One of the few places left for frozen yogurt! The chocolate is great with fruit, and I’m told the tart is good.
Very few airport restaurants/ yogurt shoppes can I say have satisfied me. I'm a flight attendant so I see like 20 airports weekly. This place rocks! Delish even though a smidge pricy, but it's an airport, and it's FRESH!

People working Sunday morning 9am 1/7 were so amazing to me! The great employee from Naples, FL made a recommendation that I could switch yogurt in my smoothie and it was so delicious! Such nice ladies will stop here every time
Vanilla yogurt was different. I ordered coconut and strawberries sides and thr strawberries were very fresh. A large bowl and it came to $12. A bit pricey but delish! Maybe the staff changed because the man who served us was very nice!
Love the Açaí Bowl! It’s the perfect consistency and not too sweet. The girl working at the counter this morning wore a lot of hats - she took orders, ran the register, and made the food. She was VERY efficient and extremely personable; wonderful food and customer service!
I loved my açaí bowl. Perfect snack before my flight. Everyone there was super nice too :) excited to come back when I travel again in a few weeks

This was my first time having acai bowl. The fruit was fresh: strawberries, bananas and blueberries. The granola was also very tasty and crunchy. Their price was expensive 12 bucks…But then again its at the airport! Very satisfied!
Service was good. They opened at 4:30am... enough time for me to get an acai bowl. It was good, but it wasn't my fav.

When my favorite Austin airport smoothie place (JuiceLand) was closed before my flight, I decided to indulge my smoothie craving elsewhere and try Berry Austin. I had previously tried their açai bowl (topped with banana, blueberries, strawberries, and granola) which I found very refreshing but too expensive to justify getting again ($15). Their smoothie menu has a similar price point ($12-$14). I got the Lady Bird smoothie, which consists of açai sorbet, blueberries, banana, and almond milk. It was double the price of my usual JuiceLand order, but also double the size. However, I found the size way too big; I couldn’t finish it. I would consider their smoothies if they offered a smaller size, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be getting it again as is.

The acai bowl was actually pretty good. The atmosphere and service is where they earn their poor rating. Incredibly unattentive staff that's more concerned with talking about their non present co-workers than so much as acknowledge new customers as they come up the register to order. I actually watched one worker look directly at a customer that was waiting for about 2 minutes and say nothing while walking past them. Watched several folks walk away while 3 workers made two smoothies. Acai bowl took about 10 minutes to get.

The froyo was decent, blueberries weren't that fresh. The service was sub-par, clerk was definitely impatient. I ended up being charged more toppings than I asked for. I didn't check the receipt since I was in a hurry. I'll chalk it up to a genuine mistake. My froyo came out quick, that's really the only good experience I had.

Im not sure who runs this shop, but they need to turn over the staff. Four people idly gossiping, I came over and each one gave me the side eye before going right back to their conversation. One of the younger employees eventually helped me and seemed like she actually had some customer service potential. Then when I asked her a question about why the yogurt looked a bit melted, as she was trying to answer, one of the managers rudely cut in and said « that’s just how frozen yogurt is » as if I’d never seen frozen yogurt before. You only need one person to manage this stand, and it’s not anyone you have working there today.
No one in line, the 3 people behind the counter having a discussion while I’m waiting to place an order. No greeting, no “how ha doing”, just what do you want. One of the less busy employees started making my smoothie. I have had a lot of smoothies in my life and even owned a smoothie business at one time, what I got was chocolate milk at its best. Barely cold and as runny as chocolate milk. For $18.50 and a forced tip, you need to select several buttons to decline, it is absolutely not worth the money.
No vanilla yogurt, no açaí (means no bowls), no shakes. Seriously? I propose a name change. How does “Berry Austin - Maybe Yogurt - Smoothies, but no Shakes, and No Bowls” sound?

Currently 8:35pm, employees refused to make a smoothie. They close at nine
Staff loudly gossiped to each other the whole time while making my smoothie. Clearly weren't paying attention to making the smoothie because it was warm and soupy. I think they only added 1/3 the amount of ice needed, other ingredients were way off as well. It was hard to get down without gagging. Should have gone back for a refund but couldn't miss my layover.
What a mess!!! Unfortunately the business doesn't care about doing business and taking care of the customers. How in the world can you make money and pay airport rent when you ignore your customers? As a business, how can you keep employees that don't give a dam? I am sorry, but they truly didn't! I stopped by the place last night (after multiple delays) and asked if they have a juice or something similar to JuiceLand. The said they don't, when clearly they did... I discovered that the business sells orange and apple juice. A few minutes later when my husband joined me trying to order a smoothy both - a young man and girl continued playing with each other and ignored us. They had the juice on display. They didn't care about us, they were acting like 2 little kids on the play ground goofing off! I am sorry, but this was a terrible experience!
I went over there and I ask for a açai bowl they weren’t selling them so I ask for frozen yogurt with strawberries and they say oh I’m sorry we don’t have fresh fruit right now overpriced for what something really bad? Wow 15$ for a little bowl 12$ for a small smoothie and also very sassy girl with red hair
The manager just told his staff to leave as their shift has ended and left me hanging, being the last in line after waiting for quite a while. The manager needs to be fired. Incident happened at 2000hrs 7th July 2025.
Just totally grossed out on the girl making my smoothie with super long hair hanging all over ALL the fruit & everything while she made my smoothie🤢. And clearly she had better things to do than make smoothies for people at the airport. Her attitude was quite evident.
