Heaven's Bistro Bakery Austin Reviews
I recently visited Heaven’s Bistro for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The diverse menu, top-notch food quality, and excellent service made for a fantastic experience. I savored an omelette while my friend indulged in the brio French toast. The almond milk latte I ordered was delightful, and my friend raved about their oat milk cappuccino. Des, our server, had a wonderful personality that added to the overall enjoyment. If you're seeking a coffee shop with a laid-back west coast vibe, don't miss out on this gem. Highly recommend!
Had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The sandwiches were fresh and flavorful, and the desserts were absolutely delicious—definitely worth saving room for. The beautiful outdoor patio made the meal even more enjoyable, with a great ambiance and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for a great bite and a cozy outdoor dining experience!
Adorable bakery providing scrumptious baked goods, breakfast croissants, and sweet tooth perfections. The pistachio latte was hot and delicious as well. Only suggestion would be to make the 2 bathrooms nongender as they are both for single use anyway.
Aptly name because they have some of the most delicious and heavenly treats. They have a great selection of pastries, cakes, and savory options too. True craft goes into making these and they’re so worth the calories. The servers have always been friendly and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. They’re also open late and have an evening menu!
Fantastic pastries! Custom cakes, and sandwiches ( eggs on homemade croissants). DELICIOUS! I Have eaten here several times, better to carry out! Small interior ! But worth the drive from Georgetown to Austin. You can order ahead! Planning a party, their croissants, & pastries specialty cakes are the BEST!
This is a such a wonderful little bakery. It really is special. All of the food and baked goods are delicious. They have an excellent strong coffee. Lovely staff. You simple must order the egg and cheese croissant.
Enjoyed my experience here. Liked the homely feel to the cafe as well as the food. Ordered the paneer panini, Chaat & chai I was served a chicken panini instead of a paneer panini by mistake. A little area of service improvement needed here. Chai could have been better as well. The overall experience was nice though. Its a nice quaint spot for North Austin
I dropped in at Heaven’s Bistro Bakery and found a cozy little French-style bakery that really knows its sweets. Their almond croissants are whoa — flaky, buttery, just the right amount of sweet — and I also tried their Croix Madame and a Brisket Omelette (with roasted veggies & mozzarella), both were surprisingly satisfying for a bakery café. The vibe is warm and inviting, not fussy, and you can tell they care about the details. Staff were friendly and patient while I hemmed and hawed over the pastry case. If you’re into French pastries or just want a relaxing café moment with good coffee and desserts, this place is a gem.
My family and I absolutely love this place! Great coffee… The best bread, deserts, and pastries! Also, killer breakfast sandwiches! Staff are all very kind. Really neat atmosphere… They’ve done a really great job on the design of the place. I highly recommend… Soooo Gooood!!! Two thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼
Best bakery in town! We come here often because the pastry is great! What I love about the cakes and pastries is that they’re not too sweet and sugary. They have a beautiful outdoor setting that is also dog friendly! My pup loves here too and we also tried their breakfast sandwiches and those are so good and fresh. I highly recommend this place.
I went for a croissant and a few other pastries. The croissant was huge, buttery, and one of the best I’ve had in Austin. It was $5 and way better than a grocery store croissants. Beyond the croissant, the pastry case was full of beautiful, French-inspired desserts like tiramisu, mousse domes, seasonal cheesecake, etc.
I visited Heaven’s Bistro Bakery in Austin and really enjoyed the experience. The desserts and coffee were delicious, though I found a few pastries a bit too sweet for my taste—some balance was missing. Still, everything else was wonderful: the service was kind and attentive, and the place is lovely. We sat on the back patio terrace and got to enjoy a beautiful sunset, which made our family time even more special. Giving it 4 out of 5 stars for the overall experience!
Great place for pastries and coffee! We tried the almond croissant, tiramisu, caramel latte and lavender lemonade. The croissant was very tasty. The tiramisu wasn't bad but it was not amazing either. Both the drinks were good. The staff was super friendly. I wish the ambience was a bit more cozy. Since it's a pastry and coffee shop, I would love to sit and chat with friends while enjoying food. We will be back again to try their various pastries and drinks on the menu!
Stopped in here this past Monday morning. We had some family in town and ordered an assortment of pastries, kolaches, sandwiches, and desserts. Most of our items were delicious, but the lemon bar had a very bad metallic taste, I had to throw it away. Everyone agreed it tasted off. Kolaches were just okay. Croissants and the pistachio rose petal cake were amazing.
So whoever made my breakfast sandwich probably didnt read it or skip out on it when you pay 3 dollars extra for turkey on your egg and cheese and don't get it I'd like a refund for no turkey or talk to someone about it but i doubt this place will came around 1 or 1:15pm 12/28/2025 I'd definitely recommend do not come here if you want to be cheated out of your money pay for what you want but dont get it I've been here a few times but now it will be my last i won't be coming back at all the lady with the blonde strip bang didnt even give me a receipt so please friends and family don't waste your money on coming here at all let everyone know would need to speak with the owner or manager
For a place that serves breakfast, they should understand urgency and time management. We're all trying to get our days started and it really sucks when you show up when they said the order would be ready, only to find they haven't even started. I placed an order at 8:20am. The order said it would be ready by 8:56am. 30 minutes for an omelette and brioche French toast? Ok, I guess? I arrived on time and they hadn't even started on the order. No one was inside. It wasn't like they were slammed and couldn't keep up with orders. Just neglect. Possibly incompetence? Our lives are busy. I have an entire day ahead and you guys set me back almost an hour because you don't have your act together. Oh, good job burning the French toast.
