You ever wonder what it feels like to have your father respect you? Well, I do, now that I’ve visited rusty cannon pub on south first and Stassney. The bartenders are fantastic the atmosphere is electric. It reminded me of when my friend Tyler got a call from his dad to ask how he was doing. That’s what it feels to drink here 10/10 recommend.

This is a neat Hidden Gem. Clare and Misty were waiting on us, and they were AWESOME. We met a friend of ours there and had a couple of pitchers of beer and two country fried chicken sandwiches that were so huge we had to split one of them. This place is really cool. It has pool tables, shuffleboard dart boards, and pinball machines. Great place to hang out and chill. Very friendly and affordable. Our friend went back last night for 50 Cent Wing night. Highly recommend 👌

I LOVE this place! The staff is super friendly and no nonsense. They always welcome us with smiles (I’m sure, even though they are behind masks) The food is solid and the food is so yummy. The wings are piping hot and crispy. The tortilla soup is SO good. I add extra avocado and am in heaven. We always feel so comfortable and special.

NFL package and Bloody Mary bar...Good Drinks, Great Service. Dont let outside scare u away. Really Good affordable food. They serve breakfast also. I went to watch saint's game. They put game on 2 TVs. I didn't even have to ask. This is my new game spot. I rarely give 5 stars. Football great place to catch game.

Monday night $0.50 cent wings. The wings were not fried fresh. They were like pre-fried then simply dipped into whatever flavor you wanted. I've never experienced wings from RCP like this before. The whole reason we go to RCP is because the were serving the freshest, biggest great wings in town. What happened?

Nice place with a low key vibe. Kinda fancy beer garden meets local dive bar. Food was good. Had the tacos and was 100% better then i ever expected.

The neighborhood dive. Good drinks and the absolute worst a/v system. Great clientele if you can stand a bit of listeners fatigue

This place has messed up up their Wednesday burger special. Used to be BOGO, now you have to drink alcohol to get 50% off one. When you read the menu it says “your choice of cheese on the burger” and list the 4 types.. Plain as day. It then says burger comes with all the included toppings and list the condiments. Surprise! Cheese is a 0.75 cent charge. Editing this review two weeks later September 29th. Now they want you to buy alcohol on Mondays for the wing special too.

Solid strong "OK" local bar. It checks all basic local bar check boxes. Good like almost all Local directed bars in Austin The food is all C+ with A+ pricing. They think $24 for a Burger fries and a beer plus Tip is acceptable to the Locals of Deep South Austin. IDK I think major food pricing adjustments would drive so much more repeat business if One bar had the nerve to do it.

Was at their wing night, which is advertised from 8pm-12am. I ordered at 9pm and they made me wait an hour and a half before telling me they ran out of wings. Totally wasted my night. They gave a refund for the wings, but not even in the least our drinks. This type of service is below bad service. Why advertise it goes until midnight if you clearly don’t. It’s not almost 11pm and I’m writing this while sitting here hungry and upset. Thank you for nothing.
