I came here for lunch and this was my first time at jersey mikes. It's like Jimmy Johns but they cut all the meats and cheese on front of you. It was a really good sub.

I don’t often write reviews, however this place is awesome!! We’ve gone frequently for years. It’s VERY clean which is the very first thing I always notice. They seem to keep the same staff for a long time and everyone is very friendly. The vibe between the workers is always upbeat and positive each time. I’ve come in a handful of times where they are working on a big online or catering order and they are still quick to get me in and out. The sandwiches and ingredients taste really fresh! My kids love it. Glad to have them in Belterra!

One of the best managed Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. Food is what it is hard to mess it up. But I go back because of the staff and the Managers. I went kind of frequently for a short bit and now I'm back to cooking at home. During that time a couple of people there got know my name and remember me and my order when I come. Even though I know I'm a number the staff doesn't make you feel that way. The restaurant is always clean and staff is always willing to help.

Manny and his crew always deliver stellar customer service and a consistent/fresh sandwich. Kudos to this store for maintaining its high standards in the face of the countless challenges every small business owner is facing in today’s unstable economy.

Stopped in here yesterday evening between 5:00 - 5:30pm, the staff did such a great job, they helped to navigate the menu, the dinning room was clean and organized. The staff also showed great care as they prepared our sandwiches,and cleaned the work station right after they had made the sandwiches.

I didn't enjoy the some of the other customers inability to read the signs or treat the employees like human beings but the employees handled each and every customer with care and respect regardless.

Always fast and accurate. Subs are always good. Roast beef, Turkey, the Italian, all the cheesesteaks. You can't go wrong. Just get what you are in the mood for but always get the Rosemary Parm Bread!

I ordered 2 sandwiches through the mobile app. Picked them up and it look like they put the 2 sandwiches in a blender. He had my top bread and I has his. He had my peppers and pickles on his sandwich. We really like JM when they get it right.

Other sandwich shops are better, not much of a variety, more of a northern style menu

We love the food, but this location in particular is lacking big time in the customer service and friendliness.

We bought three subs. Two were different types of chick cheese steak. Both tasted the same and were edible at best. Chicken bacon sub didn’t even have bacon on it. Bread was dry and tasted old. I’ve had better subs at Subway.

The manager of this store was completely out of place and rude to a few of my friends that chose to eat there for lunch. Told us that the people that weren’t buying any lunch weren’t welcome. Wouldn’t go back here again

$15 for a regular Italian sub and a cookie is insane.

I sent my son in to purchase a min club sub and mini California. No add-on's and they charged them $16.56, when it should have cost $13.21 (incl tax). Of course they didn't give him a receipt. -RIP OFF!!!

the bathroom sink has been broke for 2 months, you have to hold the handle in order to wash your Hand(s) one at a time. Also 6 people to make a sandwich. this ain't a mikes. this is an embarrassing franchise.

Very poor service, you order standing up waiting in line, they don't bring you your food and they ask for a tip upfront when you pay. Ordered 2nd out of 4 and my sandwich was at leaste 10 minutes behind my friends, smallest sandwich I had ever seen hardly anything on it and overpriced. Look for this location to close soon due to incompetence!
