. While some workers used tongs, the lack of basic hygiene practices and disregard for proper handling protocols is unacceptable. Immediate remedial training is necessary to address these concerns and ensure food safety.

My husband ordered wings tonight at Auburn location December 31st 2025 we got home to find that our order was wrong so he called in noone answered. He called again on his way there got an answer and the girl on the phone answered he told her our order was wrong and he was on his way back and asked for fris added for inconvenience, no apology was said nothing she just said no. So he said ill be right there he came in to the store told the problem again to a very rude shift lead stating no extra fris and "to bad our order was wrong you got 20 wings." even tho they gave us the wrong order? How disrespectful?My husband then proceeded to ask is this how u treat customers making them drive 20 minutes out of the way again to fix ur mess up on a order I paid for? She then proceeded to say "well were not gonna get anywhere ." She then threatened my husband stating "I dont recommend you messing with people who cook your food!" My husband then said wow so your threatening me? I guess u really dont like ur job she then said "ehh" this behavior is absolutely unexceptable and unbelievable in customer service that shift lead should be fired and not near anyones food!
By far the worst wings i have ever had. Any local bar has better wings. The wings we received from wingstop looked like boiled wings drizzled with a flavorless buffalo sauce. Too salty and no flavor. Horrid texture. Never order from here.
This is crazy! I paid for 20 wings, live 20 minutes away. They won’t refund me the five wings that they did not order! Won’t give me their names. They expect me to drive another 20 minutes and it’s late at night. Crazy they won’t refund me the cost difference for messing up the order that they placed. The manager won’t even give me his name nor the person talking on the phone.
Zero stars. Ill never eat here again. The place was EMPTY. They just asked me and my family (4) to move because we were at their "biggest table". Put two together next time. But to tell us to sit where we want- then ask us too move? Be real.. i wont ever go back.

service was SOOO slow. I was standing at the register for 15 minutes and nobody took my order. The same lady I mention later on walked past me 4 times without even looking in my direction. one of the workers took raw chicken out of the freezer and was touching it with her bare hands, no gloves and without washing her hands went back to packing orders and touching fries with her raw chicken hands 🤢

Cannot believe the lack of intelligence of the employees at this location, we ordered a family pack deal and were shorted 50 wings. When calling in about it we were given a shift lead that cannot do anything about it. Mind boggling with the lack of care of their employees. Their “shift lead” who sounded about the age of 12 told us I can escalate it to corporate but I have had a long day. Would never recommend people to eat at this location.
Horrible service every time i go here. my girlfriend and I went to get food, she had a long black hair in her chicken. Not only that their drink station is always broken/ out of ice. They’re incredibly slow and rude to you for asking questions. don’t go here if you feel like having a good day.
