This bar is definitely one of my favorites and my go to. Three levels of fun with a dance floor on the first, another dance floor and a couple arcade games on the second, and a terrace with table benches to sit at, plus atmospheric lighting! Bartenders are nice, too. Don't miss out on this awesome spot!

Great selection of drinks, especially shots! Any shot you can think of!! If you go here do the Ray Charles shot! Its awesome! Bartender we had was super cool and played great music! Will definitely go back when we are back in Austin.

Good spot for drinks and they always have a game on. This is a shot bar, no food. Bartenders are always friendly and talkative. Drink specials throughout the week, be sure to ask about them. *highly recommend the Banana Daiquiri...a seasonal cocktail for summer 2018*

Great selection of fun shots and cocktails (I like their Cookie milkshake - think Rumchata). I'd recommend going with friends and getting a round or two. Second level has some games but my favorite is the rooftop bar and dance floor. I've seen some nice in person sets and DJ's

I've been to Buckshot a handful of times and I never seem to know what to expect every time I arrive, other than knowing there is an extensive menu of shots to order from. Usually the roof top is open but there have been weekend nights I went there and only downstairs was open. When the roof top is open, they offer beers, cocktails and hard seltzers. There is also arcade games on the second floor and some form of music on the rooftop. This place tends to be very popular amongst younger adults and can get crowded quickly in the later hours of the night, especially on weekends.

So I haven't been to a shot bar on 6th in a very long time. This place is very nice in the rooftop deck. Great for live music or even a dj. Their beer prices are a little high but they make it up with their great selection of shots and range of prices.

Very cool spot. We were there a little earlier on a Thursday night so it wasn’t very crowded at the time (take that as a good or a bad, that’s up to you). The drink menu is extensive, so we got some cucumber kamikaze shots and they were actually really palatable. Theres a cool upstairs, downstairs, and outside area so definitely a large space to explore there with 3 separate bars. Seems like a lot of fun!

If i could give no stars i would. I visited austin for the first time on new years. I had just got married and got a new license. I provided both the old license with the paper from the dmv and they turned me away stating “not my problem”. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible customer service.
